公文写作学习心得 公文写作的学习心得 为有效地塑造我局良好的外部形象,提升盐务部门公文处理及文字写作水平。分局组织综合科认真学习领会市政办函〔2012〕82号《晋中市人民政府办公厅关于尽快做好文公改版工作有关事项的通知》和省局《2012最新版党政机关公文格式及排版解读》文件精神,切实贯彻“新条例”、“新格式”,积极提高公文写作能力。通过此次学习,我受益匪浅。现将分享如下, 一、确立了新方向,提高了新认识。此次学习,让我深刻认识到,综合科工作不仅是要做好文字、搞好资料性工作就行了,还应该注重外部形象的塑造。综合科人员的个人形象是关系到一个行业、一个团队形象的关键。一个成功的个人形象,不仅是展示自信、尊严、能力,获得尊重的要素,也是向公众传达价值、信誉的重要手段。我将在今后的工作中加强学习,不断提升自身综合素质。 二、树立严肃的工作作风,培养严谨的工作态度。通过学习,使我对公文有了深层次的认识。所谓公文是法定机关与组织按照特定的体制,经过一定处理程序制成的具有法定效力的文书,是依法管理和进行公务活动的重要工具。因此,公文在写作上必须要做到合法、求实、合体、简明、严谨、准确、规范、完整、清晰、耐久,这意味着公文的表达语言必须庄重、准确、朴the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on.
