中 文 摘 要 TFY的研制开发是我校牵头承担的 “儿五”国家中医药科技攻关项目。F麻为其 中的主药，我们对其提取精制工艺进行了研究，并在此基础上制成了丁FY软胶tea 提取研究结合药效实验、参考文献并通过预试试验，先确定了提取溶媒，采用正交 试验法，选择场 (3a)正交，以天麻素含堡、浸膏收率、醇浸膏收率为考察指标， 综合评价，筛选出最佳工艺条件，并经G次重Alt实验确证。 纯化精制研究着重筛选了酶法、大孔吸附树脂法、醇沉一碱析法，并优选出最佳精 制方法及其工艺条件。 剂型研究旨在达到速释的目的，侧重辅料的筛选，并对软胶囊的工艺条件进行了考 察。 关键词二天麻 提取 精制 TFY软胶囊 ABSTRACT The research and development of TFY is one of the National Key Project of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Gastrodia is one of the main materia medico in TFY. We ptnducted， TFY Soft Capmle on the basis of Gastrodia 's research. According to the document, pharmacodynamics experiment and other experiments, we definite the solvent of extraction. By using orthoyonal method, we chose the ratio of obtain- ing of the师 extracts, the content of Gastrodia and alcohol extracts as three signs in order to conduct intergrated evaluation. The optimum extraction method was screened. The six re- peat experiments showed that this procedue is reasonable, stable and practical. The research of purification include the method of enzyme, adsorption resin and the proceduce of injection. The optimum method was screened. in order to make it release quickly, the research of form emphasizes the screen of assist material of soft capsule. We also study the method of preparation.
