关于深圳市沙井中学初一学生心理健康的调查研究 教科院 99心本 古丹丽 摘 要:本研究采用《中学生心理健康综合测量表》对深圳市沙井中学初一级三个班的学生进行调查。调查结果表明:在总体上，沙井中学初一级学生的心理健康水平较好，但从各内容量表上看，存在较严重的学习焦虑;与普通班相比，重点班在总体上的心理健康水平较差;男生与女生相比，女生更具对人焦虑、身体症状、恐怖倾向和冲动倾向，且达到显著性差异。 关键词 初中生 心理健康 调查研究 前 言 1999年6月，中共中央、国务院在《深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中指出，要“针对新形势下青少年成长的特点，加强学生的心理健康教育，培养学生坚忍不拔的意志、艰苦奋斗的精神，增强青少年适应社会生活的能力。”1999年8月，教育部专门发布了“关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见”的文件，进一步明确了加强中小学心理健康教育的重要性。那么，中小学生的心理健康状况究竟如何呢,据天津市安定医院所作的调查统计，天津市青少年的心理健康问题发病率为13—26%(按不同病种的统计数字)，主要表现为:学习困难、情感障碍、抑郁、焦虑、品行障碍、多动障碍等。1994年辽宁教科院对全省有代表性的2万名中小学生心理素质状况调查，发现小学生的20—30%有不同程度的心理障碍，而中学生的比例高达40—50%。杭州的一项调查也证实了随着年龄的增长，学生的心理障碍有较大的上升趋势。女性重于男性，农村重于城市。而近年来也有不少专家学者对各个地区中小学生的心理健康进行研究，而笔者在教学实践中也发现，有不少的学生因为各种压力表现出对环境的不适应。为了更好地了解经济发达地区学生的心理健康状况，同时，对初一的学生的心理进行研究，以便找到确实可行的适应新环境的措施.笔者采用的是由日本铃木清等人编制的《不安倾向诊断测验》修订而成的《中学生心理健康综合测量表》对深圳市沙井中学124名初一学生作了调查，以期通过此次调查对初一学生的心理健康有个比较清晰的了解，从中得到一点启示，以利于以后更好地对初一学生开展心理健康教育活动。 一、 调查方法 1、 量表说明 《中学生心理健康综合测量表》包括1个效度量表和8个内容量表，共100道题。其中8个内容量表分别是:学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向。这些量表的分数采用是为”1”分,否为”0”分统计的. 2、 调查对象 抽取深圳市沙井中学初一级三个班的学生作为被试，其中一个重点班，两个普通班。共共发放问卷126份，回收问卷124份，有效问卷112份。 3、 调查过程 发放量表前未向学生透露关于测试的情况;向学生发调查量表时，由主试说明指导语及强调需注意的问题，答题开始。时间不限，其中要求被试如实回答，不能有空项。 4、 统计方法 把原始数据输入计算机后，使用Microsoft Excel及SPSS10.0进行有关统计。 二、 调查结果 (一)深圳市沙井中学初一学生心理健康状况 根据量表规定，除去效度量表项目，将余下的全部问卷项目得分累加起来。量表规定:若全量表总得分在65分以上者，即可认为存在一定的心理障碍，这种人在日常生活中有不installation part main including Yunnan province tengchong County yongxing River primary and secondary hydropower station in the of pressure pipe and the power station metal structure, which level power station pressure pipe total about 562t (containing annex); II level power station pressure pipe about 733 t (containing annex); level power station metal structure about 52.5 t, containing discharge Gate 2 hole, rushed sand Gate 1 hole, water mouth work door and the stopped dirt gate the 1 hole, Qian pool work door and the stopped dirt gate the 1 hole; Secondary power station metal junction at about 19.5 t, containing sand Gate 1 hole, water inlet water gate and trash the 1 hole; their auxiliary hoist equipment and electrical equipment. Pipe trench excavation slope 1:0.75, after the installation of steel tube, compacted gravel 适应行为，有的可能表现为攻击和暴力行为等。量表指出如果各内容量表加起来得分在8分以上，则表明存在一定的心理障碍，需接受特别指导。 表一 沙井中学初一级学生心理健康状况 ( n=106) 分类 正常人数 ? 有问题人数 ? 总分 105 99.06 1 0.94 学习焦虑 68 64.15 38 35.85 对人焦虑 104 98.11 2 1.89 孤独倾向 106 100 0 0.00 自责倾向 102 96.23 4 3.77 过敏倾向 104 98.11 2 1.89 身体症状 102 96.23 4 3.77 恐怖倾向 106 100 0 0.00 冲动倾向 106 100 0 0.00 从表一可以看出:1人全量表得分为65分以上，这说明他存在一定的心理障碍，在日常生活中有不适应行为。 