Recovery building intranet and extranet communication optical cable from medical and rehabilitation of ground floor one floor basement corridor into the rehabilitation floor weak current lines1th, floor and 2nd, floor of intranet and outside network of communications cable since medical integrated floor of information room leads, along rehabilitation center of weak tube respectively into 1th, floor of East, in the, West three seat floor a layer of weak equipment 家常课究竟该向舞台课学些什么呢,笔者认为可以从以下两个方面入手学习。 1、悟道 学习一种精神。如敬业的精神、钻研的精神、创新的精神等等。前述的朱乐平老师身上就有一种“敢为天下先”的创新精神,很值得我们学习。关于《分数的初步认识》的教学设计不下百种,又有谁做过让学生在一堂课之内就感受分数加减法的尝试呢,成功与否,合理与否,姑且不论,汲取这种开拓创新的精神就是最大的收获。 领悟一种理念。名师的课堂上肯定携带着新课程的教学理念,悉心体悟,定能获益非浅。如剡山小学教研节上,省教改之星宋洪亮老师执教的《锐角、钝角》一课,从画角到合作分类,到玩活动角,到用各种三角板拼角,到按要求画角,设计了环环相扣,层层深入的实践操作环节,让学生在教师的适当引导下自主探究,在玩中学,学中玩,注重学生感性素材的充分积累,其间蕴含的教学理念值得我们学习和体会。又如俞正强老师的《分数准备课》,除了可以照搬照抄上一节数学活动课,于家常课并无太多借鉴之处,但学习他独特的“准备理论”却能大受启发,或可受益终身。 感受一种气韵。一种气韵就是一种风格,是名师之所以为名师的重要特征。钱希有老师的稳重大气、俞正强老师的幽默风趣、丁杭缨老师的温柔秀丽、吴正宪老师的激情互动„„应该各有所长,择己所爱感受之,可以借其气以补己之短。 2、求术 求御教材之术。舞台课往往是集体智慧的结晶,故解读教材必有独到之处,分析时要特别注意他们对教学目标的把握,对重点的把握,对难点的突破,对教材的加工创造,还要注意对经典教学案例的分析、理解和记忆。 如特级教师夏青峰执教的《分数的意义》,丢掉约定俗成的复习,丢掉教材内容的呈现,遵循知识建构的一般规律,提出了:1、关于分数,我已经知道了什么,2、我还想知道什么,3、自学课本,我又学会system troubleshooting. Recovery building intranet and extranet communication optical cable from medical and rehabilitation of ground floor one floor basement corridor into the rehabilitation floor weak current lines1th, floor and 2nd, floor of intranet and outside network of communications cable since medical integrated floor of information room leads, along rehabilitation center of weak tube respectively into 1th, floor of East, in the, West three seat floor a layer of weak equipment 了哪些新知识,4、我还有哪些知识不明白,等四个问题来串联教学,渗透学法,效果极佳。听课者若细细品味,定能获益非浅。 求御学生之术。当关注名师在如何调动学生的积极性,在如何引导学生积极思维;当关注名师如何处理师生、生生之间的关系,协调强势群体和弱势群体之间的矛盾;当关注名师如何组织小组合作,如何获得教学反馈等细节。还要有思考后择优而从之的过程,如朱乐平老师多次谈到他喜欢提出一个问题后,学生的表现是静静的,一两分钟甚至几分钟后有那么一只两只小手慢慢地举起来,然后多起来„„这在强调教师要注重学生独立的数学思考的过程,给予他们充分的时间,是十分必要的。但若每每如此,会不会影响差生的学习情绪呢,这需要靠什么来弥补呢,求术路上需要我们的不断思考。 求御课堂之术。如体会哪些是课堂教学的“公共性话语”,哪些是课堂约定俗成的潜;如学习名师是如何面对学生中的生成,如何处理课堂上的突发事件等等。 如特级教师朱乐平老师那“等待”的艺术、“踢皮球”的艺术很值得我们学习。在课堂上,他常常有点“聋”,也常常有些“傻”,但却是个“善球者”。他常常笑眯眯地对孩子们说:“我没有听明白,你听明白了吗,”“哦,我有点明白了,谢谢你,谁还能再帮帮我,”一堂课少者十几次,多则几十次。他评价老师的时候很有水平,但评价学生的时候却实在“笨”,在这个“又聋又傻”的老师面前,不正是孩子们展现自己聪明才智的好机会吗,于是学生探究思考过程就会大胆地展现出来,不同的思考也能碰撞出激烈的火花来,自尊、自信、合作、包容等多种优秀品质得到培养和熏陶,学生的个性获得自由驰骋的广阔天地。我们或许学不得如此炉火纯青,也至少能让课堂多一份生气。 