______________________________________________________________________________________________________________乐百高速公路4标精密工程控制网复测成果报告1测区概况乐业至百色公路是国家高速公路网规划G69银川至百色高速公路的重要路段,也是广西省高速公路网规划“纵7”天峨至龙邦高速公路的重要组成部分。主线起于峨坝附近的红水河黔桂交界处,与贵州省规划的惠水至罗甸高速公路终点相接,终于上宋附近,与百色至罗村口高速公路相接,全长169.987公里。NO4合同段起点桩号YK36+606.702/ZK36+606.72,终点桩号YK45+420/ZK45+381,线路全长8.813km(按右线计)。主要工程内容:YK36+606.702/ZK36+606.72~YK45+420/ZK45+381段范围内路基土石方、桥梁、隧道、涵洞、防护排水等工程。起点YK36+606.702/ZK36+606.702,路线自北向南布线,设那豆大桥、那豆隧道、周福1、2号大桥、那立隧道,终点位于马庄大桥桥头。项目地理位置图本标线路走向图2控制网复测已知资料现场控制桩位于2017年2月15日由中交第二公路勘察设计研究院有限公司交接,主要有:(1)该标段范围内GPS平面控制点点之记和四等水准点点之记;(2)该标段范围内GPS平面控制点平面坐标成果表,此成果平面坐标系为坐标系1980西安坐标系,中央子午线106度30分,高程投影面为750;高程系为1985国家高程基准。3平面控制网复测技术报告总结3.1执行的主要技术(1)《全球定位系统(GPS)测量》(GB/T18314—2009);(2)《工程测量规范》GB50026-2007;(3)《公路勘测规范》JTJC10-2007;(4)《国家三、四等水准测量规范》(GB/T12898-2009);3.2复测应达到的主要精度指标GPS测量应达到精度指标见表2,从设计院交付的GPS点,测设精度为一级;本次测设标段范围内均按一级GPS等级精度要求施测。表2GPS网的主要精度指标 1/400003.3复测采取的技术路线根据该工程的性质和特点,为高精度,高质量,高效益地完成该项工程,施测的基本是“技术先进,严守规范,质量可靠,确保精度”。因GPS技术具有定位精度高、作业速度快、相邻点间勿需通视、不受天气条件影响等诸多常规测量技术不可比拟的优点,因而本平面控制网复测和原精密工程控制网一样,采用GPS高新技术进行。原GPS网及GPS加密网复测按公路一级网的技术要求施测。用GPS技术来进行平面控制网的建立与复测,其方法已较为成熟。但在实测中如何保证网的精度和可靠性是十分重要的。控制网的可靠性是指能够发现观测值中存在的粗差和抵抗残存粗差对平差结果影响的能力,在GPS的外业观测方案中应做到以下几点:(1)严格按照有关规范的规定进行;(2)加强网的结构:在网形设计构网时做到较强的图形结构,保证每个点有3条独立基线相连接,因是带状布网形式,要求GPS独立基线传递必须是边连接,组成三角形、大地四边形或多边形连接。(3)注意GPS信号的接收状况,必要时选择最佳观测时间段;(4)观测中避免量高错误发生和注意天线的对中与整平,本次使用有长水准管的仪器基座安置GPS天线,以保证精平。这样建立的GPS网其可靠性是高的,精度也是有保障的。3.4GPS网观测的主要技术指标GPS网采用静态定位技术施测,同步作业图形之间采用边连接的方式。GPS网观测的主要技术指标见表3。表3GPS测量作业主要技术要求 脚架≤1mm4GPS网外业数据采集4.1原控制点位交接2017年2月15日由中交第二公路勘察设计研究院有限公司与施工单位中交二航局一起对乐百高速标段内的精密工程测量网控制桩进行了现场交接,现场共交GPS点19个,水准点18个,经现场勘察点位保存完好。4.2使用主要仪器设备在GPS网外业数据采集时使用了5台套GPS接收机进场作业,使用的主要仪器设备见表4。