B;She was playing when she was hitted by a car ,but nobaby to helping the little girl when people saw she lied on the road . C;Even more unfortunately .She was lying on the road when she was hitted by a car again. A;Oh,I am sorry  to  hear that, but why has nobaby to help her. D;I think that is affected by the case  of Pengyu effect. A;What is the case of Pengyu ? B;He was  lifting a  old lady who  fall  down the  road  when he got off. C;Then he handed the old lody to the hospital. but the old lady said  Pengyu  knocked  her  down and  let him take the medical expenses. A;Oh , unlucky ! what  happen then ? D;The judye sentenced  Pengyu for the old lady more then forty thousand medical expenses .then people were afraid to helping others when people had difficult .They are afraid to being hurt .
