南京航空航天大学金城学院 南京航空航天大学金城学院 南京航空航天大学金城学院是南京航空航天 大学联合社会力量于1999年经原中国航空工业总 公司和江苏省教育委员会批准成立的公有民办二级 学院，2004年经教育部批准，学院改制为相对独立 的二级学院(简称独立学院)。学院坐落于南京市 江宁经济开发区，校园占地856亩，在校生达11000 余人，学院以行业发展需求为导向，创新育人模式， 强化实践教学环节，推动教学改革，培养高素质应用型人才。 学院简介 独立学院 南京航空航天大学金城学院是南京航空航天大学联合社会力量于1999年经原中国航空工业总公司和江苏省 教育委员会批准成立的公有民办二级学院，2004年经教育部批准，学院改制为相对独立的二级学院(简称独立学院)。 学院所依托的南京航空航天大学是一所具有航空、航天、民航特色，以工为主，工、管、理、经、文、法、艺等多学科协调发展，国家“211工程”建设和建有研究生院的全国重点大学。南京航空航天大学对金城学院的教学质量负责，对学院的发展规划、学科专业建设、师资队伍建设、学生教育管理进行指导和帮助。 学院地址 学院坐落于南京市江宁区禄口航空港，距离南京禄口国际机场约3公里，校园基本建设规划科学、配套齐全，学生公寓明亮舒适。学院用地850亩，建筑面积29万平方米，已有在校生10000余人。 办学成就 交流平台 学院以学生党建工作为龙头，强化学生骨干队伍建设，建立健全了各系部党总支及基层学生党组织的基本架构，重视学生党员的发展和培养质量，推广实施党员“三个一”责任工程和50小时志愿服务制;以培养学生成长成才为主线，开展新生入学适应性教育体系、以爱校荣校为主题开展毕业生文明离校教育系列活动;学院设立了新生奖学金、各类优秀学生 专业介绍 民航特色 南航金城学院在全国进行招生的各个专业基本都是从南航本一各专业中就业率高、社会需求量大的专业而来，具有鲜明航空、民航特色。 现有专业 学院现设有机电工程系、信息工程系、自动化系、英语系、经济系、管理系、民用航空系、数理力学系、艺术系、社科与体育教学部、国际合作教育部11个系(部)和教学实验中心等12个教学单位，24个本科专业，以工科和经管类专业为主。 2013年新增加专业:物联网工程 交流合作 近些年来学院毕业生的就业状况呈现良好态势，大部分毕业生到上海、江苏、浙江等长三角沿海发达地区就业，他们的就业去向主要分布在各国有大中型企业、外资企业、贸易公司、金融单位等，部分毕业生到机关和教学科研单位就业，部分学生到航空、民航单位就业。2008届毕业生就业率达96.63%。 教学实验设施 设施齐全 南航金城学院拥有在省内独立学院中领先的，高标准的教学实验、实训设施条件。从2006年初至今，学院对实验教学设备总投入达3700多万，实验室面积达25000平方米，实验设 备6300台(套)，装备精良、管理一流。现建有电工电子实验中心、物理实验中心、GE Fanuc实验室、电力电子实验室、计算中心，以及力学、机械、工业设计、汽车底盘、发动机拆装等各个专业实验室。 电工电子实验中心 以南航大国家级电工电子实验中心建设项目为基础，以培养高素质应用型人才为建设目标，以培养学生对社会需求技术的应用能力为构架，重点加强了现代电子技术综合设计实验室、单片机原理与应用实验室、电类专业校内实习、实训基地的建设。其中电工实验室、电子实验室、微机原理实验室、单片机原理与应用等实验室面积分别为372平方米以上，可以同时开3个班(每人一组)的实验课，现代电子技术综合设计实验室可同时开5个班的实践教学课程。 物理实验中心 的建设是以南航大物理实验中心授课内容为蓝本，增加了许多应用性的实验内容，如太阳能电池的特性研究、激光全息照相(体全息)等实验内容，拓宽了学生视野，提高了学生的学习兴趣。 GE Fanuc实验室 (自动化系统集成联合实验室)是学院与美国GE Fanuc公司联合创办的自动化控制系统集成实验室，配置了国际先进的PAC控制器和先进的控制软件，为学生提供了自动化控制的实验、实训平台。 电力电子实验室 建设了用于自动化专业的电力电子与电机学实验台。该实验台是新一代的综合实验系统，学生不仅可以做实验，同时也了解了强电设备在机电一体化项目中的应用，了解了现代电力电子工业的发展。 