伯恩光学惠州工业园厂房D1施工总结(最新竣工) 伯恩光学惠州工业园厂房D1施工总结 伯恩光学惠州工业园厂房D1工程位于惠阳区秋长管理区，该项目由伯恩光学(惠州)有限公司投资兴建，地矿赣西地质工程勘察院勘察，深圳市中泰华翰建筑设计有限公司设计，深圳市合创建设工程顾问有限公司监理，汕头市建安(集团)公司负责施工。由惠州市惠阳区建设局质量监督站、施工安全监督站、建筑管理科监督。 一、工程概况 2本工程属框架结构八层，建筑面为44016.32m。外墙面均为贴饰砖，内墙面水泥石灰砂浆一般抹灰，外墙为180，内墙为120砖墙;窗采用90系列铝合金窗，5mm厚钢化玻璃。 基础全部采用人工挖孔桩，承台及地梁混凝土用C30，钢筋用?、?级;柱、梁、板强度等级为C30、C25。室内装饰工程为普通装饰;防雷系统采用屋面设置避雷带，引接基础钢筋相焊，上端与避雷网路焊接形成可靠电气通路。 二、施工过程的情况 本工程于2011年1月开工，在整个施工过程中我司均按照设计图纸、设计变更通知等施工，符合施工及验收要求。各分部分项质量验收批均按甲方、监理、质检、设计等单位验收意见进行施工，各检验批结果均达到合格要求。 三、单位工程质量控制资料 maintenance business reception; (2 合格，符合施工规范要求。 11、分项、分部工程质量验收记录为6个分部。各分部、分项及检验批质量验收均评为合格。 四、单位工程安全和功能检测 1、屋面淋水试验记录1份。在屋面工程完成后做一次蓄水试验,蓄水最浅水位高出地面最高点50mm,经24小时检查，无发现渗漏现象，放水时排水系统畅通，屋面无积水，试验结果合格，符合施工规范要求。 2、建筑物垂直度、标高、全高测量记录8份，经测量各栋建筑物的垂直度、标高、全高均在允许偏差范围内，符合施工规范要求。 3、建筑物沉陷观测测量记录1份，根据测量规范要求及建筑物荷载增加进行各阶段观测，经观测建筑物沉降比较均匀，无发现沉降差大等不良现象，符合施工规范要求。 5、室内装饰工程因业主使用要求暂不安装，留待二次装饰再安装。 五、单位工程观感质量验收 1、地基与基础工程、主体工程混凝土构件的外观很少出现蜂窝、麻面等缺陷，符合施工规范要求。 2、室内外砖砌体工程砌筑的灰缝基本能横平竖直，接搓牢固，灰缝厚度、饱满度均符合施工规范要求。 3、单位工程竣工后，经施工单位汇同甲方、监理现场进行观感质量检查评定。综合以上评价一致认为该项目建筑物观感质量评为“一般”。 六、单位工程资料方面 1、本工程分个分部进行施工，具体分为地基与基础、主体、装饰装修、屋面、给排水、电气工程，施工过程中的隐蔽工程验收记录均经过建设单位等相关单位签证验收。各分部质量验收均为合格。 2、各种原材料均附带有出厂合格证及在见证人员见证下取样进行送检，送检检验报告齐全，检验结果合格。 3、资料的归类、汇总、整理均按惠阳区建筑工程施工技术资料目录进行装订，卷面清晰，资料齐全，符合施工规范要求。 七、单位工程安全方面 本工程项目各单位工程从开工前准备阶段至竣工验收阶段均分五个阶段进行安全评价，经我公司质安组按《GJG59-99施工标准》进行各阶段的施工安全检查评分如下:共五次评价平均分为78.5，其中文明施工平均分78.6，自评等级为合格。 根据以上各阶段检查评分及我单位依照《GJG59-99施工安全检查标准》对施工全过程进行安全监控，安全生产和文明施工能落实到位，安全资料基本齐全，无工伤事故发生，能做到工完场清，无安全隐患存在。因此评定该工程项目安全自评等级为合格。 八、工程综合结论 工程从开工到竣工验收，为保证建设工程质量，保障人民的生命、财产安全，维护社会公共利益，我公司按照国家的建筑工程安全标准实施，管理机制已建立健全并落实到个人，管理人员能落实到位，严格执行工程 nder thanic in the national occupational standards occupational functions and skill requirements, students completing this course uonal directory prepared ( Professional code:), and integrated into the Ministry of labor and social security all four car mecofessietection and debugging;
