It records history's glory and disgrace, conveys the ancestors' wisdom and spirits. To today, It not only has economic value but also has many other benefits, such as scientific value and artistic value. But whether later generations take it as an invaluable asset? The fact tells us not. According to some reports, countless heritage estates are under the risk of being damaged, even disappearing. Why this happened? Different reasons are as follow. One is the lack awareness of preserve cultural heritage at the local. Secondly, some cultural heritages were exploited or overuse for business or tourism. Without professional and scientific run, the damage will be happened anytime, any place. For instance, the famous heritage estate called "Mogao Gaves" at Dung Huang city, Gan Su province. To attract thousands of tourists from different places each year. Its capacity is limited, but locality overlooked its content and welcomed over-number tourists. Some tourists who with low quality said they have the freedom to record their coming. Their ridiculous way was carved some words on the relics. The workers at the place are not master professional management. So the tragedy showed again and again. Amount of other similar case was show on as Mogao Graves. Like the Great Wall, according to the historical records, the great wall stretches approximately 6300 kilometers, but the latest survey shows it has no more than 2500 kilometers. So forceful building was under natural damage. 80% of it has trapped by the sand. But we cannot ignore the artificial damage. The Great Wall was serious damaged by miners. Though these famous cultural estates were put into "list of world cultural heritage", they didn't run away the fate of being destroyed. Let alone the culture heritage who have not much fame? What can we do to save our cultural heritage? Protection and utilization are the main contradictions in the heritage protection, manager's positioning itself will directly affect the final heritage protection effect. When we having a look at the effect in preserving the cultural heritage overseas. We cannot deny their success on it. The famous natural park “Yellow Park” keeps its original appearance to the world. Due to the managers of the park post themselves in the role of housekeeper or the waiters, rather than the owner. Looking after the park is their only obligation and have no random of control rights. Beyond that, the relative law should be put actually. From ideology, people should learn the significance of cultural heritage and tourists should has a good behavior and not to take any harm to preserve them and prevent the damage behavior. The destruction of the human is the chief danger to the cultural heritage. Stop our destructive behavior and to preserve the cultural heritage is our obligation.
