When it comes to the best way to travel, different people will offer different opinions. As to me, I prefer to travel alone. Some people may think that travel alone is not save enough. But I think it's the opportunity to challenge ourselves, to develop ourselves. 1\Travelling on my own costs much less, I don't need to visit some small and boring but expensive spots. 2\Traveling alone, I can enjoy more freedom. In a package tour I'm deprived of as much freedom as in a military base. I have to do the things as the tourist guide tell me. Get up at the same time or something else. But if I travel alone, I can arrange my tour as I wish without the trouble of compromising with others. I am my own boss, I can decide where to start my visit and where to linger a little longer and which spot can be skipped over to save energy or time for another spot. I can always adjust my plan. 3\Traveling alone gives a great degree of independence. I may encounter inconveniences if I travel individually， for instance， getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals.I have to learn how to read a map then get on the right bus to the destination, how to ask people for help. And when I'm ill, I have to learn how to take care of myself. When I can solve these problems, it will make me confident and brave enough to face the difficulties in the future. 4\Moreover, traveling alone tends to bring me unexpected surprises, such as making a new friend and enjoying different scenery. So in conclusion, I prefer to travel alone.
