Description
The power module is applicable to 32、37-inch LCD TV KONKA LED
Panel on the LCD TV on a stand-alone semi-finished products, the main system board for the LCD and LED screen load from various quarters to provide power supply. The power of the relevant specifications are: Input voltage range 110 ~ 240VAC ? 10%, output includes 12.2V ? 5% / 4A,+5.1 VSB ? 5% / 4A,and high voltage power supply to the LED backlight. The maximum output power is about 110W. The topology of the power supply is divided into four parts, PFC part, +5.1 V output, +12.2 V output part and the LED DRIVER section.
说明
本电源模块是适用32、37寸KONKA LED 屏的 LCD TV
上,为LCD TV上独立的半成品,主要为LCD主板系统各路负
载及LED屏提供电源供应。该电源的相关规格主要有:输入电
压范围110~240VAC?10%,输出为12.2V?5%/3.5A,,5.1VSB
?5%/4A,输出高电压给LED背光供电,最大输出功率约为
110W。该电源的拓扑结构主要分为四部分,PFC部分、+5.1V
输出、+12.2V输出部分和LED DRIVER部分。

3.1 Output voltage and current(输出电压及电流)
In specific input voltage and temperature, below table describe each output current,
voltage range, output Ripple and max noise of KIP,L110E02C2-02 power unit. In terms of normal operation, Output total maximum power not exceed 110W.

Note:During testing the Ripple and noise, The oscilloscope bandwidth is set at 20MHz and
co-axial probe will be used to measure it 0.1μF Ceramic capacitor and 47μF Tantalum
capacitors should be put across output terminals during ripple & noise test. The test condition
should be in the normal Input voltage range and temperature range.
注:在测试纹波及噪音的时候,要把测试的示波器打在20MHz的频率下,并且示波的探头测
试点要并联0.1uF陶瓷电容和47uF电解电容。测试条件是在正常的输入电压范围和温度范围。
3.2 Standby power consumption (待机功率)
When standby, the loading of +5.1Vsb is 30mA at input voltage is 220VAC/50HZ or
110VAC/60HZ,Power input power should not exceed 0.5W。
When loading power is 5.1V/80mA,input power should less than 1W。
待机状态,当输入电压220VAC/50HZ或110VAC/60HZ,+5.1Vsb输出电流为30mA时,电源的
输入功率不超过0.5W。
当负载功率为5.1V/80mA,输入功率不大于1W。
3.3 No load AND Light load operation (空载与轻载运行)
When at no load, Power be operated normally and below problem should not happen: -At no load, power can start up and have no hiccup problem -At no load, power can start up and output voltage overshoot should not exceed 10% of total

整机所有输出在空载条件下还能正常工作,并且不能出现如下现状:
-电源在空载条件下启动,电源没有出现类似hiccup 或不能启动现象。
-电源在空载条件下启动,输出的电压过冲不能超过总输出的10%。
When loading power is 5.1V/5mA , start up switch PS_ON,Power should be operated
normally and below problem should not happen:
-At loading power is 5.1V/5mA, power have no hiccup problem。
-At loading power is 5.1V/5mA, Power be start up normally 。
5.1V/5mA负载时,打开PS_ON开关,电源能正常工作,并且不能出现如下状况: 输出
电源在5.1V/5mA负载条件启动,电源没有出现类似hiccup 。
电源在5.1V/5mA负载条件启动,电源没有出现不能启动现象。
3.4 Dynamic load specification (动态负载特性 Step load)
After setting each output current change range, change time, speed, and then test each
team of voltage in the change of current to check whether it exceed rated range.
在设定各组输出电流变化的范围,变化的时间和速率,然后再测试各组在电流变化过程中电压值是否超额定范围。

Remarks:
During testing the Ripple and noise, The oscilloscope bandwidth is set at 20MHz and

t1 is the turn on time of 5.1V,t2 is the rise time of 5.1V,t3 is the (PS/ON)turn on time of

time of 5.1V,t7 is the AC turn off time of 12.2V,t8 is the time of difference of power down

3.5.2 Turn off Hold time(关机保持时间)
When power unit in normal operation, output load in the rated range, cut off power, each
output voltage should hold-up time shall be at least:. 电源的正常运行时,输出负载在额定条件,然后电源断电,断电后各组输出电压必须最小保持如下的时间 。
