2.3 file and archive management: responsible for the collectiand phone, and health, and office supplies led with, and company property insurance,), supervision, and check, and Implementaitems] a,. archives, and seal, and fixed assets, and books, 4 ,四,着力推动社会治理创新。全面推进社区网格化服务管理工作～年内完成所有社区及试点村的基础网格建设。推广“万辉小区建社区”管理模式～实现常住人口就地市民化。加快市民化进程～建立户口居住登记～放宽进城务工人员户口迁移限制。 四、主持人:近年来～全市正在加快推进宜居莆田建设～城厢区作为中心城区～城乡环境面貌得到提升～请问城厢区在宜居城市建设上做了哪些方面工作, 许建平:近年来～我区立足实际～因地制宜～以城乡环境综合整治“点线面”攻坚计划为平台～强化宜居环境建设～实现城市做大做美～全面改善城乡人居环境～提升整体综合承载力和环境竞争力。 一是推进片区改造步伐。近年来～我区实施了鲤鱼山二期、莆田西、新塘南景、霞林、中央商务区、泗华滨溪、洋西、文献步行街、田尾新村、雷山、龙桥直街等11个危旧房片区改造项目～实施建设了万达广场、正荣财富中心、联创国际广场、文献广场、喜盈门建材家居广场、正鼎日出等大型城市综合体～今年～我区将重点实施莆田西、新塘南景、泗华滨溪二期、景祥山、文献小区等片区改造～进一步提升城市品位～拓展城市内涵。 二是完善城市基础设施。近年来～我区投入资金1.64亿元～建成污水配套管网129公里、泵站10座～实施收集和截污项目35个～全区污水排放网络格局基本形成,实施实施滨海大道城厢段、濑榜路拓宽、溪滨路、三紫路等道路建设和广化路等道路 external public relations activities; 2.3 file and archive management: responsible for the collectiand phone, and health, and office supplies led with, and company property insurance,), supervision, and check, and Implementaitems] a,. archives, and seal, and fixed assets, and books, 6 万～剩余66家次1300余万元奖在第三、四季度予以兑现。 六、主持人:东圳水库是莆田人民的“大水缸”～如何保证全市人民饮用水源的水质安全是全市人民普遍关心的问题。请问～区政府对此有何举措, 许建平:区政府始终把保护饮用水源的水质安全作为民生工程摆到重要议事日程～几年来分别投资5000多万对常太镇既有畜禽养殖40多万平方米进行全面拆除～投资近2600万建设了环库北路的截污主管网11.3KM和收集管7KM。农村垃圾处理已按照市区执行。统一运往垃圾焚烧厂处理。今后计划: 一是分期分批对你环库路一级保护区以下的911户民房及8000亩土地进行征迁。目前已完成松峰片区240多户房屋的丈量工作。 二是加大执法力度～防止畜禽养殖业“反弹复养”～发现一户～拆除一户。 三是防止农业面源污染～引导群众合理施肥～科学用药。 四是继续加大基础设施建设。每年区政府安排500万用于农村污水管网的建设。 七、主持人:所谓“民以食为天”～请问区政府在“打击食品犯罪保卫餐桌安全的清源行动”专项活动中～采取了哪些措施, 许建平:食品安全关乎人民群众的身体健康和生命安全～打好“餐桌保卫战”是今年政府工作的一项重要任务。区政府加大联合执法检查力度～组织公安、农业、工商、质检、食品药品监督等行政主管部门联席～形成打击食品犯罪的坚实合力。以食品 external public relations activities;
