一个肥皂泡的彻底破灭 ——“高效课堂”改革述评 从当初的“学生反了，课堂散了，老师也不管了，四周全是黑板了”的模式到最新的“学杜郎口中学，不必砸掉讲台，不必死扣„三三六?，不必全都镶上黑板，只要记住以人为本，关注生命就可以了。”新诠释，已经宣告所谓的“高效课堂”肥皂泡彻底破灭了。 ——作者手记 一、大陆教育是最容易产生神话的土壤 假如一个医药报刊的记者以医学专家自诩到处讲学， 假如一个体育报记者以权威教练的身份满世界推销“超级训练法”， 你一定会不屑一顾，嗤之以鼻。然而当一个教育报刊ji~zhe发明一种“理念”，设计一种“模式”，声势浩大地在全国范围推广的时候，教师不但必须得俯首帖耳、言听计从，甚至必须得奉若神明。因为“中国课堂已经到了最危险的时候”，惟有他们才可以拯救。于是，一个只有几百学生，教师学历严重不达标，靠家族式管理的“杜郎口中学”成了“中国课改圣地”;一个没有任何后续学历的中专生校长转眼间戴上了师范学院“硕士导师”的头衔;他们鼓吹的“不会英语却可以教好英语”的范例成了高效课堂的经典;“课改是最大的政治”成了他们最响亮的口号。他们宣言:课改不能改良必须“**”。“课改是日心说”，是“21世纪哥白尼的大**”。…… 上世纪80年代以来，“记者=教育家”在中国大陆几乎成了一种“规律”。一个口号(理念)成就一个“教育家”，一篇报道成就一个“教育家”，一个“状元”成就一个教育家的现象层出不穷、司空见惯。只是动静和规模从来没有今天这么大——成立全国名校联盟，举办“恢弘”的课博会，靠收取听课费而富甲一方。 二、神话究竟是怎么制造出来的, 如果真要去考究制造“神话”手法的话，那真让人大跌眼镜了。简单得不能再简单了。无非是首先编一个似真似幻的情景极大地激发你的好奇心。比方说: 我能把自来水变成油。 我能伸手从空中抓一把银子。 你给我30万我能把一个婴儿“培育”成爱因斯坦。 你参加我的“想象力培训班”我可以把你的孩子变成神童。凡此种种，不一而足。你信不信,不信你来亲眼看看啊(当然不能免费)～你不看怎么知道不行呢, 拿杜郎口为例—— 主题:一所因教学质量太差而几乎关门的乡村中学突然起死回生，并一跃成为全国最耀眼的“明星”。 关键情节:疯狂课改，“课堂上乱哄哄的，学生们都在嚷嚷，不时有参观者进进出出，简直像个菜市场”(摘自天津中学参观者描述)。0作业，0考试，100%升学率(李炳亭语)。 理论包装:以人为本。知识的超市，生命的狂欢。 背景设计:砸掉讲台，封教师嘴，文化墙。 圆谎办法:当你发现原来所谓的“超市”“狂欢”的学生早已经“预习过了”时，立马再编“理论补丁”——导学要先行、预习是关键。当你发觉他的经验你根本学不了时，立即丢掉“先临帖再破帖”、“你不知道怎么做你就去做”的说法为斥责“谁让你照搬照套，不学精神呢”,只怪你没脑子，只会东施效颦～你要领会“以人为本”的精神～那到底怎样做才是以人为本呢,你自己回去想吧，自己检讨去吧。到底怎么学, 一头雾水。不行你再来参观学习啊。 点缀:悲情故事。比如“崔其升是最累的”，“一天听8节课”，“别人吃饭他还在工作”，“累出一身病”等等，等等。 三、洗脑方法大揭秘 一个并不高明的谎言或者说是一个骗局，能够轻而易举地让一所规模不大、地处偏僻、教师水平不高的乡镇初中每天有“上千人”来听课，达到年均1000万的收入，还带动了地方餐饮业的大发展，确实有很多人深信不疑甚至痴迷，这本身就是一个奇迹了(由此我才更深地体会到赵本山《卖拐》系列小品深刻的社会讽刺意义)。经过研究，笔者发现李炳亭的洗脑术在其中起到了关键作用。他所用的洗脑方法大致有以下几种: (一) 平面媒体狂轰滥炸。首先以《中国教师报》为主阵地，连篇累牍，不惜大量采用整版篇幅报道，形成“强大舆论氛围”。