賴政宏 Lai, Cheng-Hung 助理教授 專長：寄生蟲學、小動物內科、皮膚病 主要教授課程： 大學部：寄生蟲學、小動物內科、皮膚病 研究所：高等內科學 Tel：04-22870180 ext 204 E-mail：chlai@dragon.nchu.edu.tw 簡要學經歷及重要榮譽 國立中興大學獸醫學系 博士班 1997.9 - 2002.1 中山醫學大學毒理學研究所 博士後研究 2002.8 - 2003.7 輔英科技大學生物技術系 助理教授 2003.8 - 2005.7 國立中興大學獸醫學系 助理教授 2005.8 –迄今 研究興趣及成果簡述 犬隻皮膚病致病因子之調查分析 在犬隻疾病中皮膚病之發病率高，皮膚病病因很多，症狀複雜，病程較長，確診及治療都有難 度。台灣地處於溫暖潮濕的亞熱帶氣候，犬隻罹患皮膚病的情況更是常見。有許多犬隻因為皮 膚病的反覆發生或日益惡化而遭受任意丟棄成為流浪犬。造成皮膚病之致病因子種類繁多，包 括細菌、病毒、黴菌、寄生蟲、自體免疫等均可能造成犬隻的皮膚病變，然而國內一直沒有相 關的流行病學資料。目前統計中興大學獸醫教學醫院臨床之犬隻皮膚病病例56例，其中寄生蟲 性皮膚病（包括毛囊蟲、疥癬蟲、跳蚤）13例（23.21％）、細菌性皮膚病18例（32.14％）、 黴菌性皮膚病14例（25％）、過敏性皮膚病8例（14.29％）、不明原因者3例（5.36％）。 犬小芽胞菌（Microsporum canis）培養菌落 犬小芽胞菌之大分生孢子 繼代培養之 Pseudomonas aeruginosa 繼代培養之 Staphylococcus intermedius 代著作 1.
