共享和美家成果 共建中国和美家园 共享富裕和谐生活 联合村位于德清县乾元镇西北侧～村域面积5.5平方公里～下设25个村民小组～总人口2713人～村党总支下设4个党支部～现有党员87名。2012年～全村实现工农业总产值19730万元～农民人均纯收入17512元～村级集体经济收入108.15万元。 2010年联合村成功创建“中国和美家园”精品村以来～村党总支、村委会始终围绕保护生态环境～发展三产富民的发展思路～坚持以村庄规划为龙头～以产业发展为支撑～以大力发展精品农业经济为特色～以改善农村生产生活条件为重点～以增加农民收入和全面提高农民生活质量为目的～加大村庄整体环境提升力度～不断完善农村基础设施～加快农村经济和社会各项事业协调发展～加强村级组织建设和民主法制建设～真正把联合村建成“山水美、农家富、社会和、机制新”的中国和美家园。 一、强化长效管理～实现山水更秀美。 近年来～联合村高起点、高质量完成了“两规合一”加大村庄环境集聚力度～集聚农户达46户～中心村集聚工作初见成效。根据和美家园建设总体要求～联合村对村庄环境整治长效管理项目进行了招标～实现了市场化运作～共有保洁员7名,今年新增1名,～配齐垃圾车等保洁设备～分片区落实保洁工作～做到垃圾“日产日清、不积不留”～垃圾无害化处理率100%。村委会专门成立村庄环境管理监督小组～定期对村庄内环境卫生绿化管理等进行检查打分～按照奖罚～对照加以落实。经过“一事一议”表决的方式～the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on. (3) Note 从2013年元月起在全村范围内收取每户全年累积36元村庄环境长效管理保洁费～以强化村民环保意识～巩固村庄整治建设的效果。村道文明线和村主干道沿线聘请专人进行绿化修剪与养护～确保沿线一带绿意盎然、 鸟语花香。年初中小河流治理重点县综合整治及水系连通试点工程在联合村启动～总投入资金800余万元～通过该项目实现河畅水清、岸绿景美、人水和谐的综合效果。 二、促进产业升级～实现农家更富裕 结合本村经济发展现状～继续稳妥发展矿山企业～坚定不移地推进效益农业发展战略～积极鼓励村民创业创新～努力开创联合村村经济建设新局面。一是去年10月份联盟矿业通过招标重组重新开业～使用新设备新技术后～做到了环境效益和经济效益的统一。二是去年蓝莓批量上市～以无污染、营养价值高赢得市场好评～带来良好的经济效益。二是“水一方”农场设施完备～规模适中～出产的有机蔬菜水果向往周边城市,三是完成朱家里造田造地工程～积极推动土地流转～累积到目前联合村实施土地流转1125亩。四是2012年5月由本地村民开办的集休闲、娱乐、餐饮一体的“海角七号”农庄正式营业～有效拓宽了农民增收途径～激发农民投资创业的信心。 三、努力改善民生～实现社会更和谐 加强村级社会保障工作～每年农民参加大病医疗保险率96%以上。十分注重扶贫工作～按照“一户一干部一策”的制度为每个干部定下联系对象～联系低收入户的干部通过开展法律援助、就业指导、助学、助医、送温暖等活动帮助解决低收入户在生产生活上的 -onnel must wear safety helmets, safety belts, shirtless, wearing slippers, slipperye persrk.