表4GPS观测使用主要仪器 仪器类型 台数 双频、±(5.0mm+1.0ppm×D)上述仪器由国家计量部门授权的检定单位进行了全面检定,检定结论合格,满足相应规范规定和本次复测工作的精度要求(见GPS接收机检定证书)。并且在测量外业开始前和结束后按规范对仪器的有关项目进行了常规检验。检验结果表明所用仪器设备性能稳定可靠,可用于作业。4.3外业观测4.3.1作业时间外业观测作业时间为2017年3月7日~3月11日。4.3.2观测作业基本要求作业前做好观测人员培训和仪器准备工作,检查所用仪器及相关配件的完整与完好性,确保进入测区的正常使用。为确保“对中”及“整平”的准确性,天线使用的基座和光学对点器应注意检验校正。在运输或观测过程中有剧烈震动的基座均在当时或当天予以检校。在外业观测前按作业技术要求设置好仪器的各项作业技术参数。作业间歇期间,接收机设有专人维护保管,并在作业前充足电池,将仪器及其附件装于专用仪器箱中。为保证观测中仪器的安全,仪器管理实行个人负责制,对每台仪器进行编号,自工程开始直至工程结束,每个作业组或作业人员均使用同一台套仪器(包括主机、天线、传输电缆、电池及基座等),做到责任分明。当出现特殊情况需要重新调配人员时,由调度人员做出统一安排。观测组严格按调度表规定作业,听从现场调度人员的统一指挥,以保证观测同步进行。当情况有变化需要修改调度计划时,必须经调度人员同意。观测时做到人不离岗,观测过程中严密监视电池和接收机情况并记录于外业观测手簿上,以便于内业人员数据处理。观测人员严格禁止周围无关人员接近甚至触摸仪器,以保护作业人员和仪器的安全进而保证观测的正常进行。注意仪器各部件的正确连接,禁止在硬度大的粗糙表面上拖拽电缆等违规操作。搬站时卸下的电缆不要把接头随意安放在地上,以避免泥土、沙子或水把电缆搞坏而影响使用。在两个时段之间不需要搬站的测站均把基座转动180度后重新对中整平,以防止对中整平粗差的出现。接收机在观测过程中不在其近旁使用对讲机、手机等通讯工具以避免干扰GPS接收机接收卫星信号。4.3.3外业记录与天线高量测天线高在观测前、后各量测一次:基线解算时天线高均改算为相位中心垂直高度。每时段开机前,作业员除量取并记录天线高外,应记录测量员、观测日期、点名、点号、时段数、每时段开关机时间等信息。4.4GPS网的结构及基本特征本GPS网复测,外业观测时采用原设计GPS点单独观测,原设计GPS点和项目自行加密GPS点混合构网,进行网混合观测。均按边连接方式向前推进。其结构和主要特征见表5。表5GPS网的结构和主要特征 59由表5可知,本GPS网的图形结构很强(见附图),网平均重复设站次数大于规范中的≥1.6的要求,使GPS网达到了很强的图形结构和很高的可靠性。4.5GPS网基线解算与质量4.5.1GPS网基线解算基线解算工作于观测当天晚上传输完数据后随即完成,控制网采用商用基线解算软件LEICAGeoOfficeCombined进行GPS网基线解算,并在每天及时组成闭合环和进行简单的三维无约束平差进行检验,做到“天天清”。按以下要求进行同步环、重复基线较差和异步环的基线解算质量的检验。(1)同步环基线闭合差W应小于下列数值:Wx≤Wy≤Wz≤≤其中为相应级别规定的基线长度中误差,其相应计算公式为:为相邻点间平均边长,以km为单位。为固定误差,≤5mm;为比例误差系数,≤1mm/km。(2)异步环检验若干条独立基线构成闭合环时,各坐标差分量闭合差应符合下式:Wx≤3Wy≤3Wz≤3W≤其中,为异步环的边数,EMBEDEquation.3为相应等级的标准差(计算同前式)。(3)复测边(重复基线)检核重复观测基线边的成果互差,应满足:ds≤2EMBEDEquation.3式中:ds为重复观测的基线较差,为相应等级的标准差(计算同前式)。4.5.2GPS网外业质量分析由每天采集的外业观测数据,解算出每个时段的合格基线,组成同步环进行检验。其组成的同步环闭合差均较小,满足规范要求,见提供的计算资料。同时,也计算了重复基线较差,均优于规范规定,见提供的计算资料。异步环(也称独立环)闭合差是衡量GPS网外业观测数据质量最重要的指标,最后平差时为保证全网有良好的图形结构,对于N台仪器观测,选择N-1条独立基线,在混合GPS复测网中,均选择独立基线构成异步环。