It is provided by ICAS and for the clients’ use only. 3.4 CNAS徽标:代表CNAS机构本身的图形和标识。 3.4 CNAS logo: A graph represents CNAS itself. 3.5 ICAS机构徽标:代表ICAS机构本身的图形和标识～该徽标～被认证的客户不能单独使用～ 只能使用ICAS提供的ICAS认证标志。 3.5 ICAS institution logo: A graph represents ICAS itself. The certified clients can only use certification mark provided by ICAS but not ICAS institution logo. 3.6 IAF:国际认可论坛。 3.6 IAF: International Accreditation Forum. 4. CNAS认可标识、ICAS认证标志及国际互认标识 4. CNAS accredited mark, ICAS certification mark and IAF international mutual recognition mark 上海英格尔认证机构,以下简称ICAS,～获中国合格评定国家认可委员会,以下简称CNAS, 的认可～被获准在分别认可的领域内开展认证活动。ICAS在所颁发带CNAS认可标识的职业健 康安全管理体系认证证书上使用以下标识及标志, Shanghai Ingeer Certification Services ( hereinafter refered to briefly as ICAS) is accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Comformity Assessment ( hereinafter refered to briefly as CNAS) and is allowed to carry out certification activities in certified fields. ICAS use the following logos and marks on the issued occupation health safety management system certificates with CNAS accredited mark; 4.1中国合格评定国家认可委员会的认可标识如下图所示～为CNAS徽标与认可注册号的组合～ 基本色调是白底兰色: 4.1 The accredited mark is shown as below, that is, a combination of CNAS logo and the accredited registration number. When CNAS accredited mark and ICAS certification mark are used together, their relationship must be shown in a proper way: they should be placed side by side with CNAS accredited mark on the right ( see below). 体系认证 GB/T28001 CNAS C117-S 5. ICAS认证标志带CNAS认可标识认证证书及认可标识的使用 5. Use of ICAS certification mark, certificate with CNAS accredited mark and accredited mark 5.1 获得ICAS带CNAS认可标识的认证证书的客户依据本文件规定～有条件使用认证证书、 ICAS认证标志、CNAS认可标识。CNAS认可标识和ICAS认证标志共同使用时～必须符合本 文件规定。 5.1 Clients with ICAS certificate with CNAS accredited mark use ICAS certificate, certification mark and CNAS accredited mark on certain conditions in accordance with provisions of this document. When CNAS accredited mark and ICAS certification mark are used together, it should comform to the requirements of this document. 5.2 客户获得ICAS带CNAS认可标识的认证证书后～只能在证书有效期内以及已获认证的范围 内有条件使用认证证书、ICAS认证标志、CNAS认可标识～获准使用的ICAS认证标志及CNAS 认可标识必须完整～不得将其变形使用。ICAS对获证客户是否正确使用认证证书、ICAS认证 标志、CNAS认可标识进行审核。 5.2 Clients with ICAS certificate with CNAS accredited mark are entitled to use certificate, certification mark and CNAS accredited mark only within the valid period of the certificate and within the certified scope. The certification mark and CNAS accredited mark must be used in a complete rather than deformed way. However, management system certificate and its relevant words and symbols can’t be used to mislead the public to believe that management system, products or service not covered by the certificate have been certified and that the mark is for the product. 5.4获证客户可以在相应的管理体系认证证书覆盖的领域和业务范围内相关的场合有条件的使 用ICAS认证标志及CNAS认可标识。如在有关文件、办公场所、销售场所和出版物上使用。 获证客户在产品、运输包装上以及广告上使用ICAS认证标志、CNAS认可标识时～必须符合以 下要求: 5.4 Clients with ICAS certificate can use ICAS certification mark and CNAS accredited mark on relevant occasions conditionally within business scope covered by corresponding management system certificate. For example, the certificate mark can be used in relevant documents, offices, sales areas and publications. As for test/ analysis activity, it can also refer to a test/ analysis report. *2:例如:薄纸板等作成的外包装～可以合理地认为它到不了最终用户手里。 *2: For example: Outer packing made of thin cardboard can be reasonably regarded as not reaching the enduser. *3:这适用于那些对其适用性有基本描述的具体形式的标识。在这个意义上～仅仅一个词语声 明不能构成 标识。任何这样的措辞应是真实的～而不能误导。 *3: It applies to those marks which have a basic description of their applicability and tangible forms. In this sense, only a words statement can’t constitute certificate marks. Any such dictions should be true rather than misleading. *4:例如:在标识旁边清楚的说明:“生产,该产品,的职业健康安全管理体系已经通过GB/T28001 认证。” *4: For example: A clear statement should be written beside the mark: “ EMS of the production (the product) has passed ISO14001: 2004 certification.” *5:当使用标识时～应符合本文件的规定。 *5: When certification mark is used, provisions of this document should be met. 6. ICAS认证标志、CNAS认可标识的复制方式 6. ICAS provides the hardcopy or electric version of the certification mark and accredited mark. 6.2认证标志和认可标识图样可按比例放大或缩小～但字迹必须清晰。 6.2 Design of the certification mark and accredited mark can be enlarged or contracted propotionally, but the writing must be clear. 7. 认证证书、ICAS认证标志、CNAS认可标识的中止使用 7. Termination of certificate, ICAS certification mark and CNAS accredited mark 7.1当获得ICAS的CNAS认可证书的客户被ICAS暂停或撤消证书时～应立即停止使用和发放 带有认可标识及认证证书的宣传资料或上述有关部分。 7.1 When client’s CNAS accredited certificate is suspended or cancelled by ICAS, the client should immediately stop using and giving out propaganda materials with certification mark and certificate or relevant parts on them. CNAS认可7.2 一经发现获得认证的客户违反本文件规定错误使用认证证书、ICAS认证标志、 标识～ICAS将采取适当措施,例如:暂停证书或撤消证书,要求其中止上述行为并消除错误使 用认可标识及其证书造成的不良影响～同时在认证机构公开媒体上发布澄清声明～必要时追究 相应的法律及经济责任。 7.2 Once the clients with ICAS certificate violate the regulation of this document and use the certificate, ICAS certification mark and CNAS accredited mark in a wrong way, ICAS will ask the clients to stop the above behavior and eliminate the bad influence caused by the wrong use of the accredited mark and the certificate with proper measures (For example, suspension or cancellation of the certificate) and make a clarifying statement in certification institutions’ public media. If necessary, the clients have to undertake legal and economic responsibility. AP0898A Page 6 of 6
