In recent years, Yibin city, stepping up construction of transport infrastructure at the same time, increase the intensity of high-grade highway construction, and the overall technical levels improved significantly, which succeeds in improving road 首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院 进修人员须知 一、进修人员一律凭我院“进修通知书”并持原单位行政、组织介绍信按通知时间来院报到，未经事先联系，不予保留名额。 二、为确保进修学习效果，来院报到后集中进行医院#管理#、病案书写及化病案管理等培训，一经培训结束后交一分合格的住院病历，不合格者将延缓进科时间。医院每月安排两次业务理论知识培训，要求签到。 三、进科后根据进修不同学科的特点与培养目标，制订科室的工作学习，按规定一次不得连续进修两个以上科目，时间为一年。 四、在进修时间，尊敬老师，努力学习，积极参加所在科室规定的活动，认真钻研业务技术，全心全意为患者服务，自觉搞好同志间的团结，发扬互助互爱精神，严格遵守执行医院的各项规章制度，对有严重违反者，将予严肃处理，直至终止进修。 五、要求进修人员仪表整洁，着装一致，佩戴胸卡，我院备有工作服，无需自带。口罩、听诊器及其它生活用品一律自备。 六、严格遵守组织纪律，进修期间不准因晋升，学习，会议，搬家或单位人手不够等原因请假。休假三天之内科室批准，三天以上向医务处申请，如有特殊情况需请事假者，需持有原单位证明写出请假，所在科室主任签署意见后，报医务处批准方可离院 七、来院报到时一次付清进修费，内科系统(包括内科、儿科、神内、中医科)、高压氧科、职业科、外科系统(包括普通外科、神经外科、泌尿外科、骨科、五官科、妇产科)、医技科室5000元/年，急诊科、呼吸科及ICU系统6000元/年。 八、一次只能进修一个科室，进修人员中途不能调换科目，不得退学，不得更换人员，未经批准不得延长学习时间。如果提前结束进修需持原单位公函，进修费一律不退。 九、进修人员住宿，有条件时可安排， 20元/天。 十、爱护国家财产和科技资料，不得拿走我院图书、病案、X光片、病理切片、血片等各种资料和标本。 development is limited by the handling capacity of the airport, not in-situ expansion. In recent years, Yibin city, stepping up construction of transport infrastructure at the same time, increase the intensity of high-grade highway construction, and the overall technical levels improved significantly, which succeeds in improving road 十一、进修人员在进修期间的公费医疗和保健津贴夜班费等待遇问题按规定由原单位负责报销。 十二、进修结束前一周进修人员需来医务处领取个人进修总结表，填好后由科主任签字签署鉴定意见，办理离院手续(未办手续离院者，不颁发进修结业证书)。 十三、进修期间如出现以下情况之一，不予办理结业证书，情节严重者予以中止进修: 1、进修期间出现2份丙级病历，经修改后仍未达标者; 2、劳动纪律差，无故三次缺勤，请假逾期三天不归;进修期限半年者，病事假超过两周，进修期限一年者，病事假超过一月者; 3、进期期间服务态度不好，工作责任心差，患者投诉达三次者; 4、严重违反医院规章制度及医疗操作常规，发生医疗事故或严重差错者; 5、未办相关手续擅自离院者; 6、未备案项目及短期参观学习者; 7、无故不参加进修医师专题讲座者。 十四、进修结束后请交一份对我院进修人员管理工作的意见书，以使我们工作进一步改进和提高。 十五、报到同志请带3张1寸相片(黑白、彩色均可)。同时交付5元钱办理胸卡手续。 来院前，请进修人员必须认真阅读《进修人员须知》并签字，单位加盖公章，报到时请出示已签字盖章的《进修人员须知》，否则我院恕不接纳。 选送单位: 盖章 进修人员签字: 医 务 处 200 年 月 日 development is limited by the handling capacity of the airport, not in-situ expansion.
