Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate has high-boiling point. It mainly used as the high boiling point solvent for high-temperature enamel or printing ink. It also can be used as polymerizate reagent of emulsion paint. Due to its slow speed of volatilization and the lower solubility, it can be used as the solvent of silk screen printing ink and polyphenyl printing glaze. It also can be used as co-boiling reagent to separate the alcohol and ketone.
