23上暗河发育的鹿角枝形岩溶洼地，汇水面积16.8km，谷地基流0.1m/s。水库距贵阳市区79km，距开阳县城12km，距双流镇6km，原贵(阳)—开(阳)公路从库旁通过，整修2km公路可直达库区，交通较为方便。 开阳县境内可利用建库的位置较少而水资源是制约地方经济发展的首要条件。 开阳县政府对鹿角坝水库非常重视，曾多次欲动工修建，早在上世纪八十年代即对该水库进行了多次的调查研究，并约请白马761矿有关部门力量对洼地进行过钻孔勘探，但由于地质情况复杂，加之当时的勘探技术对该水库所在环境的地质条件分析论证不足、建设资金不足，几上几下，停摆至今。 3鹿角坝水库设计正常高水位1301m、总库容m，主要是为开阳县60t合成基地提供生产和生活用水。 本次勘察工作是根据开阳县经济发展的迫切需要在以往历次勘察工作的基础上进行的。依照《水利水电工程地质勘察规范》GB50287-99《水利水电工程地质测绘规程》进行，于2005年7月初步完成外业工作，共完成如下工作: 21/5万区域地质调绘144km(附区域地质图1/5万). 21/1万库区地质测绘 80 km(附库区地质图1/1万). 4 21/2千库区地质测绘 1.5 km(附库区地质图1/2千). 21/1千灌浆区地质测绘 0.95 km(附灌浆区地质图1/1千). 21/500溢洪道地质测绘 0.53 km(附溢洪道地质图1/500). 21/500连通隧洞地质测绘 0.1 km(附连通隧洞地质图1/500). 21/500放水隧洞地质测绘 0.44 km(附放水隧洞地质图1/500). 21/500输水管线地质测绘 0.95 km(附输水管线地质图1/500). 溶洞及暗河调绘共6个. 坑探点2个. 连通试验点5点/次(见附表1) 勘探钻孔2000M/16孔. 5 第一章 区域地质 一、 区域地质概要 测区所在的大地构造单元属扬子准地台黔北台隆遵义断拱贵阳复杂构造变形区，具有复杂多样的构造形迹。 测区主要位于黔中经向构造带的开阳—羊昌复背斜西侧次级的洋水背斜的东翼。洋水背斜走向SN偏E，核部为震旦系地层，东翼岩层倾角30—50º，北西翼55—70º，为不对称的复舱状短轴背斜，倾没端断裂发育。 测区内主要发育有两条断层即F和F(见区域地质图)。F(狗场坝121断层)断层为一条高角度逆冲断层，断层在测区东面以北偏东方向纵贯全区，在测区东北角上斜贯出图。F断层为一条压扭性断层，断层走向北偏2 东，在测区西南角上斜伸出图。F断层距鹿角坝水库约3km，F断层距鹿12角坝水库约1km，两条断层对水库成库影响均不大。 裂隙的发育主要受经向构造的影响，发育有四组裂隙，?走向近SN(0?—10?)，?走向近EW(85?,95?)，?走向NE(45?—50?)，?走向NW(310?,340?)。 测区地处贵州西部，挽近期新构造运动的大面积抬升与相对宁静期交替出现，但挽近期断裂活动未见全新世断裂，不构成工程意义上的影响。由于遵义断拱属黔北台隆，是扬子准地台中最稳定的部分，同时，根据国家质量技术监督局2001年发布的《中国地震动参数区划图》(GB18306—2001)，本地区地震动反应谱特征周期参数为0.35s，地震动峰值加速度小于0.05g，相应的地震基本烈度小于?度。故区域构造基本稳定，且库区附 6 近无较大断裂构造水库诱发地震的可能性较小，对工程的兴建基本无影响。库区由可溶岩与非可溶岩相间组合构成，水库抬高水头不大，库容小，故发生水库诱发地震的可能性也较小。 