My favorite American TV series Ladies and Gentlemen , Good morning! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. T oday my topic is “My favorite American TV series”. Recently, I am really addicted to the American TV series. Just like the “Homeland”, the “Shield”, the “Walking dead”, the “Arrow”, the “Teen walf”and so on. But the favorite is still the “Band of Brothers”. This film is directed by Phil Alden Robinson, and I don’t know who he is. But it’s producer is Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. This is Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. In the year 2002, A veteran of the World War II Leicester sadly died. He was the youngest soldier in the E company of U.S. 101 air force 506 group. In Holland, Leicester told all about E company to the famous writer Stephen Ambrose and then the book “Band of Brothers” came out. In "Saving Private Ryan" publicity period, an old soldier sent the book to Tom Hanks. After reading it, Tom Hanks is deeply moved and recommended the book to Steven Spielberg, and then they decided to make it into a television series, and jointly held the TV producer. After months of hard work, the TV series was finally born. “Band of Brothers”cost almost $120 million, which made it the most expensive TV at that time.
