肛门潮湿诊治指南 疾病简介: 肛门潮湿(The anus damp)是一种常见的非传染性皮肤病。病变局限于肛周皮肤，起病为红疹、红斑、糜烂、渗出继 而结痂、脱屑。病程久的可出现皮肤增厚，颜色灰白或暗红，粗糙，以致皲裂、渗出、瘙痒反复发作。任何年龄均可发病。湿疹的病因和发病机理是比较复杂的。往 往由多种因素发病。 发病的原因: 1、脱垂性内痔(hemorrhoids):它属于肛肠疾病痔疮的一种，在严重的时候排便会有异物脱出，连走路、跑步、咳嗽都有可能脱出肛外，而由于肛门异物的脱出会引起肛门部位的水肿或渗出液增多从而导致肛门潮湿。 2、肛瘘(Anal fistula):是由肛管和直肠周围发生脓肿破例之后，由于流脓、炎性渗出太多也可以导致肛门潮湿。 3、直肠脱垂(Rectal prolapse):它时常发生在肛门部位，因肌肉松弛无力，直肠层或粘膜脱出肛门外，直肠粘膜表面的液体会污染肛门周围的皮肤，导致肛门口分泌物过多产生的肛门潮湿。 4、肛门皮肤疾病:例如肛门周围的皮肤湿疹、皮炎等以及皮肤感染后会出现脓包，待脓包破裂以后会产生分泌物过多导致肛门潮湿。 5、痔瘘术后:创面炎性分泌物及肠液顺疤痕凹陷处流出，这时会有轻微的肛门潮湿;如有损伤肛门括约肌者，则因肠液的大量溢出甚或粪便留出而出现严重潮湿;如手术导致肛管皮肤缺损、肠黏膜外露，则肠黏液可外溢致肛门周围潮湿。 引起肛门潮湿的疾病: 1、肛门湿疹，是一种皮肤病，常常伴有瘙痒。但有时肛门湿疹是肛门潮湿的继发病。治疗:外涂“皮炎平”软膏;消炎止痒洗剂坐浴;局部封闭治疗。 2、肛瘘，肛门内有一个或几个硬结，并有条索状物由硬结处通向肛门内，经常有分泌物流出污染内裤。如果身体抵抗力降低，可以发炎肿胀，形成肛周脓肿。治疗:手术治疗，保守治疗无效。 3、内痔，如果内痔核较大加上肛门松弛，大便时全部脱出，平时经常半脱出在肛门外，粘膜分泌的液体流出，也造成肛门周围潮湿。治疗:手术;注射药物疗法。 4、尖锐湿疣(Acuteness wet wart)，此病是性病的一种，可以散在亦可连成片，呈菜coupling Centre shall be checked, the second poured concrete strength of more than 70%.
