第一封： Please find our comments herebelow ;我们的如下： (1) There will be 2 uncoiler, please revise your lay-out accordingly. 应有2个开卷机，请按要求更新贵方的布置图。 (2) There will be flatteners after each uncoilers to correct head of the coil.在每个开卷机后布置有矫直装置，用来平整每卷的带头。 (3) Entry shear will be double cut shear will be used for each line ( uncoiler 1 and 2). 每条线(在开卷机1和开卷机2)的每台入口剪将进行双剪切 (4)  It seems that there are ducts for suction located at the top of tanks and also there is fan to suc it. On the other hand, ıt is not clear that whether there is a scrubber tank to clean alkay fume or not ? If there is no scrubber system, please give your price for it as well…在碱洗箱的顶部似乎应该有排风管路，而且要有排风机。 (中)是否有一个清洗装置用来清洗碱液管路？ 若没有清洗系统，请提供所增加的清洗系统的价格。 In addition to this, Please answer the question herebelow ;此外，请回复如下问题： 1. In the alcaly technical spech in page 79 , the rectifier’s brand is Jiangyin tranma, Xi’an bowong and AC control system frequency converter ‘s brand is Xi’an menzi. But in page 42, those brands are mentioned as a ABB. We prefer Siemens. Which one is correct ???在贵方的技术说明79页中，整流单元采用江阴天马、西安博望产品，交流控制系统的变频器品牌采用Xi'an Menzi(经检查，此为我公司翻译错误，应该是西门子产品). 但在42页，这些品牌又标注为ABB产品，而我们要求用西门子产品，请确认。 2. Also, Motor effciency type is not mentioned in the spec.. we prefer IE2 电机效率类型在技术中未注明，我们要求是IE2. 第二封： Please find our alternative layouts. Please check possibilites and inform us. please consider working conditions, meintenance activities. Also, at the second drawing which alkaly cleaning tank is vertical. In this thank, we can use lot’s of nozzle group to wash strip and we can drain the remaning or dropped alkaly quickly with large piping line before aklay level is reached to roll’s shaft area….. 请查看我们提供的参考布置图，也请同时考虑工作条件、维修等情况，希望能确认是否有这种可能性并尽快我们。另外，在第二张图中，碱洗箱采用立式布置，我们想采用大量的清洗喷嘴去冲洗带钢，而且我们想，在碱液液面到达辊轴区域之前，采用大管径管路排放碱液。