二、 地形地貌 鹿角坝地区海拔高程在1240-1522m之间，区内可见二级台面:一级台面由海拔1440m以上的山岭组成，以测区西部力马山为代表构成大娄山期剥夷面;二级台面海拔高程1240-1350m，以鹿角坝岩溶洼地为代表，属山盆早期剥蚀面。由于碎屑岩与可溶岩相间分布，区内地貌类型为构造剥蚀的浅切低中山地貌和溶蚀的溶丘谷地地貌并存。在这一时期地壳上升缓慢，风化剥蚀作用以水平方向为主。受北东向构造的影响，当地岩溶走向大多为北东向，同时由于可溶岩所占比例较大，当地的地貌特征也以溶蚀地貌为主，多岩溶谷地、洼地、峰丛、峰林、地下暗河等。在水平岩溶作用推动下，各谷地之间大多相互连通，形成一个整体的地下水体系。 三、 地层岩性 测区出露地层主要为元古界震旦系地层至下古生界寒武系地层，现由新到老分述如下: 寒武系上中统娄山关群?:上部为浅灰色厚层含硅质团块之微——23ls 细晶白云岩，团粒白云岩，中下部为浅灰、灰色中厚层—薄层微一细晶白云岩，淀晶内碎屑白云岩夹藻屑白云岩及粘土质泥晶白云岩，厚约500m，未见顶，大面积分布在测区东南部。 寒武系中统高台组?:黄绿、灰色含粉砂白云质粘土岩，页岩，底2g 部灰色鲕豆粒白云岩，厚30m。 7 寒武系下统清虚洞组?:上部为浅灰、灰色薄层—厚层泥晶微晶白1q 云岩，中部夹薄层泥质，粘土质白云岩，下部为豹皮状灰岩。厚295m。 寒武系金顶山组?:灰至灰绿色石英砂岩，泥质砂岩，粉砂岩及砂1j 质泥岩，夹钙质粉砂岩，厚138m。 寒武系下统明心寺组?:上部灰绿、灰黄绿色薄—厚层粉—细砂岩、1m 夹粉砂质粘土岩，中部为灰、深灰色含粉砂质微晶灰岩，生物碎屑微晶灰岩夹白云岩及鲕粒灰岩，下部为灰、灰绿色粉砂质粘土岩，粘土岩夹粉砂岩，厚198m。 寒武系下统牛碲塘组?:上部灰绿、黄绿、灰黑色薄层—中厚层粉1n 砂质粘土岩，页岩夹粉砂岩，下部灰黑色碳质粘土岩，底部为硅质岩夹磷块岩，厚150m。 震旦系上统灯影组Z:深灰、浅灰色白云岩及燧石白云岩，底部为bdn 含磷粘土质白云岩及粉砂质粘土岩。厚425m。 震旦系上统陡山沱组Z:灰色白云岩、泥质白云岩及泥质粉砂岩夹bd 硅质磷块岩，厚283m。 震旦系下统马路坪组Z:浅灰、灰绿色厚层至块状含砾砂岩夹粉砂aml 岩及粘土岩，时夹砾岩和凝灰岩，厚510m。 第二章 库区工程及水文地质条件 一、 地形地貌 鹿角坝库区处于山盆早期剥蚀面上，地貌发育特点以水平侵蚀为主，无大的沟谷，相对高差不大，体现出山盆期地壳运动不大的特点。受地层、 8 岩性的控制，地貌类型呈现构造剥蚀的浅切低中山地貌和溶蚀的溶丘谷地地貌并存的格局:鹿角坝西北面是由碎屑岩组成的构造剥蚀的浅切中山地貌，鹿角坝谷地及其东南面是由碳酸盐岩形成的溶蚀地貌。由于可溶岩所占比例较大，鹿角坝库区在地貌特点上以溶蚀地貌为主。 二、 地层岩性 库区出露地层主要为寒武系中上统娄山关组?至寒武系下统金顶—23ls 山组?，现由新到老分述如下。 1j 第四系坡残积粘土、亚粘土及冲洪积砂砾、粘土及软土淤泥层，分布在库区周围山坡及库底，残积物厚0~1.5m，冲洪积物最厚可达19m。 寒武系中上统娄山关组?:为浅灰、灰色中厚层—薄层微—细晶—23ls 白云岩，淀晶白云岩夹藻屑白云岩及粘土质泥晶白云岩，主要分布在库区东南角。为可溶性碳酸盐岩石，属弱岩溶含水岩组，隔水性相对较好。在工程地质分类上属硬质岩石。 寒武系中统高台组?:为黄绿、灰色含粉砂质白云质粘土岩，页岩，2g 底部为灰色鲕豆粒白云岩，厚约50m，分布在库区东南面的山坡及沟谷中。为非可溶性碎屑岩，属弱含水岩组，隔水性较好。