When the variable frequency timing constant voltage water supply system is in the automatic operating condition, the pressure sensor on
the water supply pipe net collects its pressure data incessantly, and change it to normal electrical signal, then transport it to digital PID
adjuster (there are two kinds, one is in the transducer, the other is out installed separately, and connected with transducer).
When there is programmable controller in control panel, PLC controls the operation quantity of water pump according to the signal which
transported by PID adjuster.
When the required water is increased, and the pressure of pipe net is reduced(Measured value is lower than set value), PID adjuster
increases the output frequency of transducer, and the revolving speed of water pump's motor is increased, if its speed up to the upper limit
speed, the pressure of pipe net(measured value) is lower than the set pressure(set value), PID adjuster will give adding pump signal to
programmable controller, and it will start the other water pump which is in stop condition; whereas, when the required water is reduced, and
the pressure of pipe net is (Measured value is lower than set value) increased, PID adjuster decreases the output frequency of transducer, and
the revolving speed of water pump's motor is reduced, if its speed down to the lower limit speed, the pressure of pipe net(measured value) is
higher than the set pressure(set value), PID adjuster will give decreasing pump signal to programmable controller, and it will stop the other
water pump which is in operation condition. After continual dynamic adjustment, the pressure of pipe net will keep constant.
When there is little flow jockey pump in variable frequency timing constant voltage water supply system, it has three kinds of service. First is
that main pump keeps variable frequency operation, jockey pump keeps power frequency operation: When the required water is less than
the flow of jockey pump, main pump will stop, jockey pump will keep power frequency operation; When the required water is more than the
flow of jockey pump, main pump will keep variable frequency operation, jockey pump will stop. Second is that main pump keeps power
frequency operation, jockey pump keeps variable frequency operation: When the required water is less than the flow of jockey pump, main
pump will stop, jockey pump will keep variable frequency operation; When the required water is more than the flow of jockey pump, main
pump will keep variable frequency operation, jockey pump will stop. Third is that main pump keeps variable frequency operation, jockey
pump keeps variable frequency operation: When the required water is less than the flow of jockey pump, main pump will stop, jockey pump
will keep variable frequency operation; When the required water is more than the flow of jockey pump, main pump will keep variable
frequency operation, jockey pump will stop.
When there is stable voltage tank in variable frequency timing constant voltage water supply system, if the main pump and the little flow
jockey pump are stop for losing water, the stable voltage tank can keep user's required water and supply the normal leakage of pipe net, to
keep constant pressure. The time is determined by the valid cubage of the stable voltage tank.
A.For heat emission and repair, it should keep a certain space between the control panel and wall or other things. Generally
speaking, the back distance is 800mm from wall, the side distance is 500mm from wall.
B.The control panel should be placed on the fixed baseplate. As the following drawing, the control panel is placed on the
concrete baseplate, the height of 'M' is about 300mm, the length is as same as the 'B' length of the control panel, the width is as
same as the 'C' width of the control panel; the depth of the middle cable tank is about 200mm, the length is as same as the 'B'
length of the control panel, the width is about 170mm~300mm.
C.The fixed baseplate of control panel also should have the special earthing device.

