General Electrical/Electronic
Component Test standard
1 范围和目的
本标准适用于所有的汽车电器/电子装置、总
成、组件及零件,并包括沿用件和售后件。针对
每一个安装区域,它
了所有验证试验的操作
特性、负载的曲线图及测试条件。此标准还是零
件 PDS(产品
规范)、质量规范和试验规范
的基础。在获得任何工程签署前,供应商必须提
交一份符合所有验证或有偏差许可的最终验证
报告。任何与本标准的偏差,都必须完全地得到
上海汽车乘用车公司技术中心(以下简称:SMTC)
的批准。
1 Scope and application of purpose
This standard applies to all electrical and
electronic devices, assemblies, modules and
components including carryover parts and
aftermarket components. It specifies, for all of
the qualification tests required, in each of the
installation areas, the operating
characteristics, load profiles and test
conditions. This standard is the basis for the
component PDS (Product Design
Specification), Quality Specification and Test
Specification. The supplier must submit a final
Qualification Report showing full compliance,
or any authorised deviations, before any
Engineering Sign-Off is agreed. Any deviations
from this standard must be fully authorised by
the SMTC Electrical Engineering Department.

2 General Information, Abbreviation
2.1 总体信息
此标准可能出现的变动不影响已批产的零
部件,除非它们后来作为其他应用的沿用件被发
布。此标准的最新版本应该用于所有电器/电子
零部件的验证,并包括现有改进的电器/电子零
部件。试验结果,连同试验的文档和被测件一并
提交给 SMTC电子电器工程部门。
另外,供应商应该保存试验报告 10 年(从试验
报告发布之日起),同样对于已经做过试验(包
括初始的样品检测和与批量产品等同的检测)的
被测件也应该保存同样长的时间。所有的文档都
应该确保对试验样品的可追溯性。
SMTC的相关工程师将提供零件的分类代码。
供应商有责任获得本标准中所涉及到的所有标
准。
2.1 General Information
Current production parts are not affected by a
possible change in this standard unless they
are subsequently issued as carryover parts for
another application. The latest issue of this
standard shall be used for validation of all
electrical/electronic components including
updates to existing electrical /electronic
components. The results, along with
documentation of the tests carried out and the
parts tested, are to be supplied to the SMTC
Electrical Engineering Department.
Additionally, test results are to be retained for a
period of 10 years (from the date of their issue)
by the supplier. Those parts on which tests
have been carried out (including initial sample
inspections and also those performed in
parallel with volume production) are also to be
retained by the supplier for the same period.
All documentation shall ensure traceability of
test samples.The relevant SMTC component
engineer will supply the component
classification code.
It is the supplier’s responsibility to obtain all
standards referenced within this document.

The test samples shall pass every single one
of the tests, regardless of the order in which
they are performed. If a failure is recorded,

3 安装区域
不同安装区域的零件,有不同的试验要求。
零件图纸上应该包括安装区域的分类代码。
如: B1
这里B表示是发动机舱零件安装区域的分类
代码;1表示是安装在车身上的。
安装区域的分类代码列表详见表2。
由于不同安装区域的环境参数是不同的,所
以当零件的安装区域发生重大变化时,至少一些
试验项目是要重做的。
3 Installation Area
An entry shall be made on the SMTC drawing
in the space allocated for the reference
standards. The drawing entry shall include the
installation area classification code (referred to
in Section 5.1 below and Table 2) as shown.
Example: B1
Where (B) refers to the installation area
classification code for the engine compartment
and (1) refers to the fact that the component is
attached to the body.
The full list is given in Table 2.
Any significant changes to the installation area
of a component will entail repetition of at least
some of the tests because the environmental
parameters will be different.
4 文件
开发所需的全部相关文件(例如:对于电子
零部件,6.2节所述的相关文件)要准备完备。

4 Documents
All relevant documents (e.g. Section 6.2 for
electronic components), required for
development shall be prepared in their entirety.
These shall be archived as a set of documents
and monitored by a drawing number(s). For
purely electrical components, such as lamps
and motors, the drawing will suffice but this
must contain all necessary information such as
critical characteristics and a list of SMTC
standards that are applicable.
