新灯光测试仪灯光强度标定 新灯光测试仪灯光强度标定方法 设备维修技术档案系列资料 灯光测试仪灯光强度要定期进行标定，标定周期为一年，委托汽研进行法规确认。先给设备送电，然后按如下标定方法操作: 一(用白板标定一台样车: 用灯光标定基准白板先标定一台样车，该车用做灯光标定后的灯位恢复。 1( 把车开上设备，打空档，松开手刹车。 2( 把白板放置在车灯正前方10米处，注意对准中轴线。 3( 在触摸屏选择“Auto(自动)”。 4( 在登陆站输入车型代码(M6为AB)，回车。 5( 按操作按钮盒顶部第一个带灯按钮“Cycle Start(循环启 动)”，启动设备。设备开始对中，轮毂旋转。 6( 车轮对中完成后，打开测试车的灯光，照射白板，由操作 工人分别调试四个灯的方向性，直至合格。 7( 按操作按钮盒“Abort Cycle(终止循环)”按钮，收车。 调试后的车作为样车，进行下一步操作。 二(进入标定管理环境: 1(选择一个灯位大致位置，把光源置于该位置。这里以右远光灯为例。 2(连接标准光源电源。 3(在计算机键盘依次按Ctrl和3，屏幕换到大灯界面。见图1。 图1:大灯测试仪主工作画面 fast boat. Scope of activities in the joy Temple works, Miao and Hui 自动进入绿色框内，则“Teach Headlamp(学习前灯)”按钮先加强显示后变灰度显示。即此时样车和原来设备基准位置基本一致，可以不再学习。 5(如果十子交叉点没有进入绿色框，则“Teach Headlamp(学习前灯)”按钮将加强显示保持不变。可以微调光源螺钉，到光源正好照射到CCD为止，此时屏幕十字叉应落在公差中心附近。在交叉点位置基本稳定时，用鼠标按该按钮，将把当前位置记录为标准位置。 6(当然，如果对“4”中合格情况不满意(偏离中心)，也可以用同样方法，在“Teach Headlamp(学习前灯)”按钮加强显示没有消失前(该按钮学习时会维持2-3秒)按一下，使系统记住新位置，作为基准位置。 7(学习完成后，按图底部的“Save& Exit(存盘退出)”，系统将该灯的新基准位置存盘并回到图3画面。 五(标定光强: 1(用车布遮挡前后轮毂下部光电开关，模拟有车信号。如没有遮住，将无法启动测试循环。 2(把标准光源调节到特定光强，如40000勒克斯。 3(把触摸屏工作方式切回自动方式(“Auto Mode Selected”)。 4(在登陆站输入车型代码，由于我们利用M6程序测试光强，应该输入“AB”，按ENTER键确认。 5(登陆站显示条码输入成功，过几秒钟，操作台“Cycle Start(循环启动)”灯闪烁。不闪烁时，可能是没有选择自动或光电开关没有挡住。 6(按“Cycle Start(循环启动)”带灯按钮，设备循环启动。 7(CCD走到右近光，等待测试，由于没有实际灯光，测试将无法正常完成，可以按设备前端CCD悬架上“Cycle Start(循环启动)”带灯按钮，跳过该灯测试。同样方法，依次跳过左近光和左远光测试。 8(设备依次自动走到右远光，等待测试。 9(如果光源位置正确，司机显示器灯光误差框会自动在几秒内放大，以便调整。如果位置略有偏差，可以微调光源螺钉，到光源正好照射到CCD为止，此时屏幕十字叉应落在公差中心附近。 10(屏幕下部显示光强。将此数值和光源调定的光强做比较，如符合，则无须校正设备。 11(不合格时，重新进入图5画面。在左下角栏目做如下操作: fast boat. Scope of activities in the joy Temple works, Miao and Hui 1)Intensity Measurement(强度测量)设置为enable(有效)。 2)Maxinium Intensity(最大强度)栏目设置为光源调整值，如40000。 3)Tolerance(公差)栏目设置合适公差。 4)按“Intensity Calibration(强度标定)”按钮。 进度条将逐步增加，直到结束不动。 5)按“Save and exit”，存盘退出。系统进入图3画面。 12(此时，司机显示器光强显示应该被校正到合格范围。 13(按CCD悬架上“Cycle Start(循环启动)”带灯按钮，设备结束测试，回到原位。 14(按“ABORT CYCLE”按钮收车。 15(可以重复4-14步，重复校验，看标定后光强是否合格。 六(恢复原始灯位 标定完成后，要把右远光标定回原来灯位的测量位置。 1(把样车开上设备，松开手刹车。 2(在手动状态，模拟自动测量必须的条件，如缩回盖板，松开刹车，拔销等。 3(使车轮旋转对中，启动转毂。如条件不具备，转毂无法启动。 4(打开远光灯。 5(用“二、三、四”叙述的方法，把右远光灯位置按样车重新标定。 6(学习完成后，在图3界面中把单位重新切换回公制“mm”。 7(在图3界面中，按“Save&Exit(存盘退出)”，系统回到图1基本工作界面。 8(按右下角软键“Log in/out”，进入登陆界面。 9(按登陆界面右下角的“Log Out(登出)”。 此时，设备可以恢复生产。 生产部设备科:陈刚 2005-7-24 fast boat.