在工程地质分类上属软质岩石。 寒武系下统清虚洞组?:主要为白云岩及灰岩，为可溶性碳酸盐岩1q 石，属强岩溶含水岩组，透水性较强。是库区的主要漏水岩层，在工程地质分类上属硬质岩石。根据岩性可将其分为三段: 3上段?:为浅灰、灰色薄—厚层微晶、泥晶白云岩。厚120m。 1q 2中段?:以中厚层白云岩为主，间夹薄层泥质灰岩，泥质、粘土质1q 9 白云岩(经钻探取样磨片鉴定结果为:含灰质泥质白云岩， 其中方解石约占10%，泥质约占25%，泥晶白云石约占 63%)。厚110m。 1下段?:为灰色中厚层微晶、细晶灰岩，底部为泥质条带灰岩。厚1q 65m左右。 清虚洞组呈条带状纵向分布在库区中段，横贯整个库区，岩溶发育，鹿角坝洼地向外排泄的暗河通道就发育在本组的下段地层中。 寒武系下统金顶山组?:灰至灰绿色石英砂岩、泥质砂岩、粉砂岩1j 及砂质泥岩、页岩、类钙质粉砂岩、断口处可见大量绢云母，其上部夹少量灰岩，主要分布在水库西北岸。在工程地质分类上属软质岩石。为非可溶性碎屑岩、岩石含水性和透水性较弱，是良好的隔水层。 三、 地质构造 鹿角坝水库位于经向构造的开阳—羊昌复背斜次级的洋水背斜东翼，岩层走向NE30?左右，倾向SE120?左右，倾角12?—20?，库区为一走向谷，库区地层为单斜构造，岩层由西北岸缓倾向东南岸，具有缓倾岩层的构造特征。 库区断裂构造以f断层为主干断层，与f分枝断层组成:“人字型构12 造”。(见库区区域地质图) f断层:为逆断层，走向NE20?~40?，倾角75?~80?。垂直断距1 约20m。分布在翁共—犀牛山西北坡—七角井一线。断层上盘(东南盘)拖拉褶皱发育，在犀牛山西北坡一带，断层拖拉形成犀牛山挤压背斜，岩层倾角变陡(50?)，使寒武系下统清虚洞组?灰岩与顶山组?页岩水1q1j 10 平方向上接触，此断层在地貌上反映不明显，岩溶不发育，阻水性能较好。 f断层:为f上盘分枝断层走向南东100度倾向北偏东，倾角85?。21 f断层规模不大，长度约400m，发育在犀牛山南坡。 2 f断层:几乎与f平行的一条顺走向正断层，倾向南东，在新寨垭口31 处金顶山组与清虚洞组第一段接触，倾角80?。断层规模不大，长度约700m。 f断层:为一逆断层，发育方向为120?左右，横穿ff断层，断层、413带下盘岩层产状变化较大，而局部岩层直立。 f断层:发育方向100?左右，横穿ff断层，断层接触金顶山与清、513 虚洞第一段。 库区褶皱为f断层拖拉作用形成，位于f断层上盘犀牛山。 11 犀牛山背斜—在犀牛山西北坡，f断层上盘，轴向北东30?左右，西1 翼倾角50?，东翼倾角24?，为一不对称背斜，由f断层牵引而成。 1 库区主要发育有四组节理: 第一组:走向近SN向，为一组压性节理，倾角65?~85?。 第二组:走向近WE向，为一组张性节理。 第三组:走向NE40?~50?，倾向SE，倾角45?~75?，多为60?，与f断层基本平等行，多发育在f断层上盘，分布密集，节理面平直、光11 滑。 第四组:走向NW40?左右，倾向SW，倾角85?，节理面较陡，粗造，此组节理间距大，地貌上反映明显，形成横向深切沟谷。鹿角坝至力马山一带几乎等距的7条平行深切沟谷即为此组横张节理发育形成。 11 四、 岩溶发育特征及水文地质条件 (一) 岩溶发育特征 1. 岩溶地貌及其形态 前述本区出露的地层主要为震旦系及寒武系地层，其中可溶岩与非可溶岩相间分布，由于岩溶化程度不同，地貌特征及其形态亦不相同。 