Metal line slot, and metal line tube of 施 工 组 织 设 计 1(编制说明 1.1编制范围 本工程为成都市火车南站南行桥D段,编制范围包括RK0+929.0~RK1+144.2的主线线桥,全长215.2m,另外还包括火车南站广场引道(E、F、G匝道),全长1149.186m;编制内容包括本合同内的主线桥及匝道桥的挖孔桩基础、墩、台、盖梁及桥面砼工程,匝道范围内的路基、桥梁、涵洞及砼挡土墙等工程项目。 1.2 编制依据 , 成都市干道建设指挥部提供的招标文件(包括成都市火车南站南行桥 D合同段两阶段施工图纸一、二册)及参考资料。 , 标前会议精神及补遗答遗书。 , 现场堪察及调查资料。 , 本承包人目前具备的技术力量、机械设备条件、管理水平及施工经验 等。 , 现行公路工程及桥梁工程有关的设计施工规范和质量评定。 2.工程概况 2.1工程简介 本合同为成都市火车南站南行桥D合同段,位于成都市火车南站斜拉桥以南、三环人南立交以北,所处地貌为川西平原岷江水系二级阶地。本合同设计范围为RK0+929.0~RK1+144.2,主线桥全长215.2m,上部孔跨为3×30+6×20部分预应力砼现浇连续箱梁,下部采用三柱式或五柱式桥墩,基础为摩擦桩基础,人工挖孔;另外有E、F、G三条匝道,其中G匝道为火车南站南广场道路,E、F匝道为连接南广场与三环路的两条定向匝道,全长1149.186 m;匝道桥全长240m,位于E、F匝道R=40 m曲线上,上部孔跨为4×15+4×15现浇钢筋砼连续箱梁,下部除牛腿处设双柱墩外,其余均设独立墩,基础为摩擦桩基础,人工挖孔,桥台采用轻型桥台;匝道填方路堤全长465 .73m,路堤两侧设直立式挡墙,当填方高度,1m时,路堤两侧设钢筋砼悬臂式挡土墙; 当填方高度,1m时,设砼重力式挡土墙。另外本段共有涵洞两座,分别位于EK0+050、FK0+340处,均为斜交30?钢筋砼箱型涵。 本项目是火车南站客流出人民南路的主要通道,火车南站将来要建成成都市第二客站。南站负责出发和中转旅客,南行桥的建成将成为南广场出行旅客的最近通道。 n the main terminal, and the telephone Office is responsible for providing the appropriate size adapter patch panels and electrical protection unit. Metal line slot, and metal line tube of D 成都市火车南站南行桥合同段投标文件2.2 主要技术指标 设计行车速度:80km/h 路幅宽度:31.0m R线 最大纵坡:29% 平面线型:直线 设计行车速度:30km/h 路幅宽度:G—9.0m; E、F—10.3m 最小凸型竖曲线半径:2600m 匝道 最小凹型竖曲线半径:702.69m 最大纵坡度:4.941% 最大超高横坡:4.0% 2.3自然条件 2.3.1 地形地貌及气候特征 本项目地处川西平原岷江水系二级阶地,地势平坦,海拔在491~495米之间;年平均气温16.2?,极端最高气温37.3?,极端最低气温-5.9?,年平均降水量为947mm,其中6-9月份为洪水期,降水量较为集中,12月份至次年2月份为枯水期,雨量较少,年平均相对湿度为82%。 2.3.2 桥位工程地质条件 根据既有钻孔综合分析,地层至上而下岩土分布情况为: 人工回填土层:厚2~7.6m,由粘土夹砼块、卵石及砖块组成。 粘土、亚粘土层:厚1~4.6m。 细砂层及中砂层。 卵石层:顶板埋深:7.0~11.5m, 22.0~32.5m。 泥岩层:顶板埋深:22~32.5m。 2.3.3 水文地质特征 场地地下水为埋藏于第四系砂、卵石层中的孔隙潜水,经堪测静止水位埋深7.2-10m; 正常静止水位埋深为2.0-4.0m, 桥位地下水层 2+-HCO+Ca型水,此水无侵蚀性。 3 2.3.4 桥位地震效应 根据《中国地震烈度区相图》(1990)可知,成都地区地震基本烈度为7度,本项目桥位处分布的饱和粘土粉细砂分布于卵石层顶板,位于桥墩基础持力层之上,不考虑其液化对地基的影响。 2.4 沿线交通 本合同段交通条件较好,机械车辆可通过乡村公路或既有便道进入施工场地。 中铁第十六工程局第五工程处n the main terminal, and the telephone Office is responsible for providing the appropriate size adapter patch panels and electr ical protection unit. Metal line slot, and metal line tube of 路堤借方填方5立方米12720 D 成都市火车南站南行桥合同段投标文件基上,支架弹性和非弹性变形较大,需对支架和地基作技术处理,底模支好后先进行等载预压。 , 本段桥梁梁跨较大,砼一次性浇筑的工作量较大,要有足够的拌合机械与人力,保证浇筑的连续进行,而且要严格按设计进行预应力筋的张拉。 , 该桥属市重点工程,对桥梁的外观要求较高。 , 本桥地处成都市区,而且两端均在施工,施工期间应作好交通安全与施工安全工作。 3.总体施工组织安排 3.1现场施工组织管理机构 根据本标段的工程特点及实际要求,为保证该工程能够顺利地保质、保量、按期完成,我处将本工程列为处重点工程项目,抽调处内及成都绕城高速公路项目部施工经验丰富的精干人员,组成该标段项目部,集中处内甚至局内部分优良机械设备,并购置相应新设备进入现场,保证满足该标段工程质量进度的要求。该标段采用项目法施工,项目部负责对进场人员、设备、材料统一调度。根据本标段工程需要,经理部下设两个桥梁施工队,一个路基防护施工队,共计180人,其中桥梁一队负责桥梁下部构造的施工,配置50人;桥梁二队负责桥梁上部支架、现浇箱梁及桥面系工程,配置80人;路基防护施工队负责挡土墙及涵洞、路基、排水等工程项目,配置50人,每个施工队按工程区段及施工工序要求再划分为若干班组,灵活组织施工。具体施工组织机构见框图。 3.2拟投入本合同的主要施工机具及设备(见表)。 3.3施工顺序及施工作业区段的划分 根据本标段实际情况,可将本标段总体划分为两个施工区段:桥梁施工区段及路基防护施工区段,其中桥梁区段共六联,根据工作量的大小及施工设计要求,又可划分为四个区段,其中与路基相接的两联匝道桥为I区段,与主线桥相接的两联匝道桥为匝道桥IV区段,与匝道桥相接的一联主线桥为II区段,主线桥剩下一联为III区段。 3.3.2施工顺序 路基防护区段与桥梁区段相互独立,平行施工;其中,路基防护区段包括路基、挡土墙及涵洞,根据设计要求,先施工挡土墙及涵洞,后施工路基;桥梁区段由于工期较紧,而现浇箱梁耗时长,必须合理组织安排,有效利用模板、支架,根据设计要求及施工进度安排,按I、II、III、IV区段顺序施工,具体施工顺序见桥梁施工顺序示意图。 3.4初步施工进度 在接到中标通知书并签订施工合同的同时,迅速组织人员,设置机中铁第十六工程局第五工程处n the main terminal, and the telephone Office is responsible for providing the appropriate size adapter patch panels and electr ical protection unit.
