It complies with the requirements of ISO5199. Applied Range • Refi neries, petrochemical in- dustry, coal processing and low temperature engineering • Chemical industry, fi bre and general processing industries, particularly in paper and pulp industries, sugar industry and clean water applications, particu- larly seawater desalination plants • Heating and air-conditioning • Fossil power stations • Environmental protection • Engineering and in automotive industries • Marine and offshore applications 性能范围 规格DN: 32-300 mm 流量Q: 可达2000 m3/h 扬程H: 可达160 m 工作压力P: 可达2.5 MPa* 工作温度T: -30 - +180o C 特点 • CZ 泵为标准的模块化设计。 40个泵规格仅有6个轴承支架。 全拉出式结构设计，确保轴承悬 架部件包括轴、叶轮、轴封，可 以在不拆卸泵体和电机的情况下 只拆卸联轴器加长段就能够整体 拆卸。 • 标准密封形式有3类，即填料密 封、单端面机械密封和双端面机 械密封。 • 标准管路形式有3种，即plan11, plan32和Plan54。 • 标准材料只有4种，API材料等级 S-5(碳钢)、A-7 (304 S.S), A-8-1 (316 S.S), A-8-2 (316L S.S)。 • 进出口法兰执行GB9113.1-2000 PN2.5 MPa标准，若用户需要执 行其它标准，法兰密封面和连接 螺栓及中心孔可按执行，法 兰大外径及厚度按国标执行。 • 标准底座形式为焊接型底座，铸 造式底座不提供。 • 从联轴器末端看，泵为顺时针旋 转。 * 见压力温度曲线 Performance Range Sizes DN: 32-300 mm Capacity Q: up to 2000 m3/h Head H: up to 160 m PressureP: up to 2.5 MPa* Temperature T: -30 - +180o C Design Features • Standard modularization design. Only 6 bearing frames for 40 sizes, the rear pull-out design enables the bearing pedestal including impeller and shaft seal to be removed with the volute casing left in position. The driver does not need to be removed if a spacer coupling is used. • The standard seal arrangement has three options: gland pack- ing, single mechanical seal and double seal. • The standard piping includes three options: plan11, plan32 and plan54. • API Material Class S-5 (Carbon), A-7 (304), A-8-1 (316), A-8-2 (316L). • GB9113.1-2000 suction and discharge fl anges are standard. If customers specify other special fl anges, the outside dimension and thickness should comply with GB code. • The standard baseplate is Fabri- cated steel. End suction, top discharge. The nozzle force and moment is ISO5199. 泵体和泵盖间垫片为PTFE，波齿垫片为可选。 The standard sassing gasket material is PTFE. Spiral wound SS/graphite gaskets are optional. 泵体设计按照ISO5199，地脚安装 式结构；泵体自排气；大规格有双 蜗壳结构；3 mm的腐蚀余量。 The casing design fully complies with ISO 5199, foot mounted, self venting with a 3 mm corrosion al- lowance. Larger sizes are double volute. 叶轮为闭式结构，副叶片或平衡孔 （叶轮直径≥315 mm）平衡轴向 力；轴向两端固定，键传动；叶轮 平衡按ISO5199 G6.3级。 Closed impeller, the axial forces are controlled by back vanes (balance holes when diameter ≥315 mm). Balancing is to ISO5199 G6.3. 密封形式有3类，即填料密封、单 端面机械密封和双端面机械密封。 Three seal types: soft packing, single and double mechanical seal. 泵体排残液用管堵接头为标准配 置。法兰式排残液结构为可选的。 A plugged drain is standard. Standard material of coupling is steel, aluminum is optional. 轴承压盖上的迷宫密封保证轴承箱 体的密封。 A labyrinth seal on the bearing cover ensures the lubrication oil is free from external contamination. 标准的径向滚动轴承，泵用轻型轴 时（按架号），前后各有一个球轴 承；配用重型轴时（按架号），前 端为圆柱轴承，后端为一对角接触 球轴承。 Standard radial roller bearing. Small pump with 2 single ball bearing.