组成鹿角坝库盆及其周边地区大多为寒武系下统清虚洞组灰岩及中上统娄山关群白云岩，以岩溶地貌为主，组成峰丛—洼地地貌，岩溶个体如落水洞等垂直形态多沿洼地的边缘地带分布，洼地底部均有一个或数个漏斗。其次，沿地下水系的中部还有少量天窗(如朝天洞及翁贡竖井等)。 在洼地底部发育的纵向水平溶洞是测区范围内的主水系，贯通性良好;而在洼地的横向上，虽有少量洞穴存在，但一般不具规模，洞穴调查过程中发现，地表水平发育深度一般10~20m，其后转为溶隙并尖灭。上述两地下水系均发育在下寒武统清虚洞组强岩溶化的豹皮灰岩地层中。 2. 岩溶发育特征 测区范围内地形及地貌的发育特征受区域地层岩性及构造的控制影响非常明显，主要表现有: (1)(由于区域范围内出露地层以寒武系为主，其中金顶山组非可溶岩组与清虚洞组强岩溶地层沿南东向依次排列，从总体上控制了含水层的分布及地下水的运移和排泄，从而构成了不同含水特征的水文地质单元。 (2)(区域测绘资料显示，断裂构造有两组:一为NE40º，一为NW60º两组构造线互为交叉，且地层走向同为北东向，使地貌的基本轮廓亦沿构造线方向发育，如力马山脉状山脊的走向几乎一成不变的沿NE40º的方 12 向延伸，又如鹿角坝岩溶洼地的发育方向是由该两组交叉方向构成的多个平行枝状溶蚀洼地组成，此种地形地貌的表现实际上是受区域构造控制的结果。 上述特征反映了构造方向在控制地貌发育及地下水运移等方面起到了十分明显的限制作用，也是分析论证该水库工程水文地质条件的基础。 3. 地貌古水文网的演变及地下水系的发育现状 根据测绘成果研究和确定地貌及古水文网的演变规律以及现代地下水系分布的实际状况是查明鹿角坝岩溶洼地能否蓄水建坝的必要条件之一。 据前述，本区地貌在地壳间歇性抬升的影响下，以二级台面所反映的地文期为主要表现，即大娄山期演变至山盆期的基本特征。同时与洼地及工程位置最密切相关的是在由山盆期继续发展而形成的现代地貌表现。从区域岩溶水文地质测绘资料分析，鹿角坝岩溶洼地是由多个平行发育的洼地组合中的一个，洼地底部高程为1280m左右，处于山盆早期剥蚀面上。据1/1万地形图可知，在各地文期发展的历史过程中，现代水文网系的演变大体上沿袭和继承了早期水系分布位置。其源头始于测区西南部的吴家湾、红坡一带沿北东构造线方向发育。吴家湾、红坡洼地的地表水流为季节性水流，经过洼地的落水洞进入地下成为伏流。王家土的地表水流为永久性水流，经过王家土洼地的落水洞进入地下成为伏流。在七角井洼地的南侧边沿流出地表，形成地表水流，进入库区。 据国家区域1/20万水文地质普查报告(G-48-<11>息烽幅)指出:“本暗河发育方向与地层展布方向一致，该地下水系两侧均为相对隔水的金顶山组砂页岩及高台组泥质白云岩，暗河呈左右摆动，时进时出，也只能顺清 13 虚洞组灰岩之走向发展”。由于清虚洞组灰岩分布宽度不大所以基本上没有分支现象，主水系位置比较明显。 鹿角坝北部新寨附近地形上以犀牛山为界存在南北两处垭口，北部新寨垭口高程为1305m南部犀牛山垭口为1327m，显然由于北部垭口高程较低，是古水系在演变为地下水系过程中的转折点。同时，在该垭口附近的沉积物中见有早期磨圆度较好的砂砾石证明了古水系的位置所在。在此高程以下，地表水系消失，地下水系取而代之，故在新寨以下形成了以翁贡、辣菜塘等一系列串珠状溶蚀洼地及漏斗为代表地下水系统，但该地下水系的发育条件因为在不断下切的过程中失去了水源补给，同时随着地壳抬升作用的不断继续，洼地中的地下水排泄则向南部垭口附近出露的清虚洞组强岩溶化地层转移，使鹿角坝逐渐形成区域范围内地下水排泄的主通道，发展成为现代的地下水主管道系统。 