学习焦虑。有学习焦虑的人所占的比例达37.5%。适度的学习焦虑是一种正常的心理体验，它不仅不会影响学习，而且促进学习。这里所得的数据是指那些学习焦虑过强的学生。他们害怕考试、害怕学校、害怕老师、甚至讨厌学习。学习焦虑在开始时是怕学习成绩不好受父母和老师批评，被同学老师瞧不起。如果真的学习成绩不好，受到了斥责、批评和歧视，久而久之便会产生过强的的学习焦虑和考试焦虑。另外，成绩排名、重点班普通班的分类、中考压力等也是产生学习焦虑的的原因。 有自责倾向和身体症状的学生所占比例均3.77为%。有自责倾向的人自我评价低，自我轻视自己责备自己，其行为受悲哀和忧郁情绪的支配，背后可能掩盖着敌意和攻击，自责倾向的形成与家长的严厉惩罚、教师的歧视和同学的嘲笑等有关。而表现为身体症状的学生则自述经常有食欲不振、消化不良、头痛、失眠、疲劳等症状。在这些身体症状中，有的是真正的“病”，但当这些“病”同时出现时，大多是由于焦虑所造成的，中学生由于不能及时排解心中的烦恼和郁闷，便以身体症状进行逃避。 有对人焦虑和过敏倾向的学生比例为1.89%。对人焦虑是在人际交往过程中存在心理障碍。这些人在众人面前感到不安，表现出退缩、提心吊胆、拘谨老实、不敢讲话等特点。对人焦虑大多是经验不足造成的，或者是因家长娇惯总是一个人在家里玩，或者是受到过大孩子的欺负不敢到外边玩，或者是家长管教过严。而有过敏倾向的人则有点“神经质”，爱哭、胆怯、担心、小心眼、一点儿小事就放心不下等。过敏倾向大多是家庭原因造成的，如父母有神经质，或者家庭关系紧张、家庭状况恶劣等。 有孤独倾向、恐怖倾向和冲动倾向的学生均为0。 (二)重点班与普通班学生的心理健康状况的比较 表二 重点班与普通班学生的心理健康状况 ressure pipe and the metal structure installation 9.1 main engineering profile y2 hydropower station Main characteristics of hydraulic metal structure number project name gate, trash rack, door (gate ... P-1air exposed pipe, single pipe joint water supply 1.4m 1063.506 m 0.8M 10*2m table 虑、对人焦虑、自责倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状和恐怖倾向。说明重点班学生的心理健康状况较之普通班学生差。这可能是由于重点班学生处于尖子生的名称下，面对父母、老师的期望，学习压力大。同时，由于沙井中学采用的是竞争制，按成绩排名确定在重点班还是普通班就读，如果一旦成绩不理想，重点班的学生很有可能被调到普通班，这无形中给重点班的学生增加了很大的压力。学习上的压力影响到其他各方面。因此，重点班学生与普通班学生相比，前者的心理健康状况较差。但普通班的学生比普通班学生更具孤独倾向和冲动倾向，这与普通班学生的氛围有关。可能一些学生因为学习成绩不好等原因，受到老师的歧视和同学的嘲笑，从而导致具有较强的孤独感和冲动倾向。 3、 男生与女生相比较的结果表明:(1)与男生相比，女生的心理健康状况较差，尤其在对人焦虑、身体症状、恐怖倾向和冲动倾向上达到显著性差异。这可能是因为上了中学后，女生在学习方面比男生少些优势，产生很大的心理压力。(2)生理因素。因为女生青春期的发育早于男生，初一的女生大部分都已进入了青春期，她们对生理上的变化和初潮的来临有一种神秘感和恐惧感，加之缺乏成人的合理指导，所以常处于焦虑不安中，特别在与人交往时尤为突出。同时，因为生理上的变化，导致一些不适应，这就使她们以身体不舒服的形式表达出来;而且，处在青春期的女生，情绪极其不稳定，因此比男生更具冲动倾向。(3)家庭教育方式。家长给予女孩的教育多是保护型的，使她们缺乏性格上的各种锻炼，依赖性大于男生，独立性又小于男生。所以成长过程中一旦失去成人的帮助就感到不安和没有着落，恐怖倾向的产生与家庭中过分保护是有直接联系的。 4、 有明显的孤独倾向、恐怖倾向和冲动倾向的学生均为0。这是因为，沙井镇现在的家庭一般有3个或3个以上的孩子，少的也有2个，这让那里的孩子们从小就有伙伴一起玩耍，从而不感到特别的孤独;纵使在学校缺少朋友，回到家还是有兄弟或姐妹。因为家里孩子多，做父母的会教育自己的子女要和睦相处，这也就减少了他们的一些冲动性行为。有玩耍的伙伴，不感到孤独，也就较难产恐怖感了。 四、结论 1、 深圳市沙井中学初一级学生的心理健康状况较好。 2、 重点班与普通班相比，重点班学生总体上的心理健康水平差于普通班学生。 3、 男生与女生相比，女生的心理健康状况水平差于男生，在总分上达到显著性差异，同时， 在对人焦虑、身体症状、恐怖倾向和冲动倾向上存在显著性差异。 五、建议 1、 改善家庭教育。(1)家长对子女的期望要适度，不能不切合实际地增加学习负担，并重视子女的精神需要、良好个性和品德的培养。(2)家长要遵守法纪和社会公德，完善自我形象，言传身教，给子女作出良好的表率，让子女在家长乐观向上的情绪和刻苦学习、努力工作中受到有利于身心健康成长的积极影响。(3)也要让子女在实践中得到锻炼，让子女有计划、有目的地参加各种实践活动，使子女的意志和性格从中得到锻炼，并帮助子女从实践中总结经验。(4)家长对于子女的良好思想和行为表现，要及时给予肯定和激励，以提高其主动性和积极性，使其产生较高的自我效能感，能正确认识和评价自己。(5)尤其值得指 1 the main characteristics of the penstock n-3.
