Page 3 of 9 Yanda PWHT焊后热处理 1 Propose目的 Heat treatment carried out after welding in order to decrease residual weldings tress and/or change the microstructure. 焊接后进行的热处理,目的是减小残余焊接压力和/或改变其显微组织。 Heat treatment carried out after forming in order to regain the original properties of the material or reduce stresses caused by the forming. 成形后进行的热处理,目的是恢复材料的原始属性或减少由于成形产生的应力。 2 Scope 范围 This Standard provides quality requirements for heat treatment in air or controlled atmospheres carried out in workshops and on site in connection with welding and forming. This is to ensure that all information necessary to carry out the heat treatment operations is available prior to the commencement of the work. The manufacturer shall affirm its capability to meet all requirements and ensure adequate planning of all quality-related activities. 生产商应审核合同要求与设计数据,以确保能够在开始工作前获得进行热处理所需的必 Shanghai Shuangyan Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Page 5 of 9 Yanda 5 Subcontracting 分承包 Any subcontractor shall work under the orders and responsibility of the manufacturer and shall fully comply with the relevant requirements of this International Standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that the subcontractor can comply with the quality requirements of the specification. 所有分承包商都应在承包商的订货指令及责任要求下工作,并满足本技术报告的相关要 求。承包商应确保分承包商能够满足合同的要求。 6 Personnel 人员 Any subcontractor shall work under the orders and responsibility of the manufacturer and shall fully comply with the relevant requirements of this International Standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that the subcontractor can comply with the quality requirements of the specification. 生产商应指派一定数量的胜任的人员按照规定要求,从事热处理的设计、实施和监督。 热处理人员的能力应由生产商予以确认。 7 Inspection and testing 检验与试验 7.1 General 概述 Any subcontractor shall work under the orders and responsibility of the manufacturer and shall fully comply with the relevant requirements of this International Standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that the subcontractor can comply with the quality requirements of the specification. 生产商应配置足够数量的胜任人员,按照规定要求对热处理活动进行计划、执行、监督、 检验和审核。 7.2 Non-destructive testing 无损检验 Non-destructive testing shall be carried out at the stage of heat treatment specified in the application standard. 最终的无损检验应在热处理阶段进行(如果在应用标准中已明确标明),否则将在最终 的热处理之后进行。 7.3 Destructive testing 破坏性试验 Destructive testing after heat treatment may be carried out if 破坏性试验可在下面情况下进行: a) it is required by the application standard or contract; 应用标准或合同要求时; b) the manufacturer decides to verify the properties for the product or component. 特别要求进行热处理的产品或部件。 8 Equipment for heat treatment 热处理设备 8.1 Production and testing equipment 设备与测量 The following equipment shall be available, when necessary: Shanghai Shuangyan Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Page 6 of 9 Yanda 必要时,应具有下列设备: a) furnace and/or heating equipment; 工业炉和/或加热设备; b) programmer for the heating process;加热过程编程器; c) equipment for measuring and recording the temperature;温度测量与记录设备; d) cooling equipment;冷却设备; e) lifting and transport devices;升降与运输装置; f) personnel protective equipment and other safety equipment.人员保护设备与其它安全设 施。 8.2 Description of facilities 设施描述 For an evaluation of workshop capacity and capability, the manufacturer and/or subcontractor shall maintain a list of essential equipment used for heat treatment. This list shall identify items of major equipment, for example 制造商和/或分包商应有热处理所用的必要设备清单。该清单应确定主要设备项目,以 用于评估车间容量与生产能力。 8.3 Suitability of equipment 设备适用性 Equipment shall be adequate for the application concerned. 设备应适宜相关的应用。 8.4 Verification of heat treatment equipment 热处理设备的检查 All devices used for adjusting, measuring and recording the temperature shall be suitably validated atspecified intervals by calibrated measuring instruments. 所有用于调试与记录温度的装置,应按照以下标准在特定的期限内进行校准: a) temperature regulator: at intervals of at least 12 months;温度调节器至少在12个月内; b) recording device: at intervals of at least 6 months;记录装置至少在6个月内; c) measuring system: at intervals of at least 12 months.热电偶至少在12个月内(温度在800℃ 以上则为至少4个月)。 8.5 New equipment 新设备 After installation of new or refurbished equipment, appropriate tests of the equipment shall be performed. The tests shall verify the correct function of the equipment. Records shall be maintained of such tests. 当安装新设备或对设备进行改造后,应对设备进行适当的检测。检验应检查设备的正常 功能。应保存检测记录。 8.6 Maintenance 设备的维护 The manufacturer shall have documented programmes for the maintenance of equipment. 