GB/T 1. 1-2000《标准化工作导则 第 1部分:标准的结构和编写规则》作了 调整 ; — 适用范围由“公称压力PN 16 ^-320”修改为“公称压力PN16-V PN760气 — 在设计要求部分的端部尺寸内容增加了承插焊接端和螺纹连接端; — 本标准中“压力一温度额定值”的制定方法及不同材料的压力一温度额定值按本标准表2-1至 表2-12和GB/T 9124-2000((钢制管法兰 技术条件》的规定; — 对GB/T 12224-1989材料部分的4,4"精密铸造件不得用于公称压力PN> 100的阀门”的规 定作了相应修改; — 对GB/T 12224-1989材料部分的4.5和4.6按ASME 16.34:1998的规定作了相应修改; — ,在设计要求部分增加了阀门组件、安装限制、对夹式阀门3部分; — 增加了标准压力级阀门压力一温度额定值: 增加了阀门的检验与试验部分; 增加了缺陷清除与修复部分; — 增加了附录A管道公称尺寸和内径的关系; — 增加了附录B压力一温度额定值的确定方法; — 增加了附录C阀门的无损检验要求; — 增加了附录D特殊压力级阀门压力一温度额定值; 本标准技术内容与ASME B16. 34a--1998基本一致,技术水平与之相当 本标准附录A和附录B为资料性附录,附录C和附录D为规范性附录。 本标准由中国机械工业联合会提出。 本标准适用于表1给出的各种材料,阀体可以是铸造、锻造和组焊加工,端部连接可以是法兰、螺 纹和焊接端连接,以及对夹式和单法兰安装的阀门。 本标准适用阀门的参数范围为: a) 公称压力PN16--PN760的阀门,公称压力PN760仅适用于焊接端阀门; b) 公称尺寸不大于DN125。的法兰连接端阀门和对焊连接端阀门; c) 公称尺寸不大于DN65的承插焊接端阀门和螺纹连接端阀门; d)
