CIPAC持久起泡性检测方法 MT 47 PERSISTENT FORMING MT 47 持久起泡性 47.1 Persistent foam 47.1 持久起泡性 REAGENT 试剂 Standard Water MT 18(Note 1) 水 MT 18(备注1) APPARATUS 仪器 Stoppered measuring cylinder 100ml,BS604;1982;if possible select one whose volume, between the 100ml graduation mark and the bottom of the stopper, is not more than 40ml and not less than 35ml(Note 2). 具塞量筒 100ml,BS604;1982; 最好选择100ml刻度线和瓶塞底部之间距离为35-40ml的具塞 量筒。(备注2) Weighing bottle 称量瓶 PROCEDURE 操作步骤 Weigh out the specified amount of the material and add it to Standard Water (95ml) in the measuring cylinder and make up to the mark. Stopper the cylinder and invert 30 times (Note 3).Stand the cylinder on the bench and leave undisturbed for the specified time. Note the volume of foam (Note 4). 称取定量的样品加入到装有95ml标准水的量筒内,然后再用标准水补足至量筒刻度线处。 将量筒盖上塞子后上下颠倒30次(备注3)。在工作台上静置一定时间后,记录泡沫体积(备 注4)。 47.2 Determination of the foaming of suspension concentrates 47.2 测定悬浮剂起泡性 SCOPE 适用范围 The method is suitable for determining the foam created when suspension concentrates are diluted. 该方法适用于测定悬浮剂被稀释后产生的泡沫。 OUTLINE OF METHOD 方法提要 The suspension concentrate is diluted in a measuring cylinder of standard dimensions which is inverted 30 times and the amount of foam created and remaining after certain times is measured. 将悬浮剂在标准尺寸的具塞量筒内用水稀释后,上下颠倒30次,然后测量一定时间后剩余 的泡沫量。 REAGENT 试剂 Standard Water MT 18 (Note 1) 标准水MT 18(备注1) Graduated cylinder glass stoppered, 250 ml capacity with 2 ml graduations, the distance between the 0 mark and the 250 ml mark being 20-21.5 cm, and between the 250 ml mark and the bottom of the stopper, 4-6 cm (See Fig 50, MT 161) (Note 2). 250ml具塞量筒,最小刻度2ml,0刻度线至250ml刻度线之间的距离为20-21.5厘米,250ml 刻度线至塞子底部距离为4-6厘米(见图50,MT161)(备注2)。 Stopwatch 秒 PROCEDURE 操作步骤 The mass of sample to be taken is that mass required to make 200 ml of a suspension with a concentration recommended in the directions for use supplied with the product. Where several concentrations are recommended, the maximum concentration shall be used. Put about 180 ml of Standard Water into the 250 ml measuring cylinder standing on a top pan balance and weigh in the required amount of suspension concentrate. Top up with Standard Water until the distance between the suspension surface and the bottom of the ground glass joint is 9? 0.1 cm. Stopper the cylinder and invert 30 times (Note 3). Place the stoppered cylinder upright on the bench and immediately start the stopwatch. Read the volume of foam produced and remaining after 10?1 sec, 1,3 and 12 min ?10 sec (Note 4). 称取适量样品稀释成200ml悬浮液,具体稀释浓度根据产品使用说明上推荐使用浓度而定。 如果同时有几种不同的推荐使用浓度,则应选择最高浓度。 加入约180ml标准水至放在天平盘上的250ml具塞量筒内,然后称量所需量的浓悬浮剂。 ?0.1 cm.。塞住量筒从量筒顶部加标准水至悬浮剂液面和磨口玻璃接头底部之间的距离为9 后上下颠倒30次(备注3)。将塞好的量筒直立在试验台上,立即启动秒表。分别在10?1 秒, 1分钟,3分钟 和 12分钟 ?10 秒时记录下生成和残留的泡沫体积。 Note 1 Unless otherwise specified Standard Water C shall be used. 备注1 除非另有规定,否则应使用标准硬水C。 Note 2 The cylinder should be clean and free from grease. 备注2 量筒应保持清洁,无油脂。 Note 3 The expression ‘invert the cylinder’ means that the stoppered cylinder is held by two hands, one at each end of the cylinder, which are insulated from the cylinder by means of a cloth. The upright cylinder is turned through 180?and back to its original position without any ‘bounce’ occurring, this operation taking approximately 2 sec. It is convenient to observe a stop-clock equipped with a second hand which sweeps once every 60 sec while doing this. 备注3 “上下颠倒量筒”是指用两只手分别握住具塞量筒的两端,并用布使量筒绝缘隔热。 从量筒上端开始向下旋转180度,然后复位,过程中不能有跳动,每次颠倒大概持续2秒时 间。看着带秒针的秒表,60秒完成操作很方便。 Note 4 A few bubbles round the periphery are not significant. Any volumes above the 100 ml mark (MT 47.1) or the 250 ml mark (MT 47.2) should be marked on the outside and the volume of foam thus determined. 备注 4 量筒边缘有少量的泡沫可忽略不计。任何超过100ml刻度线(MT47.1)或250ml 刻度线(MT47.2)的体积应在量筒外进行标注,以检测出泡沫体积。
