Repeat test with the seating member(s) open and the outlet blocked. 当止水面密封,出水端开启,在控制阀的进水端加水压到862 kpa (125 p.s.i.)测试5分钟。 当止水面开启,出水端密封时,重复上述测试。 3.2.3 Criteria判定标准 Any indication of leakage, damage or distortion shall result in a rejection of the device. 任何漏水、损伤或变形的现象都会拒收。 3.3 Maximum Torque and/or Force Adjustment Test 最大扭力/调节力测试 3.3.1 Purpose 目的 Determine the maximum torque and/or force required to adjust the control valve. 第 3页 共 10 页 判定调节控制阀的最大扭力/需要的力 3.3.2 Procedure 程序 In addition to the applicable requirements of A112.18.1M and A117.1M, perform the following: with the control valve set up as in Section 3.6.2(a), (b) and (c), attach a measuring device to the control valve adjustment mechanism (lever, handle etc.). The measuring device shall indicate the torque and/or force required for adjustment. Vary the 0000discharge water temperature between full cold and 41C , 3C (105F , 5F) and back to the full cold position and record the maximum torque and/or force observed.