故就其地下水系的现状表现，大致以鹿角坝犀牛山为界，经历了南北两个岩溶地下水系统的转变: (1).早期北部地下水系，是源于测区西部的地表水系在鹿角坝北侧的新寨演变为地下水系后，经翁贡、辣菜塘后进入落水洞补给老堡河上源的另一支流，进口(新寨)高程1270m左右，出口(练春)高程1220m左右全长约1.8km。 (2)(南部地下水系，源于库尾的红坡进口，落水洞高程1380m，经力马山洼地至七角井洼地的南侧边沿出口，再次穿越新鹿及鹿角坝后进入伏流，由于该水系呈时明时暗纵向穿越串珠状洼地至鹿角坝，其发育时期晚于北部水系，故其埋藏高程稍高于前者，因而实际上该水系是取代了前者 14 成为地下水的主水系。随着地文期发展过程中地壳抬升的影响，地下水表现得相当活跃，促进了地表水向地下水系的过渡，且在该演变过程中，与犀牛山地段可溶岩分布的实际位置有关。 (二) 库区水文地质条件 鹿角坝库区为一条走向谷及三条与其近于垂直的横向谷组成的呈鹿角技形的岩溶洼地，谷地东北端犀牛坡脚的三角带为泄水区，由两个裂隙溶洞及三个落水洞组成排水洞群。 库区断裂构造不发育，地下水运动受地层、岩性控制，根据库区出露地层岩性的分布特征，可将库区地层分为隔水岩组、相对隔水岩组、强岩溶含水岩组几个不同的水文地质单元。其特征如下: (1)、隔水岩组:?的石英砂岩，泥质砂岩、粉砂岩及砂质泥岩页岩1j 地层，分布于库区西北岸。?的粉砂质、白云质粘土岩、页岩，成条带2g 状分布在库区东南部，基岩内含水量贫乏，在地表仅见一些受气候影响明显的上层滞水，地下水类型为风化带基岩裂隙水。 (2)、强岩溶含水岩组:?的白云岩、灰岩、泥质条带灰岩，分布于1q 库区中段，横贯整个库区，岩溶强烈发育，地貌形态多呈岩溶洼地，落水洞等。发育于地表的溪流多以灰岩中的岩溶泉水或暗河作为源头。 (3)、相对隔水岩组:为?的白云岩，分布于库区东南部的中部—23ls 及库尾部分，岩溶不发育，地下水类型为风化带基岩裂隙水，受气候影响较大，可视作相对隔水层。 在由可溶岩组与碎屑岩组相间分布的情况下，区内地貌特征及地下水的埋藏与运移条件差异也较大。据1/1万地质测绘岩溶含水层中地下水活 15 动以管道流为主。鹿角坝岩溶洼地实际上是由七角井等多个受构造线控制，并且是同方向发育和相距不远的串珠状洼地所组成，是由一个时明时暗的地表与地下水系组合的水文网完成了洼地的发育过程。因此，从古水文网演变的历史来看，洼地是在地表水与地下水系的侵蚀与溶蚀共同作用下形成，洼地底部的地表水流高程仍然代表了局部范围内的侵蚀基准。例如在洼地内地表水系的两侧可见有多处泉水从岸边流出，也证明在鹿角坝落水洞以上的河段，其补排关系仍属正常，是地下水补给地表水。这是反映洼地河床仍然具有蓄水能力的重要水文地质条件。 (三) 岩溶对水库水文地质条件的影响 岩溶发育对水库的影响是多方面的，这主要表现在: ,、对集雨面积区的影响 鹿角坝水库集雨面积区分布着大量可溶岩，岩溶发育极为强烈，造成集雨面积区内岩溶洼地遍布，相互之间独立存在，但又互有联系，形成集 2雨面积区的分割。经勘察鹿角坝水库总集雨面积为16.88km其中地表集雨 22面积为7.83 km，而地下集雨面积有9.05 km，并分为四个区域(见地表 2水系图)，?、鹿角坝库区集雨面积为3.47 km(地表)，?、七角井库区 22集雨面积为4.36 km(地表)，?、力马山(双流)集雨区面积为6.88 km 2(地下)，?