计算中心 自2005年建设至今，计算机总数为1284台，2/3以上为近些年购进的新机器，配置高，性能好。不仅为全院各专业提供计算机等基础课上机教学、毕业设计等任务而且提供金融专业、管理专业、英语专业等的专业上课用机。每年完成上机机时数约42万。 多媒体教学设备 管理部与校园网管理部分别承担全院150个教室的多媒体教学设备维护和管理、全院上机管理、校园网建设、运行和维护等工作。 (以上介绍为学院教学实验中心所属设备介绍，尚不包括力学、机械设计、工业设计、汽车底盘、发动机拆装等各个专业实验室情况介绍。) 学院大事记 1999年2月4日，中国航空工业总公司同意南京航空航天大学设立“公有民办二级学院”。 1999年2月12日，江苏省教育委员会同意南京航空航天大学举办公有民办金城学院。金城学院属南京航空航 金城学院 校徽 天大学的二级学院，属公有性质，引入民办机制，由南京航空航天大学统一管理。 1999年3月5日，中共南京航空航天大学委员会正式下发文件，决定成立“南京航空航天大学金城学院”。至此，南京航空航天大学金城学院正式成立。 1999年3月8日，南京航空航天大学下发文件，任命伍贻兆同志兼任金城学院院长，吴庆宪同志兼任金城学院副院长，龚晓芳同志兼任金城学院副院长，我院首任领导班子形成。 1999年9月，南京航空航天大学与南京金城集团合作成立金城学院。 1999年9月，第一批新生入校、编入南京航空航天大学相应学院，共计招收新生111人。 2000年8月，该院共招收新生505人，其中文史类新生41人，理工类新生464人。专业涉及英语、法学、金融学、会计学、市场营销、计算机科学与技术、工商管理、信息工程、测控技术与仪器、信息管理与信息系统、机械工程及自动化、电气工程与自动化、材料科学与工程、土木工程、飞行器环境与生命保障工程、飞行器动力工程、飞行制造工程、应用化学、热能与动力工程等21个专业。 2001年8月，该院共招收新生412人，其中文史类新生62人，理工类新生350人。专业涉及英语、法学、金融学、会计学、市场营销、计算机科学与技术、工商管理、信息工程、信息管理与信息系统、机械工程及自动化、电气工程与自动化、材料科学与工程、土木工程等13个专业。 2002年6月21日，南京航空航天大学任命周银英同志为金城学院副院长。 2002年7月4日，南京航空航天大学任命吴庆宪同志兼任金城学院院长。 2002年7月23日，南京航空航天大学任命张海艮同志为金城学院副院长。 2002年9月23日，南京金城集团有限公司党委副书记、组织部长陈明同志兼任金城学院副院长。 2002年9月起，金城学院在南京航空航天大学将军路校区正式挂牌运行，实行校园、管理和财务的相对独立运行，院长为吴庆宪同志。当年招收学生401人。 2002年11月8日，南京航空航天大学与南京意航新技术发展有限公司签署合作举办南航金城学院协议书，决定以股份制形式共同举办南航金城学院。 2003年，南京航空航天大学向国防科工委、江苏省教育厅、国家教育部申请将金城学院改制为独立学院，加入南京意航科技股份有限公司股份，胡海岩同志为董事长。 2004年1月9日，国防科学技术工业委员会就《关于按独立学院模式举办南京航空航天大学金城学院的请示》作出批示，同意南京航空航天大学按独立学院的机制和模式重组改制金城学院。 2004年2月25日，经教育部及江苏省教育厅批准，该院由南京航空航天大学民办二级学院改制为独立学院。改制后，首任董事长陈夏初、副董事长伍贻兆、蔡晓。其他董事为雷江发、吴晓凡、张益华、赵明亮。 2004年3月18日，南京航空航天大学任命何宁同志为金城学院院长，何宁院长是该院改制为独立学院后的首任院长。 2005年1月，该院通过教育部组织的“独立学院”检查，检查结果为“优”。 2005年3月，江苏柳川科教股份有限公司投资该院。新的董事会由黄飞建任董事长，其他四位董事为唐元林、陈旭、姜弘道、叶华。 2005年4月26日，该院禄口校区破土动工。 2005年8月，该院在江苏、浙江、福建、山东、辽宁、山西、河南、河北、海南九省招收本科生1654人，专转本学生258人。 2005年9月，南京航空航天大学伍贻兆副校长来该院视察学院建设情况。 