自治区普通高等教育优秀专科生直升本科 选拔及 “普通高等教育优秀专科生直升本科”工作,下文简称“专升本”,是我区促进高校招生改革、学生综合素质评价改革和高等学校人才培养模式改革的重要组成部分。为全面落实《中共中央、国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》精神～激发专科学生努力学习的积极性～满足部分优秀专科生继续学习的愿望～进一步做好我区专升本工作～根据教育部有关政策和自治区《高等教育发展规划,2011-2020,》精神～制定本办法。 一、工作原则 专升本工作是一项具有高度政策性、原则性的工作～各校要以有利于科学选拔人才、促进学生健康发展、维护社会公平为出发点～本着公正、公开、公平的原则～严格按照有关政策规定进行选拔～防止弄虚作假。 二、招生院校、专业、计划及招生简章 ,一,招生院校:我区普通本科高校及独立学院经自治区教育厅批准～可按规定的推荐选拔程序和名额招收优秀专科生进入本科阶段学习。 ,二,招生专业:由各招生院校在本校获准设置的本科专业内申报～教育厅审核批准。各校应优先考虑在自治区重点产业紧缺人才专业～以及其它社会需求量大、就业率高的专业中安排专real, in each pen business lending Qian not for by pen query, led to mortgage failure of.
