高级影视动画师深圳 工 业 和 信 息 化 部 全国网游动漫学院项目管理办公室 网信考[2011] 18 号 关于举办3DS MAX、Maya三维动画软件高级应用 暨“高级影视动画师”水平认证研修班的通知 各有关单位: 为全面贯彻《国务院办公厅转发财政部等部门关于推动我国动漫产业发展若干意见的通知》(国办发[2006]32号),工业和信息化部有关部门推出了“全国网游动漫学院项目”(简称GCC项目), 该项目由工业和信息化部中国电子信息产业发展研究院、工业和信息化部通信行业职业技能鉴定中心实施共建，并设立全国网游动漫学院项目管理办公室负责此项目在 影视剧制作全国的运营、管理及实施,旨在形成以人才培养——动画片生产——代理加工————手机游戏、手机动漫增值业务及技术应用平台、衍生品销售为一体的产业链， 完善高端动漫行业教育、落实人才资源是第一资源的兴国战略。 3DS MAX、Maya是美国Autodesk公司出品的世界顶级的三维动画软件，世界的三维数字动画创作领域中，98%的动画、特效等都是由该软件完成，广泛应用于影视广告，角色动画，电影特技、多媒体制作、游戏开发等领域。上述软件功能完善，工作灵活，制作效率极高，渲染真实感极强，掌握了3DS MAX、Maya会极大的提高制作效率和品质，调节出仿真的角色动画，渲染出电影一般的真实效果。为帮助广大从业人员深入运用上述主流软件，提高制作效率和品质，解决节目在创作、策划、制作、编辑及系统应用中遇到的各种技术问题，推动我国本土动漫产业与游戏软件产业的发展、培养本土网游动漫专业人才。工业和信息化部全国网游动漫学院项目管理办公室特举办3DS MAX、Maya三维动画软件高级应用暨“高级影视动画师”水平认证研修班，具体事宜通知如下: 一、培训对象及培训方式: 1、大中专院校动漫及数字媒体艺术专业一线教师、教研室骨干人员、教学管理人员。 2、各级广电局、电视台、以及各企事业单位的声像部，影视节目前、后期制作机构、管理机构领导及相关从业人员。 3采用人手一机的培训模式，实机操作，培训注重实用性，穿插大量关键应用演示。 二、拟邀主讲专家: except fibrillation and complex law 2 3. high requirements ( 1) disease and number of contracts number of disease syndrome after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome more than 2 2 (2) clinical knowledge, skills required: clinical operations technical contract blood purification technique 2 people ... ...
