Select “Menu” button 2. Select “Wireless nd network”, nd then select “Mobile network settings” 3. Click on check “Use pcket dt” option to turn on or off dt network (plese select On) (IX) FQ 1. Cn’t strt the device. This problem is supposed to be due to low bttery, could be solved by chrging the bttery. If it still doesn’t work, then it might be the problem of device, plese contct the fter-sles service center. 2. Cn’t recognize SIM crd. If the SIM crd is inserted when the mchine is on, the system would not ble to recognize it. Plese tke out SIM crd, shutdown the mchine nd then insert SIM crd. 3. Cn’t recognize TF crd. Plese mke sure the following points bout TF crd: ?Using TF crd with good qulity ? TF crd,32G. 4. WiFi Signl is wek. Mke sure WiFi signl source is within the rnge of 20 meters nd there is not too much brriers (Note: The wll could reduce WiFi signl lot), nd mke sure your hnds don’t cover the wire housing in the bck pnel. 5. GSM signl is wek. Mke sure your hnds don’t cover the wire housing in the bck pnel. 6. Speker noise. Check the voice with erphone, if the noise is still there, it might be the problem of the voice source, if not, it might be the problem of speker, plese check if there re something down into speker. 7. Touch doesn’t work ppropritely. Mke sure the fingers wy from the touching field while holding the device. 8. Imge cn’t rotte with the direction of device. Check “setting” to see if “uto Rottion” is cnceled. 9. Power consumption is too fst. In order to extend the device’s stndby time, plese turn off WiFi nd GPRS mode if you don’t need to surf internet. 10. Cn’t chrge with USB. This device only supports chrging with DC power. 11. Crsh. While operting some low-qulity softwre in the device, the system will crsh. Just need to press the “Power” button for 10 seconds, nd the device will be forced to shut down. 12. Fil to downlod documents from USB. The possible reson nd solution: ? Using USB line with bd qulity, plese chnge nother USB line with good qulity; ? Using USB interfce in the front pnel of computer, plese use the USB interfce in the bck pnel of computer.