计算结果表明:异步环闭合差均较小,检验合格(详见提供的计算资料)。表明GPS网观测数据质量优良,观测中不含粗差观测值,所选基线可供内业平差计算之用。因本次使用的平差软件为莱卡研发的“LEICA数据处理系统”,软件中有闭合差计算功能,并根据不同规范对各种类型的工程控制网的同步环、重复基线、异步环精度指标,有一个限差要求,经检验合格者即满足相应规范规定。复测设计网和混合控制网异步环满足限差要求,异步环闭合差检验合格。详见精密控制网复测报告附件中《独立环闭合环闭合差计算结果》。复测设计网和混合控制网重复基线满足相关要求。可知本次控制网所有重复基线向量较差均满足规范限差要求。详见精密控制网复测报告附件中《网重复基线较差计算结果》。综上所述,通过对本次设计网和混合控制网的异步环基线闭合差检验以及重复基线较差检验的结果,可知此次复测的控制网基线解算正确,外业成果质量可靠,可进行平差。5GPS网平差计算5.1坐标系统和坐标约束点选取5.1.1坐标系统本次平面控制网复测的坐标系统和原设计控制网(工程独立坐标系统)一致,工程椭球构建采用西安80坐标系,中央子午线106度30分,投影面大地高750米。5.1.2坐标约束点选取(起算点稳定性分析)根据本次控制网复测的特点,按以下情况选取坐标约束已知点:GPS控制网起算点选取原则因本标段内有二个一级GPS点,故进行本次复测网约束平差时,选取高精度的一级GPS点外,还应选取2~6个一级GPS点作为本网的起算约束点。为了保持复测网约束平差后与原设计网符合性良好、点位精度均匀,故选取起算约束点是一关键因素,本次复测网约束平差选取起算点遵循以下二个原则:第1、将复测网三维无约束平差后的空间直角坐标与设计网所提供的坐标较差值进行分析比较,差值均在某一定值附近呈正弦分布状态,则可判定原设计网点稳定性良好。第二、在原控制点保持良好的稳定性之下,本次复测网起算点一般选取网的首、尾二个控制点,并在现场对设计交桩的点位进一步认真查看,所有点都稳固、可靠,没有松动现象。故本标段的复测控制网坐标约束点选6个,具体为:E31、E34、D09、D10、D11、D12。根据以上原则,对本标段所选取的起算点测量精度进行分析5.2GPS网平差计算和精度评定5.2.1GPS网平差软件简介所有外业成果验算合格后,把这些基线向量提供内业平差计算。为更好地和原控制网观测的平差成果比较,此次GPS网平差主要使用软件为莱卡研制开发的“LEICA数据处理系统”,该软件具有功能全面,整体性好,解算容量大,运算速度快,操作简明,使用方便等特点。5.2.2复测网WGS-84三维无约束平差和工程独立坐标二维约束平差(1)为了对GPS网内部符合精度进行检验评估以及检测和剔除粗差观测值,控制网复测先进行WGS-84坐标系下的三维无约束平差。从控制网复测的三维无约束平差结果可见,未发现其粗差观测值,三维基线向量改正数较小且服从正态分布,边长中误差分布正常,无约束平差中基线向量各分量的改正数的绝对值应满足下式的要求VΔX≤3σVΔY≤3σVΔZ≤3σ其中a=5mm,b=1mm/km,d取各时段基线长度平均值(以km为单位计算)最弱边相对中误差和最弱点位中误差统计见表5-1。表明复测网达到了较高的内符合精度,可供二维约束平差之用。详见精密控制网复测报告附件中《乐百高速公路4标控制网三维无约束平差结果》。表5-1混合控制网三维无约束平差精度统计表 合格由上表可见,所有控制x、y坐标设计复测之间差值均小于15mm。混合控制网所有设计点均符合规范。7结论与建议(1)本次复测是严格按照第平面测的控制网复测技术方案进行,外业数据采集完全符合技术规范要求,观测数据全部合格。(2)从内业平差计算的三维无约束平差和二维约束平差结果看,基线向量改正数服从正态模型,分布正常且较小,点位精度均匀,内符合精度高。其最弱边相对中误差、基线边的最大方向中误差、最弱点点位中误差均优于有关规范和本工程的要求,达到了较高的精度。