Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the NFκB and VEGF
protein expression in 35 specimens of normal endometrium,48 of eutopic endometrium of endometriosis and 76 of ectopic endometrium, and the results were analyzed with SPSS11.0 statistical software. RESULTS: The expressions of NFκB and
VEGF were mainly found in the glandular epithelial cells of the 3 kinds of endometrium, with the ectopic endometriotic tissues showing the highest and the normal endometrium showing the lowest expression . Both NFκB and VEGF expressions in
proliferative phase were significantly lower than those in secretory phase of normal and ectopic endometria . Furthermore, the expressions of NFκB and VEGF proteins were positively
correlated in normal endometria, eutopic and ectopic endometria . CONCLUSION: NFκB and VEGF proteins are highly
expressed and show a positive correlation in EM, which suggests that they may participate in the pathogenesis of EM. 【Keywords】

检测NFκB及VEGF在35例正常子宫内膜、48例EM在位内膜及76
例EM异位内膜中的表达,并对检测结果进行统计学分析. 结果: NFκB和VEGF主要定位于3 组内膜腺上皮细胞的胞质中,其中异位内膜表达强度最强,正常子宫内膜的表达强度最弱. 在位内膜和正常子宫内膜NFκB和VEGF的表达强度随月经周期发生一定的变化,分泌期高于增殖期,差异有统计学意义. NFκB与VEGF之间在正常子宫内膜、异位内膜和在位内膜中的表达具有正相关性,相关系数分别为0.660,0.733和0.827 . 结论: NFκB和VEGF在EM患者的在位及异位内膜的高表达及二者之间的正相关性提示其在EM发病机制中起一定的作用. 【关键词】 子宫内膜异位症;NFκB;血管内皮生长因子类;免疫组织化学 0引言 子宫内膜异位症是一种生育期妇女常见的良性疾患,但异位的子宫内膜却具有类似于恶性肿瘤转移、种植、侵袭等生物学特性,而此过程均依赖于新生血管的形成. 血管内皮生长因子是为单一基因编码的同源二聚体糖蛋白,是最为关键性的血管形成刺激因子. 它可直接而特异作用于血管内皮细胞,导致新生血管形成. NFκB是一种重要的基因转录调控因子,参与细胞因子、黏附分子、血管活性调节因子的调节,研究证实NFκB对于VEGF的调控与多种恶性肿瘤新生血管的生成有关,1,. 本文采用免疫组织化学的方法检测NFκB和VEGF在正常子宫内膜和EM患者的在位及异位内膜中表达情况,以探讨NFκB和VEGF与EM发病的相关性.