六、家常课如何接轨舞台课 舞台课的目的在于引领和带动家常课走向新课程,但要大面积提高教学质量,就要靠每位教师上好家常课,这是新课程改革是否能真正意system troubleshooting. Recovery building intranet and extranet communication optical cable from medical and rehabilitation of ground floor one floor basement corridor into the rehabilitation floor weak current lines1th, floor and 2nd, floor of intranet and outside network of communications cable since medical integrated floor of information room leads, along rehabilitation center of weak tube respectively into 1th, floor of East, in the, West three seat floor a layer of weak equipment 义上铺开,获得成功的关键所在。因此,如何让家常课接轨舞台课是一个值得探讨的问题。下面是笔者的一些思考和做法。 1、化繁复为简单 寻求替代。一线教师的繁忙是众所周知的,如舞台课一般去准备一节课的课件、教具、学具,几乎是不可能的,因此寻找一些替代品是家常课与舞台课接轨的有效手段。 舞台课的课件、教具、学具很多是为了听课教师准备的,有的是为了将课堂包装得漂亮一点而选材制作精益求精,家常课则是房里看媳妇,不必刻意为他人装点,丑一点也无妨。譬如课件,现成能拿到的,网上能下载的,应提倡用一用;“空手道”的,就好好用用课本上的插图,或在小黑板上抄抄画画,估计效果也差不到哪儿。又如学具,提倡学生家里带一点,利用身边材料做一点,尽量少用自己的工资去买。如教学立方体的体积,让学生带一个长方体物品不是难事,没有专门的小立方体,可以就地取材,让学生用橡皮泥、雕塑泥做一些,虽然大大小小、歪歪斜斜的不象样,但于学生的公式理解却无大碍,何况学生还能通过动手做获得对立方体的感性认识。 截取精华。舞台课多有集精华于一身的倾向,渗透拓展得多,密度比较大,原样复制,就有很大的拖堂风险,而家常课最好是能给学生留一定的作业时间,如此一来,给教师的学习模仿带来很大的难度。不过,我们可以分解那些浓缩的精华,截取那些经典的片段,为我所用。 如前述唐彩斌老师的《分数的意义》,题量过大,但不失为一些好题目,如:有三杯饮料,第一个杯子容积200克,装了杯子的2/5;第二个杯子容积200克,装了杯子的3/5;第三个杯子容积240克,装了杯子的1/2。体育课后大汗淋漓,让你先选择,你会选择哪杯饮料,这道题知识点覆盖面大,有多角度比较思考的价值,是一道好题,我们可以在后面的教学中将其作为例题和习题使用。利用家常课没有硬性的时空限制的优势分而解之,这些舞台课的精彩就能发挥它应有的价值。 亦可以截取其中的一部分经典片段。同一次活动中听了金莹老师执教的《集合》一课,她将抽象的集合圈以物化的绳子来替代,让学生钻system troubleshooting. Recovery building intranet and extranet communication optical cable from medical and rehabilitation of ground floor one floor basement corridor into the rehabilitation floor weak current lines1th, floor and 2nd, floor of intranet and outside network of communications cable since medical integrated floor of information room leads, along rehabilitation center of weak tube respectively into 1th, floor of East, in the, West three seat floor a layer of weak equipment 进绳圈,体验集合的意义,学生感受深刻,思维活跃,理解透彻,实为经典之作。我将其复制粘贴到家常课上,同样取得了极佳的效果。如此好事,何乐而不为之~ 2、择适者而用之 由于教师个体之间以及学生基础的差异,舞台课的适用程度也是不同的,我们应联系实际,择适者而用之。 如在剡山小学教研节活动中,听了三堂《分数的意义》的课,就贴近家常课易于模仿的程度而言,由近到远、从易到难依次为:刘永宽版、钟麒生版、唐彩斌版。结合我个人的喜好,个人所能达到调控课堂的水平,学生的学习起点和学习习惯等因素,我会选择钟麒生版,理由有三:其一为教具易于准备,八枚棋子随手可得;其二为既具一定的创造性和开放度,又与课本知识联系紧密,容易找到与家常课的结合点;其三为改造成家常课较为容易,学好关于八枚棋子的例题后,我可以适当调整一下钟老师的设计,让学生看书自学,再完成课后练习,应该是既轻松又有效的。 值得提醒的是,在选择使用的过程中不忘加入自己的创造,如上述对钟麒生老师课的适当调节。 3、从模仿到原创 从模仿到原创是家常课接轨舞台课的最高境界,也是我们观摩舞台课的最终目的。从模仿到原创是一个由表及里的过程,从对外在的形式、内容的模仿,逐步走向对精、气、神的本质的模仿,是一个从“形似”到“神似”的过程,厚积而薄发,举一而反三,就形成原创;从模仿到原创是一个从量变到质变的过程,在不停的模仿中,融入自己的思考和创造,再在实践中反思提高,将名家精华内化为自己的东西,当自己的思考占据主要位置时,就质变为原创。正如爱因斯坦所说:把学了的东西忘记后剩下的就是素质。这种蜕变,如佛家的“面壁十年,一朝顿悟”,是一个意会的过程,似乎无法以例释之。 system troubleshooting.
