Treatment requirements of cooling water (g/kW.h) 特性参数Property 特征Characteristics 单位Unit 冷却水类型 无杂质的淡水 Type of water Fresh water without impurity 总硬度(CaCO3) max 10 ?dH Total hardness PH值 6.5-8 PH-value 氯离子含量 max 50 ppm Chloride ion content 4 试验的设备与仪表Equipment and meter for test 4.1试验所用的设备、台架、仪表必须按设计要求完工后,方可投入使用,尤其是滑油管路、燃油管路和空气管路,必须保证其清洁度,必要时应采取进行机外循环冲洗, 4 MAN32-12SY03 确保其清洁度满足要求后方可与柴油机连接。 All equipments, test bench and meter for test shall be completed in accordance with the requirements of design and then put into operation, especially lub.oil pipe, fuel pipe and air pipe have to be clean enough if necessary some measures shall be taken for circulation cleaning outside the engine in order to be sure that the cleanness shall fulfill the requirement and then can be connected to the engine. 4.2 试验所用的控制设备和仪表,除特殊要求外,均采用试车台上的控制设备和测试仪表。 Control equipment and measuring meter on test bench shall be used for test unless otherwise specified. 4.3 试验所用的仪器和仪表,电流表、电压表、功率表、频率表等电器仪表的精度应不低 于0.5级,温度表和压力表等热工仪表不低于1.5级。 The accuracy of instrument, meter, current meter, voltage meter, power meter and frequency meter shall not be lower than 0.5 class, the accuracy of thermometer and pressure meter shall not be lower than 1.5 grade. 4.4 燃油消耗测量装置的精度要求?1%。 The accuracy of fuel oil measuring equipment requires?1% 4.5测量功率用的水力测功器,静态和动态精度要求?1%。 The static and dynamic accuracy of water brake for measuring power require ?1% . 4.6所有测试仪表,应校验合格,并在有效时效内。 All measuring meters shall be calibrated, qualified and within valid day. 5 试车前的准备工作Preparation work prior to test 5.1柴油机在试车台上就位后,与高弹联轴节、水力测功器等连接好,各部件之间的同轴 度、端面跳动度应?0.2mm。 When the engine is connected to flexible coupling and water brake after lowered down the test bed, the coaxial-line of components in between and run-out of end face should be ?0.2mm. 5.2 测量曲臂差,曲臂差要求见表四 Measuring crankweb deflection and refer to table 4. 表4:曲臂差要求(单位:1/100mm) Table 4. Values of crankweb deflection in 1/100 mm 柴油机安装或 第1缸For crank No.1 其余各缸For all other cranks 5 MAN32-12SY03 运行条件 弹性连接 刚性连接 弹性连接 刚性连接 Assembly or with resilient with rigid with resilient with rigid operational condition coupling coupling coupling coupling of the engine 冷机 热机冷机热机冷机热机 冷机热机 cold hot cold hot cold hot cold hot 连接后要求值 After assembly : ?5 ?5 ?5 +5/-15 +5/-15 +5/-15 +5/-15 +5/-15 Crankweb deflection permissible to 从测量点至曲柄销 中心线的距离 Measuring point 460 distance from crank pin centre line(mm) 5.3连接排气系统、起动空气系统、冷却水系统、滑油系统和燃油系统及其压力测量管路、 各种传感器、机旁操纵装置、主控台等监控设备。 Connecting the exhaust system, starting air system, cooling water system, lubricating oil system, fuel system and pressure measuring piping of them, all kinds of sensors, local operating equipment as well as monitoring system of main control desk. 5.4 加入经处理过的冷却水,排出高处的空气,检查冷却水系统,做0.43MPa的密封性试 验,试验时间为10分钟。 Fill up with the treated cooling water, vent air at high position, check the cooling system and carry out the sealing test of 0.43MPa with 10 minutes. 5.5 用0.8MPa电动滑油泵给滑油系统泵油15分钟,盘车检查各润滑点是否有油,检查各 密封处的密封性。 Delivery the lube oil in 15 minutes to the lubricating system by electric lube oil pump of 0.8MPa, turn the engine and check whether each lubricating point be with lube oil, and check the sealing of each sealed position. 5.6 检查起动空气系统,管路做3.0MPa的密封性试验,不得有泄露。 Check startup air system, and carry out the sealing test of 3.0MPa with no leakage. 5.7 将燃油齿条拉到“0”位,将燃油充满系统,做0.7 MPa的密封性试验,试验时间为10 分钟。 Put the fuel rank position at “0” point and fill up the system with fuel oil, make the sealing test of 0.7MPa with 10 minutes. 6 MAN32-12SY03 5.8 对柴油机滑油系统进行24小时的冲油循环,检查滑油滤器,必要时更换滑油滤芯, 直至滤芯清洁度符合要求。 Carry out 24 hours flushing oil circulation of the engine lubricating system, check the lube oil filter, replace the cartridge of lube oil filter if necessary and have the cleanliness of filter cartridge fulfill the requirement. 5.9 对柴油机燃油系统进行24小时的冲油循环,检查燃油滤器,更换燃油滤芯,直至滤 芯清洁度符合要求。 Carry out 24 hours flushing oil circulation of the engine fuel system, check the fuel oil filter, replace the cartridge of fuel oil filter if necessary and have the cleanliness of filter cartridge fulfill the requirement. 5.10 对整个试车台及柴油机各系统的安全保护报警装置进行模拟试验,确保其功能完好。 Simulation test shall be done in advance to adjust safety protection alarm facility of whole test bench and engine each system in order to ensure them with complete function. 