本标准代替GB/T 12224---1989((钢制阀门 一般要求》。
本标准与GB/T 12224-1989相比主要变化如下:
— 标准格式按 GB/T 1. 1-2000《标准化工作导则 第 1部分:标准的结构和编写规则》作了
调整 ;
— 适用范围由“公称压力PN 16 ^-320”修改为“公称压力PN16-V PN760气
— 在设计要求部分的端部尺寸内容增加了承插焊接端和螺纹连接端;
— 本标准中“压力一温度额定值”的制定方法及不同材料的压力一温度额定值按本标准表2-1至
表2-12和GB/T 9124-2000((钢制管法兰 技术条件》的规定;
— 对GB/T 12224-1989材料部分的4,4"精密铸造件不得用于公称压力PN> 100的阀门”的规
定作了相应修改;
— 对GB/T 12224-1989材料部分的4.5和4.6按ASME 16.34:1998的规定作了相应修改;
— ,在设计要求部分增加了阀门组件、安装限制、对夹式阀门3部分;
— 增加了标准压力级阀门压力一温度额定值:
增加了阀门的检验与试验部分;
增加了缺陷清除与修复部分;

钢制阀门 一般要求
范围
本标准规定了钢制阀门的压力一温度额定值、材料、设计要求、检验与试验、标志和无损检验与修复
等内容 。
本标准适用于表1给出的各种材料,阀体可以是铸造、锻造和组焊加工,端部连接可以是法兰、螺
纹和焊接端连接,以及对夹式和单法兰安装的阀门。
本标准适用阀门的参数范围为:
a) 公称压力PN16--PN760的阀门,公称压力PN760仅适用于焊接端阀门;
b) 公称尺寸不大于DN125。的法兰连接端阀门和对焊连接端阀门;
c) 公称尺寸不大于DN65的承插焊接端阀门和螺纹连接端阀门;
d) 额定温度不大于5400C、公称压力不大于PN420的螺纹连接端阀门;
e) 公称压力PN16-PN25的法兰连接端阀门,额定温度不大于540-C.

3 压力一温度额定值
3.1 概述
3.1.1 压力一温度额定值
压力一温度额定值按表2的规定,除表2规定的以外按GB/T 9124-2000的规定。
3.1.2 标准压力级阀门
满足本标准要求的阀门,除满足附录C阀门的无损检验要求之外的阀门,都定为标准压力级阀门,
其压力一温度额定值按3.1.1的规定。
3.1.3 特殊压力级阀门
满足3.1.2要求的阀门,并且满足附录C阀门的无损检验要求,其压力一温度额定值按附录D中
表D. 1至表D.12的规定。特殊压力级额定值不适用于法兰连接端阀门。
3.1.4 中间额定值阀门
在公称压力等级数值内,处于表列额定温度之间或额定压力之间的中间额定值可以用线性插值法
确定。但对法兰连接端阀门,不允许用线性插值法确定公称压力。
3.1.5 组焊件
完全或部分用铸件、锻件、棒料、板材或管材组焊的阀门应满足下列要求:
a) 焊件的组焊和热处理按GB 150--1998的规定;
b) 焊缝的检验与验收按GB 150-1998的规定;
。) 上述要求不适用于密封焊或附着焊,如倒密封座、阀座圈、吊耳和辅助连接件的焊接。
3.1.6 最高允许工作压力
除3. 5规定外,压力一温度额定值是在所示温度下以表压所表示的最高允许工作压力。
3,2 额定温度
对应额定压力的温度就是该承压壳体的额定温度,这个温度与其内的介质温度相同。
3.3 温度影响
3.3.1 高温
在蠕变范围内的高温下,由于法兰、螺栓和垫片发生松弛将会导致螺栓负荷减小,因此会降低法兰
连接面的密封能力。在温度升高时。特别是公称压力PN镇25的法兰连接面可能会产生泄漏,所以应采
取有效措施避免过大的外加负荷或过大的温度梯度变化。
33.2 低温
对于表1中所列的材料,工作温度低于一29℃的压力值都应不大于GB/T 9124-2000温压表中对
应于(38℃的额定值。表1中所列的某些材料.在低温下的抗冲击性能会降低,所能承受的冲击载荷、
应力突然变化或高度应力集中的能力也会降低。

3.3.3 介质热膨胀
在一定情况下,有些双阀座阀门能密封中腔。在中腔充满或部分充有介质,温度上升的情况下可能
导致中腔压力异常升高,造成阀门破坏。有可能发生这种情况的场合,用户应在定货合同中说明,制造
厂在阀门中腔应设置泄压装置。