2005年10月18日，该院禄口校区05级首批专转本新生报到。 2005年10月19日，南京航空航天大学王贵农副校长来该院视察。 2005年10月20日，该院禄口校区05级首批四年制本科新生报到。 2005年10月22日，该院禄口校区举行新生开学典礼。南京航空航天大学党委书记谭振亚同志、党委副书记、副校长陈夏初同志应邀参加。 2005年11月，南京航空航天大学胡海岩校长、唐元林董事来该院视察工作，并作重要指示。 2005年11月，南京航空航天大学吴庆宪副校长来该院视察。 2005年12月，南京航空航天大学纪委书记、党委副书记袁川耉同志、工会副主席于琳同志来该院视察。 2005年12月29日，省教育厅政策法规处张亚平处长一行5人来该院视察、指导工作。 2006年1月13日, 原河海大学校长、党委书记(现为我院董事)姜弘道教授莅临我院视察指导工作。 2006年1月23日-24日，该院2006年寒假工作会议召开，会议总结了学院2005年的各项工作，并讨论形成了学院2006年度工作重点。 2006年2月28日-3月1日，上海交通大学战略管理研究所所长孟宪忠教授及上海百年公司一行来我院，为学院长远发展战略规划做前期调研。 2006年3月3日，西北工业大学校长，原南京航空航天大学校长、党委书记姜澄宇莅临该院指导工作。 2006年3月30日，江苏省民政厅民间组织管理局张建生副局长，徐永征处长，江苏省教育厅办公室张策华副主任一行三人亲莅该院参观指导。 2006年4月30日，南京航空航天大学党委书记崔锐捷来该院视察工作。 2006年4月30日，南京航空航天大学副校长伍贻兆、校长助理唐元林一行来该院视察、指导工作。 2006年5月1日，西北工业大学校长(原南京航空航天大学校长、党委书记)姜澄宇、南京航空航天大学党委副书记、副校长陈夏初，南京航空航天大学机电学院院长朱荻、副院长朱如鹏来该院指导工作。 2006年5月26日，该院董事会第一届二次会议召开。会议审议通过了学院年度财务经费预算、学院2006年度招生计划、学院2006年度机构设置及人员定岗定编调整方案。并对学院资金财务工作的若干意见、学院后勤管理方案、成立监事会、学院组织机构图、学院制度化建设、学院校园文化、品牌建设等一系列问题做了讨论。为进一步明确了学院的办学目标，把握办学方向具有重要作用。 2006年5月29日，南京航空航天大学材料科学与技术学院教授、核科学与技术专家陈达院士为我院师生做了《宏扬“两弹一星精神”》专题报告。 2006年6月3日，该院2005级共有72名学生参加了江苏省普通高等学校非理科专业第八届高等数学竞赛，并全部获奖。其中一等奖3名，二等奖13名，三等奖23名，成功参赛奖33名。 2006年6月6日，该院在由江苏省广播电视总台(集团)、江苏省广播电视总台(集团)报刊中心、《东方文化周刊》、高考专刊项目部联合主办的“我心目中的十佳独立院校、民办院校、最具发展潜力院校”颁奖典礼上，荣获“十佳独立学院”称号。 2006年7月10日，该院2006年暑假工作会议召开。会议特别邀请了原南京航空航天大学副校长、原金城学院院长伍贻兆参加。此次会议主要围绕学院制度建设、教师引进及培养办法、教育教学模式三个方面进行研讨。 2006年9月7日，该院召开中层以上全体干部会议。宣布任命吴晓琳同志担任南航金城学院副院长，任命包燕微等同志为监事会成员的决定。 2006年9月7日，该院管理体系研究项目启动会召开。项目顾问方南京航空航天大学经济与管理学院相关老师参加了此次会议。会议决定项目组正式进驻我院，开始为期半年的项目研究。 2006年9月15日，英国warwick大学机械制造部国际机械制造中心教授、前香港职业训练局执行干事、香港专业教育学院柴湾分校校长、香港理工大学、南京航空航天大学名誉教授刘伟成一行应邀访问我院。 2006年9月23日，中国科学院科普演讲团的徐邦年教授给我院学生作了题为“未来空战与航空武器发展”的科普报告。 2006年9月30日，江苏省政府副秘书长朱步楼同志、省政府科教处秘书张泰同志、南京航空航天大学党委常委、副校长袁川耇同志、南京航空航天大学校长助理唐元林一行四人莅临该院参观指导。 2006年10月18日,香港理工大学教授、国际知名数学家祁力群莅临我院参观指导。 