Jack and Jill are classmates and they both want to rent a place. The real estate agent provides them with some relevant information. For Jack, he wants to start to rent the place from May 5th. The house recommended to him is a little bit expensive. The monthly rent is 1700dollars, but he can share the house with other two tenants. He has to pay the rental by credit card or check. The kitchen in the house has advancedfacilities, like dish washer, microwaveoven and exhauster. The only problem of the house is that there is no garage, so Jack has to park his car on the street. Even though there is no centralair-condition in the house, each bedroom has a wall air conditioner. The landlord, Sam Dresser requires tenants to water the garden every week and sort the garbage for recycling. For Jill, her daily contact number is 021*******. She wants to rent an apartment in a specific area. The agent tells her that the average rent in that area is 550dollars a month. The rental fee doesn’t include electricity bill, water bill or telephone bill. The apartment the agent recommends has been newly decorated and it has a new bookshelf. There is a parking lot opposite the children’s playground nearby, but Jill also can park her car on the street. Through the window of the apartment, she can enjoy a view of a lake and mountains. There are both stairs and lifts/elevators in the apartment building. Jill needs the landlady’spermission if she wants to make any major change of the apartment.
