履带吊英文介绍及技术参数 Hydraulic Crawler Crane 55T YTQU55 hydraulic crawler crane is a fully-rotary multi-section truss crane developed by Yutong Heavy Industries for meeting the market demand. The crane reaches advanced level of similar product in China by its high performance, high reliability and beautiful appearance. It is widely applicable to the fields like metallurgy, energy source, steel and chemical industry for hoisting, assembling and transporting use. Main Features i. The Cummins diesel engine with excellent performance makes available reliable, economical and environment-friendly power source so as to make the crane applicable to various working conditions. ii. Telescopic chassis and foldaway bracket not only enhance the stability of the chassis but also convenient to transport. The driver can control the telescopic chassis in the cab and the machinery can walk during flex. iii. Internal-mounted planetary speed reducer and large-torque motor with mature technology provide large driving force and high reliability. iv. The main winch with the function of free down at high speed, this can raise working efficiency and adapt multi-operation. v. The lifting mechanism, auxiliary lifting mechanism and luffing winch mechanism with ratchet wheel locking function ensure safe and reliable positioning of jib and goods. vi. The truss-type crane jib is formed by welding the high-strength pipes and the jib head is fitted with nylon pulley to ensure favorable rigidity, light weight and strong bearing capacity. vii. The crane reaches advanced level of similar product in China by its high performance, high reliability and beautiful appearance. It is widely applicable to the fields like metallurgy, energy source, steel and chemical industry for hoisting, assembling and transporting use. Main Features 1. The America Cummins electric control engine and the emission conforms to Euro III Standard is adopted makes available reliable, economical and environment-friendly power source so as to make the crane applicable to various working conditions. 2. Hydraulic Crawler Crane 160T YTQU160 is the hydraulic crawler crane developed by the most experienced R&D team within Yutong Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. with its own characteristic, being both advanced technology home and abroad combined. Engine: The America Cummins QSL9 electric control engine (209KW/2000rpm, 400L fuel tank) is adopted. CAN bus design is applied to the engine and torque. The air conditioner is a standard configuration. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is made in Japan Kawasaki, of which, the main pump system has the dead slow function, and the rotary system makes available the quick and slow speed. The speed reducer motor made in Japan Mitsui is adopted for travel mechanism, which can ensure not only the powerful pulling force of single rope and the high operation speed. Operation device: The maximum lifting weight of 160t; the basic boom length of 18m with the upper boom length of 9m and lower boom length of 9m; the maximum main boom length of 81m; the basic jib fly length of 13m with the upper jib length of 5m and lower jib length of 5m; the longest fly jib of 31m; the combination of the longest main boom and longest fly jib is 69m+31m, and main boom can operate with load; the operation radius of 5m-60m; the total weight of crane of 150t; the maximum hoisting torque of 850t.m. The rated pulling force of single rope of 12.5t (the first layer of 20t); the pulley multiplying power of 16; the tail radius of 5.8m; the crawler belt central width of 5650mm; the distance between wheels of 7200mm; the grade ability of 30%. Upper structure: The rotary table is provided with the double soleplate and double side plates as well as the box girder structure and is characterized by the simple structure, strong resistance to torsion and small number of parts. The engine is mounted on the left platform. The right platform is provided with the half-open structure without housing cap. The integrated welding structure is applied between the platform and main rotary table. The double rotary mechanisms are arranged side by side in the front of rotary table. The hanging counterweight is provided with the connection structure. To connect the derricking of the main and auxiliary winches to the rotary table, an anchorage plate is welded on the rotary plate and then the derricking is inserted into the plate so as to provide convenience for assembly and maintenance. The application of folding A-frame lifted and lowered by oil cylinder reduces the use of parts and manual adjustment time. The driver cab is 945mm wide for which the silicone oil absorber and the adjustable seat are fitted. Also, its front has no obstacle to ensure a broad field of vision. The mechanical level gauge is fitted on the floor. There is handrail and guardrail of upper structure steel pipe outside the door to ensure safety. The build-in reducer with wet type and maintenance free brake is adopted for the main and auxiliary winches and derricking. The hanging plate structure is adopted to ensure the easy disassembly and assembly. Also, the installation of automatic pawl locking mechanism improves the operation safety. The main and auxiliary winches are same and can be swapped. They are driven by variable motor to ensure the maximum lifting force and improve the maximum lifting speed. The non-rotary wire rope with the diameter of 26 is adopted, of which, the maximum pulling force of single rope at the first layer is 20t and the maximum lifting speed is 110m/min. The derricking is provided with the double drum structure. Its wire rope diameter is 20, of which, the maximum pulling force of single rope at the first layer is 2X17t and the maximum derricking speed is 2X24m/mim. Lower structure: The foundation plate is provided with X-shaped welding box structure, which is connected to the crawler belt rack by the dynamic pin to provide convenience for assembly and disassembly. The hydraulic pipe line of lower structure is fitted with the quick change coupler to provide convenience for the pipeline assembly and disassembly at transportation. The build-in reducer increases the throughput capacity of the complete vehicle. The supporting oil cylinder can rotate and fold to increase its supporting distance at operation and its stability. The oil cylinder can be folded when it is not used to reduce the transportation size and provide convenience for hoisting operation. Control system: The hydraulic pilot control is adopted. All the control handles and foot-operated pedals have the resetting function. The engine can be controlled by hand and foot to provide convenience for the adjustment of engine speed. The supporting oil cylinder and through-pin oil cylinder are provided with the hand control device to ensure the safety of assembly and disassembly.
