At work, one is to highlight (三)矿井恢复生产前确保提运设施安全措施 1、工区管理人员及施工人员组成检查队伍，沿运输线路进行彻底检查。对巷道支护、轨道质量、提运设备、安全设施、绞车、钢丝绳、信号装置等进行完好检查。发现不符合要求必须作好记录，能现场解决，立即解决，否则指定专人负责，限期整改。整改合格后，才准使用。 2、开工时，使用单位必须对所管辖的设施再检查一次，经试运行后，方可投入使用。 (四)掘进工作面恢复生产时安全措施 1、掘进工作面首先由瓦检员、通防工对迎头进行通风检查只有瓦斯及有害气体不超限，才准进行下一步工作。瓦斯管理检查:掘进工作地点保持正常通风，对于因故停止运转，立即撤出所有人员，打设栅栏并悬挂严禁入内的警示牌，在恢复供风前，瓦检员要对掘进巷道供风局扇及开关附近10米范围内风流中CH4浓度认真，只有CH浓度在0.5%以下时方可恢复局扇供电。4 恢复供风前，瓦检员要对巷道栅栏处有害气体浓度进行检测，只有CH与C0浓度不超过1.0%时，方可启动局扇供风，当瓦检员42 在检测栅栏处排出的风流中CH浓度不超过1.0%、C0浓度不超42过1.5%并稳定无变化时，方可通知通防工拆除栅栏。通防工随同瓦检员(间隔10米)边检测有害气体浓度边整理风筒至迎头。若无异常情况方可通知掘进工区电工向掘进迎头恢复送电。 如瓦检员检测到掘进巷道栅栏处排出的风流中CH浓度超过41.0%、C0浓度超过1.5%，不超过3%时，通防工要用绳子扎住风2 筒，用收紧与放松的调节、控制风量(也就是限量供风法)，进行瓦斯排放;当瓦检员在排出的风流与全风压混合处检测CH4降至1.0%以下、C0降至1.5%以下，待稳定无变化时，方可拆除2 栅栏、警标，恢复正常供风。通防工随同瓦检员(间隔10米)the characteristics of services for leaders.
