229.新闻实习生的优势和不足 229.新闻实习生的优势和不足 2014-07-01 小编手记:到暑假了，又有一波新闻学子走上了实习岗位。仟言万语推送过多期关于实习的内容，希望对你的实习有所帮助，发送二字即可获取相关内容。今天和你分享的是一名老记者的观察和思考。 触之多，感受深。作为一名老记者，我先后带过30多名大专院校新闻实习生，因而思考了一些与新闻实习相关的问题。现将一孔之见和盘托出，是为浅探。 新闻实习，对将要走上新闻岗位或与新闻相近的文秘等岗位的学生来说，是十分重要的，是必须经历的学习过程。湖北日报报业集团一年接受的新闻实习生就有700多人。 今日幼稚的新闻实习生，不少会成为未来的栋梁。我并无大的建树，但很欣慰的是所带的实习生成才的却不少，有的当上了媒体负责人，有的写出了获大奖的作品，有的成了媒体骨干。 从湖北日报走出的实习生，就有不少人成为新闻界名流。被誉为“当今中国新闻传播学权威”的中国人民大学教授、博导、中国新闻传播研究所所长喻国明，二十多年前就曾是湖北日报的实习生，跟随老师采访过三峡。当代中国名记者詹国枢，也是从湖北日报实习而开始其新闻生涯的。 新闻实习生三大优点 第一，有较好的基础知识。包括政治学、经济学、历史学、文学、哲学，以及新闻学等等，都受过较系统的大学本科、硕士乃至博士学历教育。同许多老新闻工作者相比，“新生学富胜先辈”，已是不争的事实。 第二，虚心好学，求知欲旺盛。十有八九的实习生，从他们走进报社和指导老师见面开始，就让人感到他们有一种强烈的求知欲望。在他们眼中，可以说一切都是新鲜的、未知的、需要学习的。我带的实习生，几乎每个人都有问不完的问题。这是很可贵的。学问学问，首先就是要“问”，“问”明白了才有“学”，进而掌握真本领。 Details of green to introduce "the art of bonsai" concept, plant morphology, leaf color, aromas to create different moods and charms. Big green landscape according to the terrain the moderate, plant communities in natural, varied colors, flowers and clear principles, reflect the level, color and seasonal change. 第三，目的性很明确。就是要利用宝贵的实习机会多向老师学习。有位实习生说，他们的普遍心理是“丑媳妇总要见公婆”，到媒体实习就不怕丢丑。写得再幼稚也要写，总要过这一关的。好比小孩子学走路一样，跌跌撞撞、歪歪扭扭是在所难免的。我以为，实习生的这种心态是对的，比较有利于他们学到东西。 新闻实习生的不足 第一，免开尊口的多，主动思考的少。大多数实习生跟随记者采访时，依赖性较强，往往一言不发，很少主动提问，总是记者唱“独角戏”。记者问什么实习生记什么，没有自己的思考。 当然，因为实习生很少或根本没有作过采访，主要由记者提问是情理之中的。但总是“三缄其口，羞于启齿”，不主动思考不敢发问，有点怯场，这并不好。其实虚心学习与主动思考是不矛盾的。这里需要克服一种思想障碍:我冒冒失失提问会不会出洋相,会不会让老师觉得我喧宾夺主, 这些顾虑是大可不必的。一般而言，记者希望实习生发挥主观能动性，也喜欢实习生提问。这不会打乱记者的采访思路，甚至会弥补记者思考之不足。即使实习生提问跑了题也没关系，记者会巧妙地将话题拉回，不影响采访。而较精明的实习生，也正好从中领悟到书本上没有的采访技艺。 第二，写作空泛概念多，有用信息少。我有个习惯，带实习生采访完毕后，一般不讲应怎么写或不该怎么写，而是要求他独自写作，然后与我写的稿子对比，从中揣摸如何提炼主题、如何使用素材、如何写出成品报道。 这一来，其习作就暴露出一个通病:采访本上丰富多彩的信息没有成为稿件的主角，而空泛概念和一般性的陈述较多，具体的、有价值的信息很少。这与新闻写作的基本原则“忌空喜实”是相佐的。 有个实习生写了一篇《湖北省“订单农业”方兴未艾》的习作。800字的消息，有500字讲的是“订单农业”的重要性，成了一篇阐述“正确废话”的短论;而全省70多个县市、几千个乡镇 “订单农业”规模不断扩大，全省3000余万农民一年增收30多亿元等实实在在的成果以及典型事例，是一笔带过，可谓本末倒置了。 我认为，用数据、用人物、用语言、用事情、用变化……诸多具体的、看得见摸得着的信息写稿，当是实习生要解决的首要问题。 第三，漂亮辞藻多，生动事实少。实习生写报道的另一个通病是爱用漂亮辞藻，缺少生动事实。新闻是事实的报道，而不是词藻的堆积。一篇新闻，可以没有一个形容词，但绝不可以没有事实。 Details of green to introduce "the art of bonsai" concept, plant morphology, leaf color, aromas to create different moods and charms.
