孩子，老师想对你说„„„„ 高一三老班:李先龙 转眼已经从教15个春秋了，15载一线从教经历让我深切感受到了教师工作上的艰辛繁杂、情感上的无私无悔，可是教与学中太多的无奈、酸楚和苦涩却时时鞭笞着我、刺痛着我为师的良知和责任感。记得我上学的时候，曾写过一篇题为《老师，我想对您说》的作文，对老师要说说心里话，诉诉当学生的苦。近期里，班上的学生出了很多的状况，在课堂上玩手机、扔纸团，自习课打牌，自主学习说话，上课迟到、自习课随意出入，还有睡觉，看网络小说等等不一而足。于是，我也有那么多的话想对学生说说，这样的絮语酝酿已久，不吐不快～ 孩子，老师想对你说:我爱你们每一个人，对你们的爱，无论是我给你们的一个微笑，还是轻轻的一个抚摸，或者一个嗔怪的眼神，又或者一句严厉的批评，一句句苦口婆心，那都是我发自内心的对你们的爱。一个微笑，那是因为我看到了你的进步，由衷地感到欣慰;轻轻一个抚摸，那是我对你的奖赏，好样的，相信自己一定行;一个嗔怪的眼神，那是我对你宽容中的责备和提醒，怎么又管不住自己了，怎么又这么不细心;一句严厉的批评，那是你不经意间又犯了很多比较严重的错误，怒其不争啊;一句句苦口婆心，那是我对有这样或那样错误的你的循循善诱，告诉你人生的道路还很长很长，我们应该尽自己最大努力走好自己人生的每一步。我一直对你们说:我们也许上不了最好的大学，但我们一定要上最合适的大学～我们也许成不了栋梁，但我们一定要成为有担当的人～ 孩子，老师想对你说:学会感恩、懂得尊重～ 父母生养我们不易，我们应该常怀一颗感恩的心，多想想父母对我们的好～我知道有的同学在家父母的话根本听不进去，一味地要求父母为你做什么什么，你有想过你为父母做什么了吗,每天看到爸爸妈妈那么辛苦地工作，你感动了吗,父母是人而不是神。你在学校里可能会与同学、老师发生一些不愉快的事情，其实父母在家里在社会上与领导、同事也会遇到不如意、不顺心的事，也会因为疲劳过度而心情烦躁，你关心过父母了吗,你在家里会主动分担一些家务吗,孩子，人世间最大的幸福莫过于父母安在，最大的不幸莫过于“子欲养而亲不待”～珍惜和父母在一起的分分秒秒，从此刻开始理解父母，孝敬父母，快快尽一份为人子为人女的责任吧～诗人把老师唤作“课堂里的树”，说老师的“语言，是富有光泽的树叶”。老师是耕耘春天、播种希望的人，他撒播下希望的种子，辛勤耕耘，我们就是他培养的一颗颗种子，将我们育成参天大树。要在认识上，感情上去理解老师、体贴老师，不能简单地认为老师是为了某种功利来从事教书育人的工作，记住“那块黑板擦去的是功利，写上的是真理”，老师在夜深人静的时候，还在备课，批改作业，学生全部酣然入梦的时候仍在查寝。这种辛勤的劳动，又是为了谁呢,如果真是想的这样，他们又何必如此辛苦地工作呢,大可不管我们的学习、纪律、卫生。这些超出工作时间的劳动又没有经济报酬，这又是何苦呢,尊重老师的劳动，接受老师的教育，在成长过程，有错误是在所难免的，可关键是能否知错就改，如果能，那既现出我们的宽广胸怀，也表现出对老师的尊重。遗憾的是有些同学知错但不改错，恶意顶撞老师，有的同学犯错不是承认，而是找出十倍的借口为自己开脱，老师还没有说什么，你已经为你阐述了很多理由，或者粗暴地打断老师的话，自己喋喋不休，老师想听你的理由吗,不相信你的理由吗,你觉得你的理由真的能为你的错误开脱吗,老师只是要你今后再也不要因为这些理由犯同样的错误。当你课堂上和自习课睡觉、玩手机、说话、扔纸条„„老师指出你们的错误时，我看到的不是你们的后悔，而是喋喋不休的借口和所有对老师的怨恨，所有的一切，无一不透露着你的不可理喻，缺乏改错的胸襟attention to the relationship between plants and soil, as well as the skilled technician jobs to be chosen.