(3)从此次复测结果与柳州勘察测绘研究院的原平面控制网坐标成果比较和点位稳定性分析可知,设定各点的坐标变化量级以±15mm为限,可认为大部分控制点变化量级不大,故此建设:本标段范围内各控制点坐标变化量级均小于15mm,使用原设计院提供的坐标成果,8平面控制网网形图9水准网复测技术报告总结9.1执行的技术标准(1)《公路勘测规范》JTJC10-2007;(2)《国家三、四等水准测量规范》(GB/T12898-2009);9.2控制网高程基准与精度9.2.1高程基准高程基准采用1985国家高程基准。9.2.2主要精度指标 四等水准点9.4.2水准网复测作业方法水准点复测时,严格按照《公路勘察规范》和《国家三、四等水准测量规范》中的有关要求执行,这次复测共历时15天,依据规范规定,水准施测前每天早晨进行i角检查。在水准观测过程中,采用往返观测,电子水准仪自动记录。沿路线施测均使用大于2.5公斤的铸铁尺垫,使用尺撑扶尺,依保证水准尺气泡居中;前后视距用绳尺拉距确定每测站;使用干湿温度计测定气温。每二个设计水准点间均进行了往返观测,并设置奇偶交替观测,观测顺序如下:奇数站:后---前---前---后,偶数站:前---后---后---前;9.4.3水准观测观测要求:(1)、测站要求视距要求 0.19.4.4数据处理方法和控制网测量精度首先把各个测段的往返测高差汇总,并将往返测高差之差是否满足20mm作为衡量复测成果是否合格的主要依据,还有每公里偶然中误差是否满足要求,来检验本次复测成果是否合格的依据。各项指标满足要求后,再将往返测高差平均后与设计提供数据对照,是否满足30mm来判断水准控制点是否发生竖直位移。9.4.5往返测高差汇总表水准测量测段高差不符值精度统计见表12-1。表12-1水准测量测段往返测高差不符值精度统计 合格由检测已测段高差之差统计数据可知:全部满足《三、四等水准测量规范》中检测段高差之差≤的限差要求。9.4.8高程控制网平差计算高程网复测外业观测质量全部合格后,且对本段内首尾2个水准点与其相邻水准点间复测高差与设计高差进行比较,满足规范6要求后,确定采用了首尾2个水准点为本段高程网约束点对其进行平差计算。平差详细信息详见乐百高速公路5标控制网复测报告附件中《高程网闭合差计算结果》及《高程网平差结果》。本次高程控制网平差计算软件采用了武汉大学研制开发的“COSA地面测量工程控制测量数据处理通用软件包”,该软件具有功能全面,整体性好,解算容量大,运算速度快,操作简明,使用方便等特点。10、结论与建议通过以上数据比较证明:本次复测的成果与设计院提供的成果差值合格,均在规范允许值范围内,原成果精度良好,故本复测设计水准点高程全部采用原设计成果,加密水准点则采用复测成果。11自评意见及建议11.1意见(1)本次复测是严格按照控制网复测技术方案进行,外业数据采集完全符合技术规范要求,观测数据全部合格。(2)平面复测从内业平差计算的三维无约束平差和二维约束平差结果看,基线向量改正数服从正态模型,分布正常且较小,点位精度均匀,内符合精度高。其最弱边相对中误差、基线边的最大方向中误差、最弱点点位中误差均优于有关规范和本工程的要求,达到了较高的精度。(3)从此次复测结果与中交第二公路勘察设计研究院有限公司测设的原平面控制网坐标成果比较和点位稳定性分析可知,除个别点外,其余各点的坐标变化量级不大,均小于±15mm,可认为变化不显著;因此,本标段范围内各平面控制点坐标与设计值之差小于±15mm的仍应使用原设计院提供的坐标成果,大于±15mm的则采用复测成果。(3)高程复测结果与中交第二公路勘察设计研究院有限公司测设的原高程控制网高程成果比较差值均在规范要求之内,可认为变化不显著;因此,本标段范围内原设计水准点高程使用原设计院提供的高程成果。11.2建议建议在今后施工过程中注意各控制点位变化情况,并制定出定期不定期复测方案严密监控。在桥墩台帽石施工前平面控制网、高程控制网进行必要的复测在控制网精度满足规范后方可施工。12复测成果12.1乐百高速公路5标控制网平面复测成果表12.1.1.复测原网及加密点坐标成果(西安80椭球参数,中央子午线106度30分,投影面大地高750米)
