Supplier’s responsibility on warranty period and conditions: 12 months after placement in service or 18 months after delivery, whichever occurs earlier, except for wearing parts. 4. 包装标准、包装物的供应与回收： 按供方厂标执行 。                              4. Packing standards and packages materials supply and recycling: According to supplier’s relevant standards. 5. 随机的必备品、配件、工具数量及供应办法。  无。 5. Supplies and quantity of spare parts, special tools with the goods, free of charge: N.A. 6. 货物所有权自 交货 时转移，但需方未履行交付价款义务的，货物属于 供方 所有。 6. The title to the goods is vested in the buyer at moment of the consignment. The seller has the title of the goods, however, under the condition that the buyer doesn’t pay according to the contract. 7. 交货时间、地点及运输责任：   现货，供方负担国内运输到需方国内指定地点。    7. Delivery, transport and destination: In stock. The supplier takes charge of the transport and insurance. 8. 结算方式：电汇，合同签订后付30日内付清。。                                8.