、红坡集雨区面积为2.22 km(地下)。这些集雨区都是一些封闭型的岩溶谷地，经连通试验证实这些封闭型谷地都存在水力联系(附连通试验)，有地下水系连通(库区区域地质图)。并最终流向库区。这些岩溶谷地的存在破坏了水库集雨面积的完整性，使得水库的集雨面积变得支离破碎。 16 ,、对库区蓄水条件的影响 鹿角坝库区内寒武系清虚洞组岩层大面积出露，可溶岩比重极大，岩溶发育相当强烈，这表现在: 1) 鹿角坝库区就是一个岩溶洼地，其形成过程本身就是岩溶作用的不断深化的过程。 2)鹿角坝谷地内岩溶形态遍布，如溶洞、溶槽、落水洞等，而且主要分布在两个高程上，第一层:高程1360m，为一系列水平干溶洞，发育方向大致为北东向，在犀牛山及附近小山上都有出露;第二层分布在谷底，高程大致在1270-1280m之间，也是一系列的水平溶洞，主要发育在西牛山脚至消水洞之间的清虚洞组地层当中。经连通试验证实第二层溶洞也是力马山—七角井—鹿角坝—练春地下暗河系统的组成部分。主要溶洞有五个，是鹿角坝的主要泄水区。 同时由于岩性的差异，显示出在谷地周围岩溶发育的不均匀性，并形成谷地内岩溶发育程度不等的分区性。在犀牛山的西北面，由于出露的主要是金顶山砂页岩等非可溶岩，无岩溶发育，为非岩溶区。犀牛山及以东至高台组出露处，出露的主要是清虚洞组灰岩、白云岩，岩溶发育相当强烈，为强岩溶区。再往东，为高台组页岩，也为非岩溶区，然后是娄山关群白云岩分布区，岩溶发育相对较弱，为弱岩溶区。整个库区可分为二个非岩溶区，一个强岩溶区，一个弱岩溶区。 因这些岩溶现象的存在，鹿角坝洼地虽每年都有大量洪水进入但不久就会消退，主要渗漏地带就是在洼地东北面岩溶发育强烈的清虚洞组地层中。因此可以看出，鹿角坝洼地内岩溶的强烈发育破坏了该洼地的蓄水条 17 件，是造成鹿角坝洼地难以蓄水的主要原因。 3、岩溶对水库工程地质条件的影响 岩溶的广泛发育，破坏了岩体的整体性，使工程地质条件变得错综复杂，增加了工程建设的难度。经初步勘察，在犀牛山一带，岩溶极为发育，并有许多溶塌堆积物，破坏了岸坡的稳定性，对水库建设有不利的影响。同时在强岩溶区地下较浅处发育的岩溶洞穴，岩溶裂隙等都是工程建设的隐患，一方面它破坏了地基基础的完整性，影响了地基的承载力，另一方面它也将成为灌浆处理时一个难度极大的地段。需在今后的工作中进一步查明岩溶的详细发育情况，以使工程建设能有效地避开这些危害。 五、 水库渗漏分析 (一) 影响水库周边渗漏的地质环境 水库西北岸由隔水性良好的? 、? 、?砂页岩组成，并形成高1j1m1n 峻雄厚的单面山分水岭，岩层以20?左右倾角倾向库内，因此向邻谷洋水河渗漏的问不存在。 水库东南岸为?的中厚层—薄层泥质白云岩、白云岩组成，岩层—23ls 未受大断裂破坏，岩溶不发育，相对隔水性好。虽有较单薄低矮的马路垭口(高程1322m)但垭口比库正常高水位高20多m，水平厚度260m，因此库水不会向邻谷三叉河方向产生渗漏。 在库区东南部有几个通向库外的单薄垭口，经实测均高于库水位，最单薄的筲箕湾垭口，高程为1329.9m，比水库正常高水位高近30m，水平厚度为180m，由相对隔水的中厚层—薄层泥质白云岩、白云岩组成，因此库水向库外产生渗漏的可能性较小。 18 库区东北面通往新寨的垭口高程为1304m，略高于水库设计正常水位，垭口后部出露地层为金顶山组砂页岩，隔水性好，渗漏的可能性较小。 库底虽有透水性强，岩溶发育的?灰岩穿过，但其上有湖沼形成的1q 粘土软土层，构成较为宽厚的天然铺盖层。粘土软土层透水性极差，密实程度较好，沉积厚度7—19m。