6 磨合试验Running in test 6.1预热冷却水温度为60?、滑油进机温度为40?以上时方可正常起动柴油机。 The engine should be normal started when the temperature for pre-heat cooling water is above 60? and the inlet lube oil is above 40?. 6.2起动前全面进行检查,并注意保护装置状况。 Full inspection shall be carried out prior to start and pay attention to the condition of operation control and protective device. 6.3吹车:不供燃油,打开气缸盖上的示功阀,用压缩空气吹车,使柴油机转动几秒钟, 检查是否有异常声音或其它异常情况。 Air blasting: fuel oil is not be provided, opened the indicator valve on the cylinder head, air blast using compressed air, and turned engine a few seconds, check if there is abnormal sound and abnormal circumstance. 6.4关闭示功阀,正常起动柴油机,在450r/min空载运转5分钟,停车检查有无异常。 Closed indicator valve and normal starting engine, idling engine 5 minutes at speed of 300r/min, then check engine when it is stopped. 6.5检查情况良好时,按磨合调整工况进行磨合、调整。 If the conditions are good after inspection, then carry out running in and adjustment according to running in adjustment working condition 7 MAN32-12SY03 6.6按表5进行磨合试验。每一工况记录全部参数。 Running in test refer to table 5, all parameters should be recorded for each condition. 表5:磨合试验程序表 Table 5. All parameters should be recorded for each condition. Set point:2.8 bar 8.1.2滑油压力低停车,设定点:2.5bar Auto stop,lube oil pressure low. Set point:2.5 bar 8.1.3 滑油温度高报警,设定点: 70 ? Alarm,lube oil temp. high. Set point: 70 ? 8.1.4 滑油温度高停车,设定点: 73 ? Set point: 100 ? 8.1.14 检查起动连锁装置 Check starting and interlocking device. 10 MAN32-12SY03 8.2 起动试验 Starting tests 空气瓶内压力为3.00 MPa,热机(滑油温度> 40?C,高温水温度>60?C)连续起动 柴油机,直至不能起动,记录每次起动空气瓶压力和每次起动时间。起动次数应不少 于6次,每次起动时间应不大于10s。按表8记录参数。 When inside pressure of air bottle at 3.00 MPa, successively start the warm engine (lube oil temperature > 40?C, HT-temperature >60?C)until it is impossible to be started one more time. Record the air bottle pressure and each starting time to calculate air consumption. The required starting number should not be less than 6 times; each starting should not exceeded 10s. Ambient temp. 1 2 3 4 5 6 空气瓶容量 Capacity of air bottle 起动次数 Amount of starts 空气瓶压力降 Pressure drop air bottle 8.3 超速保护装置试验 Over-speed protection equipment test 起动柴油机,在空载条件下逐步升速,当柴油机转速达到额定转速的115%, 即: 863 r/min 时,超速保护装置应动作,柴油机自动停车。 Starting engine, increase engine speed gradually at no load, when reaches 115% rated speed ie. 863 r/min, the over speed protecting device should be actuated and engine automatically stops. 8.4 调速性能试验 Governor property test 11 MAN32-12SY03 8.4.1突卸负荷试验 Sudden load change test 调定柴油机于额定工况下运行,然后突然卸去全部负荷,记录最高瞬时转速、稳 定转速及稳定时间。并计算瞬时调速率δ和稳定调速率δ。 1 When engine is running on the nominal behavior, suddenly remove all load, record max. momentary and permanent speeds as well as steady time, calculate the momentary speed droop δ1 and permanent speed droop δ. δ=(n,n)/ n×100% 1maxbb δ=(n,n)/ n×100% 0maxbb 式中Where:n ??????? 突卸负荷时的最高瞬时转速r/min。 max Max. momentary speed (r/min) at sudden load change. n ?????? 突卸全部负荷时的最高稳定转速r/min。 0max Max permanent speed (r/min) at sudden load change. n ????????? 额定转速r/min。 b Rated speed r/min. 要求瞬时调速率δ?10%,稳定调速率δ?5%,稳定时间5s。 1 It is required that the momentary speed droopδ?10% and the permanent speed 1 droopδ?5%. The steady time is not to be checked. 8.4.2转速波动率测定试验 Speed fluctuation rate measurement 柴油机在负荷特性试验(分别在100%、85%、75%、50%、25%)时,测量柴油机 转速,记录时间?10s,测量3次。按下式求出其平均值和转速波动率ψ。 When engine is running according to load characteristic test (Respectively at 100%、 85%、75%、50% and 25% load points), measure engine speed 3 times per load point, recording time ?10s, afterward, calculate mean speed and fluctuation rate in accordance with formula below. ψ= [n,n]/ 2n×100% maxminb 其中: n——试验时间内的最大转速(r/min) max Where: n—— Max. rotation speed in the duration of test(r/min) max n——试验时间内的最小转速(r/min) min n—— Min. rotation speed in the duration of test min n—— 额定转速r/min b n——Rated speed r/min. b 要求转速波动率? 0.5%。 12 MAN32-12SY03 Engine speed fluctuation rate should be ? 0.5%. 8.5 负荷特性试验,见表9 Load characteristic test , Please refer to table9 表 9:负荷特性试验工况表 Table 9. When lowering the engine on the resilient mounts , the rotatability of the c entral buffer is to be attended. The engine is to be settled minimum 48-72 hours on the resilient mounts before the alignment of the alternator can be started. Measure crankweb deflection (requirement : see item 5.2,table 4) and check the alignment of the alternator.