然后有《中国教育报》、《人民日报》为之敲敲边鼓，其权威性就“至高无上”了。 (二) 大肆开“学术讲座”，传经布道。正如李炳亭本人所说，整天飞来飞去讲座，累死了。他的讲座有一个核心诀窍，用他的话说就是听众要“把杯子洗净”——你得先把大脑中“传统教学”的信息彻底清除(否则你就无法接受他的真经)然后再接受他的信息，按他设定的逻辑进行思维。 (三) 对外恐之以害，诱之以利;对内恩威并重，软硬兼施。譬如先把传统教育说得一无是处，打“零分”“负分”，“制造痛苦”，“摧残学生”“效率极低”;只要用我的模式，立马学生成绩飙升，个人飞黄腾达(职称、荣誉、金钱、名校、名师都哗哗地来了～李炳亭均有“论述”，不再转引了。)对学校教师说罚款你当场掏钱，要给你奖金也是即时兑现。丈夫当校长，老婆做副校长。一统天下。 (四) 拉大旗作虎皮，充分利用行政资源。找专家、学者、国家级泰斗装门面，游说教育厅局长、地方行政大员为其撑腰。这样就足以横行天下无阻挡了。 四、揭破骗局小验方 (一)访一下。俗话说新贵最怕老邻家。微服私访到当地老百姓家打听打听。真实情况到底是怎么回事。一切都会真相大白。 (二)想一下。学校究竟实际控制了学生多少时间,“课堂”外的时间都在干什么, (三)问一下:既然效果那么好，李炳亭还说“可以出大师”的，那学生每年发表过多少文学作品,参加过多少次英语、数学、化学、美术、书法、生物、演讲、辩论、文艺、体育等省市或全国竞赛(活动)，成绩如何, (四)考一下。撇开给定的材料，和学生聊聊天，看他们实际的知识面和综合能力究竟怎样。 (五)将一军。请李炳亭等“教育家”、“名师”到你们学校上一节示范课。看他到底是怎么操作的。千万别听广告(讲座)，就看疗效(课堂操作)。 好了，这已经足够了。上述不管那一条都可以让真相大白。假如你要按他的“套路”走，那就会陷入迷宫永远也绕不出来了。 五、正面谈一点教育规律 (一)从《人民日报》报道看，所举最有说服力的还是“升学率”。在升学率的大 前提下，片面提出“向一堂课要质量”其实是一种“绝对功利”的思维。因为学习具有明显的滞后效应而不可能是立竿见影的。“高效课堂”提法的实质是竭泽而渔的“速效教育”，根本不可能实现的。除非你是“只问耕耘不问收获”，那放纵式课堂才是可能的。 (二)在封闭管理的学校，所谓“课堂展示”其实不过是玩了个“时空转移”的小花招。将“灌输课堂”转移到“课外”，把作秀作为“正式课堂”演给观众看。要想保持整体的较好成绩，学生的负担只会加重不会减轻。勤奋出成绩是学习上的一条不变真理。 (三)真正的教育家只能从教育一线产生。如霍懋征。没有一线教学实践经验的“教育家”没有依据。 (四)真正的高效率教育只能是“因材施教”。 六、一点忠告 作为一个知名ji~zhe，不深入基层沙里淘金钻新闻，却钦差大臣似地飞来飞去、发号施令、传经布道，别说与“教育家”不搭嘎了，就连“ji~zhe”也徒有虚名了。一家报纸公开宣称放弃客观性，热衷自己提理念、自己设计模式、自封领袖、自己推广、自己制造新闻、自己，确实创造了一个“世界纪录”，却也走上了一条办报的死胡同。早收、早了、损失最小。假如还要硬撑。那么我要问—— 假如有一天，有人以事实揭露这一切完全是建立在虚假基础上的闹剧，谁敢拍胸脯出来承担法律责任, 千万别忘了。只要在杜郎口工作、学习过的人，无论过去还是现在，无论老师还是学生，都不会人间蒸发。他们对真实情况是最清楚的。 还有过去的报道、李炳亭的“著作”、讲座等资料，都是白纸黑字，可以“与时俱进”“不断更新”却永远抹杀不了原始。 附录: 一、参观者关于杜郎口“高效课堂”的描述 “……三面黑板;学生的课桌一改传统„秧田式? ，变为„小组式? ，每一小组 6—8 人面对面而坐，看上去有点乱;老师在课堂上只 准讲十分钟， 多一分钟都要挨罚;