因此库水通过库底渗漏的可能性较小。 鹿角坝的排水方向为谷地东北面，通过?中发育的地下溶洞、暗河1q 向外排水，沿途尚有一系列的地表落水洞，形成老堡河的源头。 (二) 成库条件分析及其处理方案 由以上分析可见，鹿角坝水库有天然岩溶洼地作库盆，西北岸由隔水性良好的?砂页岩组成;东南岸为?的中厚层—薄层泥质白云岩、白—1j23ls 云岩泥质白云岩、白云岩组成，相对隔水性好。西面、西南面为主要来水方向，有雄厚的山脉和较高的地下水位，不会向这些方向产生渗漏。唯一的漏水方向就是鹿角坝的下游。 利用岩溶洼地处理建库，其地质前提是在查明岩溶特征及洼地中地下水现状的基础上，确定地下管道系统的具体位置及周边地质环境，并根据必要深度的勘探资料设计适当的处理方法。 在本次勘测工作中，结合以往测绘资料提出采用在横切地下水系的方向上进行灌浆处理的设想，并在初拟的灌浆剖面上分析岩溶管道的可能位置和可能的漏水方向有选择地进行钻孔勘探(工作量2000M/16孔，压水实验350段)。 从勘探线地质剖面可以看出:钻孔的柱状成果大部分较好，岩芯获得 ##率一般大于 70 %，透水性指标大多低于5Lu，地下水位在2、3钻孔和南 19 ####部垭口段7、8、9、11钻孔低于落水洞进口高程1277.1m，其余钻孔均 ##高于溶蚀洼地的底部;除5、14钻孔地下水位高于水库正常高水位(1301m)外，其余钻孔地下水位低于水库正常高水位。在鹿角坝洼地的两侧山沟中都有长期的地下水补给河水，因而可以判定在鹿角坝洼地的岸坡侧地下水位仍高于河水位。另就连通试验的结果和勘测工作中对多水文点的测流资料中分析，鹿角坝落水洞(K、K)的渗入水量为90.5L/S，下游干田水量12 为74.7L/S，(另有15L/S经朝天洞K8消水洞入渗)说明该地下河段属于集中岩溶管道流的表现形式。 前已述及，鹿角坝成库除南部垭口下部的管道系统外，在水库的西北侧、东南侧均存在有利的隔水条件，不会产生向库外渗漏的可能，完成洼地建库的唯一条件是论证在清虚洞组地层中发育的地下水管道系统的实际位置、规模及其处理方式。 从勘探剖面也可以看出在地下水系的横向剖面上，由钻孔稳定水位所代表的地下水埋藏条件是不均一的，但仍反映出在垭口下部的地下水集中管道流是其局部的侵蚀基准。由于岩溶管道发育的复杂性，加之勘探工作 ##量的限制，钻孔的实际密度较小，本次钻孔勘探中仅7、10钻孔揭示地下 #溶洞，7钻孔揭示地下溶洞顶板高程为1262.24m、底板高程为1262.24m、 #溶洞高19.1m;10钻孔揭示地下溶洞顶板高程为1230.00m、底板高程为1211.5m、溶洞高18.5m。 结合以往几次勘察工作的资料，并结合我省已有处理洼地蓄水的成功经验经仔细分析、研究认为;在处理方法上考虑两种方案:一 是在泄水三角带前面筑坝的方案存在几个问题:(1)坝区水文、工程地质情况较复杂， 20 要查明的问题较多，需要大量的经费及时间。(2)坝区工程量较大，坝区为粘土一软土层覆盖，要建柔性坝，筑坝材料不够，要建刚性坝，则坝基，肩开挖工程量太大。(3)岩溶区溶塌堆积物和地下浅层溶洞的存在，破坏了坝址区的工程地质条件。因此本方案不宜采用。 二 是采用堵截并辅以帷幕灌浆方案:通过堵截再辅以灌浆的处理方法，鹿角坝是完全可以成库的。鹿角坝是一封闭条件较好的天然岩溶洼地，唯一的漏水方向在谷地的东北面，只要在谷地东北面排水方向的帷幕线上，通过堵截再辅以灌浆的处理方法，鹿角坝是完全可以成库的。 