人员结构分析 通辽中联虹祥水泥有限公司 人员结构分析报告 一、公司人员基本情况 截止2014年8月22日，通辽中联虹祥水泥有限公司共有职工145人。公司职工平均年龄为36岁，其中30岁以下职工59人，占职工总数40.7%;31-40岁职工30人，占职工总数20.7%;41-50岁职工35人，占职工总数24.1%;51岁以上职工21人，占职工总数14.5%。 从文化程度上看，研究生以上学历2人，占职工总数1.4%;本科学历8人，占职工总数5.5%;大专学历26人，占职工总数17.9%; 高中及中专学历45人，占职工总数31%;初中及以下学历64人，占职工总数44.1%。 从岗位分布上看，高层管理3人;生产一线共有职工101人;供应销售共有职工12人;行政财务等后勤辅助部门共有职工30人。 15人 1人5人 图一:各岗位51岁以上人数图示生产一线 供应销售 后勤服务 scope of the entire project.