Connection method
A.Float level switch should be fixed in a proper position of
cistern, detailed installing dimension refers to the left drawing. Any
other things can not be in its radial scope, otherwise it will block
and control its movement. The safe voltage on float level switch is
Ac24v.
B After fixing float level switch, we must assure that the height of
water level should cover water pump impeller. If we require to
assure fire fighting level, it should be higher or equal to the height
when the float is reclinate.
A.The installation of equipment should adopt self pumped water, every pump should adopt separate inlet pipe, the caliber can not be
less than the inlet of pump; the inlet pipe should be smooth and vertical(the gradient should be down), no elbow, no bulge; the valve of
inlet pipe should not use stop valve to avoid cavitation. If the equipment adopts self-suction, we should pay attention to keep margin of
pump suction head. Every pump must set separate suction pipe, which needs shorter, the pipeline should not have bulge, generally, the
caliber should be one grade bigger than the inlet caliber of pump. Pay attention to select high quality bottom valve, and water supply
measures.
B. When install pump, the weight of pipeline shouldn't be supported by pump, or else pump is easy to be damaged;C. The foot bolt should
be screwed down when install it, avoid strong shake during operation;D. Before installation, we should clean the block, rags and so on in
pipeline, cistern and suction tank of pump carefully.E. In order to prevent impurity enter into the pump and block flow passage to
damage it, you should install a filter before inlet.
F. After installation, it should be no attrition when move the pump's rotor with hand, or else it should be dismantled to check;
G. Transmissible pressure gauge must install on the little shake and stable place of water supply main pipe, and should install elbow and
valve between main pipe and pressure guage.
H. Transmissible pressure gauge, pressure controller, electrical joint pressure gauge and so on should face the manager.
I.When installation, we must consider the whole space for later repair.
J.If require less shaking, it may add shock pad between water pump and steel tank baseplate. Inlet /outlet also can be connected by
flexible rubber joint.
K.Installation ambient should be same with above clauses.
A.For control panel' power wire, we can adopt three phases and five wire(three phases wire, one earth wire, on neutral terminal), the flux
should meet the power requirement.
B.Pressure sensor and other signal wire must adopt split conductor shielded wire, insure to transmit signal.
C.All kinds of power wire and signal wire must be separated, avoiding to cross signal.
D.All kinds of wire had better be screened by steel pipe, and the earthing of pipe must be good.
2E.Level sensor signal wire should use three cores rubber cable or no less than 1.5mm of multi-strands copper wire, to insure insulation and
Permanence.
F.The earthing of control panel must be good(third earthing: the resistance is less than 10Ù, earth line's diameter is more than 1.6mm).
G.When inlet of system adopts no-negative pressure stable flow tank, we can control water level by electrode torch (connection
methods as followings).

5. NOTE
A.Control loop may still have dangerous voltage after main loop hasn't power.
B.Before power is on again after power being failure, if require to check equipment again, we should cut off the input
power of whole set.
C.The transducer's temperature of variable control panel may be high, we should avoid to touch it.
6. Prohibition

1.The debugging of equipment
After finish the installation of water pump, control panel, all the pipe and valve fittings, may check it according to
relating instruction. We may debug the equipment after check it.
A.You only may install and debug the equipment by special person or under their guidance;
B.You must read this manual and relating instruction about our product;
C.Check if the connection is right carefully, especially the input and output wire;
D.Tighten the terminal block of whole set again;
E.Fill the cistern and water pump to check if there is leakage in water pump and pipeline.
F.Open all the pumps' inlet valve, discharge all the air in pump body. After the pump is full of water, start pump by manual,
To confirm if the revolving direction is right, operation is normal and connection of pipe is good, if there is problem, you
Should check and adjust it.
G.After that, you may adjust relative parameter to set pressure value.
H.After set the pressure value, set the main function switch to automatic position, main pump will start automatically
according to the set pressure. If the pressure is repeating increase and decrease, you should adjust the relative PID
Parameter.
I.If there is little flow jockey pump in the whole set, you should adjust the switching value between the little flow jockey
Pump and the main pump.
2 Use and maintenance
A.Adjust the pressure gauge periodically;
B.Maintain water pump and motor periodically;
C.Clean the equipment periodically;
D.Check if there is leakage or damaged in pipe and valve periodically;
E.Check if the bolt in control panel is loose, and electric component is damaged or not;
F.User couldn't change the parameter of transducer and PID adjuster. If require to change, it should be carried out by
Our technical person.
A.Prohibit to dismantle the transducer which power is on. We must cut off power, and may touch the transducer until
charging indicator light is off, or else it will hurt people badly.
B.Don't try to connect any capacitor with the output of transducer.
C.Don't use the bolt of shell or side plate for the grounding of transducer, it must connect with the special earthing
device.
D.Prohibit to check the terminal of transducer and control circuit with megohmmeter, this test should be executed by
special technical person.
E.Check if the load capacity of control panel is according with the motor power of water pump. Prohibit to use control
Panel in over load condition.
F.Water pump is prohibited to operate without water.
G.Water pump is prohibited to operate in reverse direction for long time.
H.Water pump is prohibited to operate in low head and large flow condition
I. Water pump is prohibited to operate in cavitation condition.
J.The pipe seal in inlet of water pump must be good.

7 MALFUNCTION REASON AND TROUBLESHOOTING