2006年11月2日，该院发展战略项目研究启动会隆重召开。项目顾问方上海百年企业管理咨询公司参加了会议。会议认为此项目的开展，旨在通过推出南航大金城学院2006,2010年发展的战略规划方案，体现认识层、战略层、执行层上的三重价值。 2006年12月10日，中国共产党南京航空航天大学金城学院党员大会隆重召开，大会选举产生了7名中国共产党南航大金城学院第一届委员会委员。 2006年12月15日，经中共南京航空航天大学委员会同意，刘向龙、朱金诚、何宁、吴晓琳、林祥丰、袁竞、聂东林(按姓氏笔画为序)等七位同志任金城学院党委委员，何宁同志任金城学院党委书记，吴晓琳、聂东林同志任金城学院党委副书记。 2006年12月15日，以南钢集团副董事长陈刚为会长的南京航空航天大学南京地区校友会、南京航空航天大学副校长吴庆宪一行30余人莅临该院参观访问。 2006年12月15-16日，江苏省浙江商会成立大会隆重举行。该院作为江苏省浙江商会的常务副会长单位应邀参加此次大会，并负责会议的接待工作。全国政协原副主席孙孚凌、中国工商联副主席程路，浙江省副省长王永明、江苏省副省长李全林、浙江省政协副主席龙安定、江苏省政协副主席李仁等出席了此次大会。 2006年12月17日，在江苏省第二届“南工大杯”大学生机器人大赛，该院代表队的“机器人灭火”项目在此次大赛中荣获三等奖。 2006年12月19日，该院在2006年度教育总评榜的颁奖盛典上，荣誉2006教育总评榜综合实力20强独立学院，学院黄飞建董事长荣获十大杰出民办教育家殊荣。 2006年12月19日，该院荣誉教授范钦珊的受聘仪式暨教学方法专题讲座举行。学院何宁院长向范钦珊教授颁发名誉教授证书、佩带该院校徽。随后，范教授就教学方法做了题为《理念、内容、方法与技术——关于提高课堂教学质量的几点思考》的专题讲座。 2007年1月26日，该院董事会第一届三次会议召开。会议审议了学院2006年度及2007年，通报学院第一届二次董事会决议的落实情况、商议关于加强学院董事会建设的意见、审议学院监事会章程。 2007年2月2日-14日，该院何宁院长一行对澳大利亚阿德雷得大学、悉尼大学、格里菲斯大学、麦觉里大学、南澳国立大学、西澳科廷科技大学、埃迪斯科文大学等八所大学进行友好访问。并与阿德雷得大学签订了车辆工程专业的2+2合作协议，并定于本年度秋季招生。 2007年3月17日，江苏省教育厅财务处沈九林副处长，江苏省民间事务管理局陈勃局长、我院独立董事王正荣一行三人莅临该院指导工作。 2007年3月18日, 该院在第七次西部地区教育顾问工作会议上荣获“中国西部教育顾问单位”称号，我院何宁院长被授予“中国西部教育顾问”殊荣。 2007年4月20日，该院一届一次教代会暨工代会隆重举行。江苏省教育科技工会主席何晓劲，江苏省教育科技工会高校部部长华翼扬等领导出席了本次两代会。大会审议通过了《南京航空航天大学金城学院工会暂行办法(试行)》以及《南京航空航天大学金城学院教代会工作暂行办法(试行)》。 2007年5月18日，“南航金城学院与江苏联通战略合作协议签字仪式暨南航金城学院名誉董事、客座教授聘任仪式”举行。会上，该院与中国联通江苏分公司签署了合作框架协 议。并向中国联通江苏分公司朱评总经理颁发了该院名誉董事、客座教授的聘任书。中国联通南京分公司郭光亮总经理向我院颁发10万元助学奖学金支票。 2007年7月1日，该院教学实验楼主楼工程顺利封顶。实验楼主体建筑五层，建筑总面积达到16000平方米，总耗资约2000万。 2007年7月3日，该院在由江苏省广播电视总台、《东方文化周刊》、《高考专刊》共同举办的第二届全国独立学院及民办高校民意调查活暨“我心目中的双十”评选活动颁奖典礼上荣膺“最有影响力的独立院校”称号。 2007年7月21日-22日，该院召开了2007年暑期工作会议。会上由各部门汇报了上半年工作总结和下半年工作计划，并就学生管理体系、教学的有关工作及学院制度化建设等有关问题展开研讨。 2007年10月19日，该院召开中层干部(扩大)会议，宣布任命伍贻兆同志担任南航金城学院院长，任命吴晓琳同志担任南航金城学院党委书记。 2007年10月19日，南京航空航天大学校庆55周年捐赠仪式隆重举行。