制造商应具有设备维护的书面程序。 9 Heat treatment activities 热处理活动 9.1 Heat treatment parameters 热处理参数 The manufacturer of the product or component is responsible for determining the heat treatment parameters.The parameters are related to the type and thickness of material. 产品或部件的制造商负责确定热处理参数。这些参数与材料种类和厚度有关。 Depending on the type of heat treatment, the following parameters shall be specified, as Shanghai Shuangyan Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Page 7 of 9 Yanda appropriate: 根据热处理的类型,应确定下列参数: a) loading temperature;入炉温度; b) heating rate; 加热速率; c) holding temperature (range, if necessary); 保温温度; d) holding time (range, if necessary); 保温时间; e) cooling rate; 冷却速率; f) unloading temperature. 出炉温度。 9.2 unloading temperature 热处理工艺规程 The manufacturer shall prepare heat-treatment-procedure specifications. 制造商应编制热处理工艺规程。 The heat-treatment-procedure specification shall include following information, as appropriate: 根据具体情况,热处理工艺规程可能包括下述内容: a) type of heat treatment, e.g. preheating, stress relieving, normalization; 热处理类型,如预热、消除应力和正火; b) method of heat treatment, e.g. furnace, inductive, resistance, ring snake burner; 热处理方法,如炉内、局部热处理; c) location and number of measuring points for the temperature; 测量点的位置与数量; d) requirement for shielding gas; 是否需要保护气体; e) heat-treatment parameters; 热处理参数; f) supporting and loading of the product(s) or component(s); 产品或部件的支撑与入炉; g) type of cooling; 冷却类型; h) identification of the product or component, e.g. designation, numbering; 产品或部件的识别,如标识,编号等; i) environmental conditions, e.g. protection from wind and rain. 环境条件,如防风与防雨性。 Heat-treatment-procedure specifications shall be qualified in accordance with instructions given in application standards or contracts. 应按照标准或合同中的要求批准该规范。 9.3 Work instructions 工作指导书 The heat-treatment specification or the welding-procedure specification may be used, as such, for work instructions. Alternatively, dedicated work instructions may be used. Such work instructions shall be prepared from a qualified heat-treatment-procedure specification and do not require separate qualification. 热处理工艺规程或焊接工艺规程可以作为工作指导书使用。或者制定专门的工作指导书。 这样的工作指导书按照已批准的热处理规程编制,不需要单独批准。 9.4 Number of measuring points 测量点的数量 During the heat treatment, the temperatures shall, as appropriate, be determined at a Shanghai Shuangyan Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Page 8 of 9 Yanda minimum number of measuring points 在热处理过程中,温度应按照规范规定的最少测量点数量测定。 对于其它产品的局部热处理,其测量点应在图样或示意图中规定。 10 Heat treatment record 热处理报告 The heat-treatment personnel shall prepare a heat-treatment record for each product or component that has been heat treated. Unless otherwise stated in the application standard, the following information shall be given, as appropriate: 热处理人员应为每个产品或部件编制热处理报告。除非应用标准另有说明,热处理报告一 般应包括如下内容: a) identification of the product or component; 产品或部件的标识; b) information of material (material designation, dimensions); 材料的信息(尺寸、化学成 分、编号); c) heat-treatment equipment (identification); 热处理设备; d) type of heat treatment (e.g. preheating, stress relieving, normalization); 热处理类型; e) method of heat treatment (e.g. furnace, inductive, resistance, ring snake burner); 热处理 方法; f) heating rate; 加热速率; g) loading temperature; 入炉温度; h) holding temperature; 保温温度; i) holding time; 保温时间; j) unloading temperature; 出炉温度; k) cooling method; 冷却方法; l) cooling rate; 冷却速率; m) type of temperature measurement and number and location of measuring points; 温度 测量的类型与测量点的数量; n) place and date of heat treatment. 作业时间和地点。 热处理报告应由指定的人签字。 11 Non-conformance and corrective actions 不符合项与纠正 措施 If the heat treatment does not conform to specified requirements, the acceptance of the product or component shall not be assessed. In such cases, the purchaser shall be informed. If necessary, corrective actions shall be carried out. A report of the non-conformance shall be prepared and filed together with the quality records. 如果热处理不符合规定要求,则产品或部件不予验收。这种情况下应通知用户。如有必要, 需进行纠正。应编制不符合项报告并与质量报告一并存档。 The satisfactory result of any corrective heat treatment shall be demonstrated. 应当显示改进合格的热处理结果。 Shanghai Shuangyan Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Page 9 of 9 Yanda Corrective actions shall be carried out in accordance with a prepared specification. When preparing the specification, it is necessary to ensure that the corrective action does not have any adverse influence on the product or component.