六、 库岸边坡稳定 鹿角坝水库为一天然封闭的岩溶洼地，岩层由西北缓倾向东南，倾角约15?~21?，库区内植被覆盖较好，无顺坡向缓倾结构面分布，库岸边坡稳定性较好，不会产生大面积滑塌。水库蓄水后，由于库水位的消长，在岸边残坡积物中会产生局部的滑塌。 七、 水库淹没及固体经流 水库区内无矿产，文物分布，库区内有两个自然村寨，水库建成会淹没部份房屋和大量田土，库区范围内无集中固体径流补给源。仅在洪水期间会冲来少量泥砂、块石。 第三章 灌浆设计说明 一、 帷幕线路选择 总原则是经灌浆处理后，能封住漏水通道，使岩体的漏水量控制在设 21 南东端以14钻孔为边界，接高台组粘土岩。金顶山组砂页岩和高台组粘土岩均为隔水条件好的阻水地层。具体布置位置见1/1000灌浆平面图。 照此意图初步拟定帷幕灌浆的范围:帷幕线从犀牛山北面金顶山组砂页岩起至高台组粘土(页)岩止，灌浆深度在犀牛山附近以进入隔水层金顶山组砂页岩10m为底界;在帷幕底界不够深入金顶山组砂页岩时，其帷幕深度以练春出水口1220 m为底界;在局部地段上，考虑到由钻孔揭示地 #下溶洞(14顶板高程为1230.00m、底板高程为1211.5m、溶洞高18.5m)的底板高程低于1220m，因此应将防漏帷幕底界设为1200m。 为保证防渗帷幕的可靠性考虑到地下水洞穴附近的溶隙等因素拟在管道洞穴堵截区附近的帷幕线按两排孔布置(长度250m)，局部可加为三排孔。并按帷幕线地质剖面资料计算其工作量。 在处理方法上，为了保证管道处理的绝对可靠性，采用堵灌结合的方法，同时避开表层风化带、裂隙及地表附近发育的落水洞对堵截工程的影响，堵截位置宜尽可能选择在伏流的中段岩溶发育程度低、岩石完整性相对较好的地方。并在地表部分作横向帷幕灌浆处理。堵截时采用人工竖井下到地下溶洞的位置进行封堵。由于地下岩溶发育的不确定性，要根据先 22 导孔探明的地下岩溶发育情况确定是否需要进行人工封堵，因此要预留部分人工封堵的工程量。 对地表溶洞和落水洞，应清理干净里面的堆积物再进行封堵，同时预留排气管防止气爆。 鹿角坝水库经过多次比较、研究，优化后选定了折线型帷幕线路方案(详见鹿角坝灌浆平面布置图)，帷幕线长728m，灌浆孔963个，总进尺48938m。帷幕右端插入不透水性层(?)10m，左端伸入地下水位线与正1j 33、输水管线地质:管线接口(遂洞出口)在清虚洞组第三段(?)，1q以中厚层白云岩为主;其余部分所经地层为娄山关群?:上部为浅灰色—23ls厚层含硅质团块之微—细晶白云岩，团粒白云岩，中下部为浅灰、灰色中厚层—厚层微一细晶白云岩。管线大多沿原河道走向布置，输水管应坐落在基岩或硬土层上，岩层倾角16?—21?，岩性较硬。区内地貌类型为构造剥蚀的浅切中山地貌和溶蚀的溶丘谷地地貌并存，沿途并未发现古滑坡或崩塌等不稳定岩土体分布。覆盖层深度为0.2~4m。 第五章 溢洪道地质 溢洪道位于南部埡口靠近右面的位置，底板高程1301m，经过地段的 2地层为清虚洞组中段?，以中厚层白云岩为主，在工程地质分组上属硬1q 质岩石。其上有2-8m的覆盖层，强风化深度6-7m。 第六章 天然建材 库区周围，建筑材料踏勘情况如下: 1、土料:山区土料贫薄，分布零星，含风化石碎片多，不宜作防渗土料。 2、石料:库区东南面为大面积?的白云岩，多为中厚层状细晶白2-3ls 25 云岩，岩质坚硬，抗压强度大，储量大，易于开采、运输。 3、砂料:库区周围无天然砂料，可与石料场综合开采，用白云岩作人工机制砂或用崩塌堆积的岩石加工人工机制砂，储量丰富。 第七章 结论和建议