该院投资方江苏柳川科技发展有限公司，特向南航捐赠奥迪A6T轿车两辆以表祝贺。 2007年11月13日-15日，英国诺森比亚大学纽卡斯尔商学院(Newcastle Business School)代表团一行五人来该院参观访问，并就合作交流事宜双方进行了深入交流。 2007年11月24日，该院“2008年毕业生秋季校园招聘会”成功举办，此次招聘会共吸引了来自南京、苏州、上海等地的共32家用人单位，向该院毕业生提供300多个工作岗位。这也是该院首次举办校园招聘会。 2007年11月25日，该院九名学生在第六届全国周培源大学生力学竞赛(江苏赛区)上获得本科组个人三等奖。 2007年11月30日，美国国际经济文化交流协会(World American Cultural Exchanges, WACE)国际形象大使、女高音歌唱家张莉教授来该院参观。 2007年12月9日，该院第一次学生社团代表大会暨社团联合会成立大会隆重召开。大会最后通过了关于社团工作报告的决议和关于《社团联合会章程(草案)》的决议，选举并产生了我院第一届社团联合委员会27名委员。 2007年12月12日，共青团江苏省委常委、宣传部部长公永刚，共青团江苏省委学校部部长张钦文，共青团江苏省委宣传部副部长周永中，江苏省<<风流一代>>杂志社总编俞文勤，总编助理刘方雄等一行来该院指导工作。 2008年1月24日，该院一届六次董事会召开。会议总结了2007年度学院各项工作，对2008年学院的重点工作及关乎学院发展的重大问题进行了广泛而深入地讨论。 2008年2月21日，该院2008年寒假工作会议拉开帷幕。会议就专业建设、师资队伍建设、学风建设、教风建设、管理制度建设、财务及后勤工作改革以及对外考察情况的汇报与分析等方面进行了专题发言。 2008年3月11日，周恩来和邓颖超秘书、全国政协原副秘书长赵炜，周恩来卫士、邓颖超警卫秘书、中央警卫局原副局长高振普将军，周恩来亲属、《数理天地》杂志社社长周国镇，全国创建“周恩来班”、“邓颖超班”发起人之一、梅园新村纪念馆原馆长周校水，全国创建“周邓班”创建指导委员会秘书长、中华英才半月刊编委、高级记者周描坤一行来我院 考察指导，并与学院领导和师生代表座谈。 2008年4月1日，中央电视台著名播音主持人孙正平，前中国男子篮球队成员、前中国男子篮球队教练张卫平莅临我院出席《心系奥运，感悟人生》大型沙龙活动。 2008年4月7日，该院中层干部会议召开，宣布任命石勇同志担任南航金城学院党委副书记、副院长。 2008年5月7日，该院中层干部(扩大)会议举行，宣布聘任赵建光同志为南京航空航天大学金城学院副院长，同时叶华同志不再担任学院副院长职务。 2008年5月17日，由江苏省浙江商会、江苏《风流一代》杂志社主办，我院承办，共青团江苏省委大力支持的“百名青商百校行 校企共建行动”走进南航金城学院大型活动隆重举行。共青团江苏省委常委、宣传部长公永刚及江苏近20名青年企业家应邀出席了本次活动。在随后举行的“校企人才共建” 合作协议签字仪式上，石勇副院长代表学院，与三门轮胎有限公司董事长陈宏喜、南京英上实业公司董事长沈英忠、江苏华门投资集团总经理胡波、华东电力设备有限公司人事总监朱程琴签订了校企合作框架协议。 2008年5月23日，学院一届七次董事会召开。会议通过了学院相关人事、成立物资采购及工程建设招标领导小组、2008年实验室建设项目立项、2008年财务收支预算计划等相关议题。并对学院组织机构、人员编制、经费预算等做出了调整和要求。 2008年5月31日-6月1日，该院代表队参加了江苏省第三届大学生机器人大赛。在机器人分拣搬运比赛中，我院代表队以全省第8名的成绩取得了二等奖，打破了传统重点高校在这一项目上的垄断，这是该院继2007年在全省机器人大赛上获三等奖之后的又一突破。 2008年5月底、6月初，该院在“江苏省第九届高等数学竞赛”中，共有45名学生获奖，其中一等奖4人、二等奖17人、三等奖24人，我院此次报名参加的是“本科三级”组的竞赛(较“民办高校”组高一个等级)，但该院同学所获得奖项在该批次中也是名列前茅，并超过了上一届该院的竞赛成绩。 2008年6月12日，美国ACT考试中心(美国高考)中国区总裁Andrew
