The most common ones are learning anxiety and lack of communication and physical exercise. So it is important for us students to find ways to get relaxed. Taking exercise is not only of great benefit to our health but relaxes us a lot. We can also have a talk with people we trust, for their comfort may relieve us from worries and their experience will help us solve our problems. Moreover, we can read some inspiring stories so that we are full of confidence to overcome any difficulties we encounter. As for me, the best way to relax is just to maintain my sense of humor, for example, sometimes I read jokes and sometimes I treat myself to funny movies. According to his book knowledge, fish are always living in the water??so he chooses a well to fish in. Fish do live in the water??but do they live in the well? I think the picture wants to tell us when we learn something??we should have a thorough study of it??Otherwise we'll make some silly mistakes??Just like the man in the picture??however he tries??he'll never get fish in the well. So when we learn something we should try to have a thorough understanding of it. 3 How can we keep our personal information off the Internet As is reported , more and more people are annoyed by strangers because our personal information ,such as phone numbers, Emails and so on, is exposed to the Internet. It??s almost impossible to keep all personal information off the internet. However, we can take some measures to minimize the amount of information we reveal as we travel the internet. First, shopping online is the ultimate in convenience ,but we muse make sure that the checkout page on the site is secure. Secondly ,we can only provide information to sites that promise not to share it without our permission and avoid giving permission to share our information with "selected partners". Besides, we shouldn??t post too much information on social networking sites, message boards and chat rooms. And chat rooms are meant for sharing. And if we blog, we should be careful not to reveal too much about ourselves. Obviously, the larger an online presence we have, the more information about us there is going to be online. An online presence is not necessarily a bad thing, as it can open a whole world of opportunities 4 Community Service During the winter vacation, the students in our class joined in a meaningful activity in which all of us did our bit for the community. First we went to visit an old lady who lived all alone. While we were in her home, one of us chatted with her and the rest helped do a thorough cleaning. We swept the floor and dusted the table. When the work was done, the house looked really neat and tidy then we went to the sports center, where different sports facilities needed polishing. We set out to work at once. In no time everything was dust-free. To make the environment clean, we also picked up the litter on the grass and along the paths. As the Spring Festival was around the corner, we put up New Year decorations on the billboard and a poster with the characters Happy Chinese New Year on it. Having done all these, we saw a more pleasant community. Tired as we were, we felt happy as all of our work paid off. 5 As the College Entrance Examination is drawing near, the situation is getting worse and worse. From the picture, we can see that Li Ming is "studying hard". There are many books for him to read and many papers for him to do. How poor he is! At the same time, all his family are also busy working for him. Nowadays, many parents expect too much of their sons or daughters. They hope that their sons or daughters study hard in order to be admitted to an ideal college or a key university. It is for this reason that parents are strict with their children. However, they don't realize what a great pressure they have put on their children. It is the great pressure that often gets their children very anxious. So I hope parents provide a proper environment for their children. Only in this way, will they try their best and succeed at last 6 Nowdays a lot of schools keep their students in school all day long.Students have different opinions about it. Some of the students think they enjoy less freedom and have little chance to get in touch with society.They are not able to fully develop their interests and hobbies. Therefore, they have lst interest in their studies. Some others think school is the best place to get knowledge so they should put their heart into their lessons. Some students lack the ability to control themselves.Once out of school, they may lose control of themselves and do something that will influence/affect their studies. Personally I think, it is necessary to keep students at school.But at the same time schools should organize various activities so that students can enjoy their school life.I don't agree to keep students at school all day. Schools should offer students more free time to develop their personal interests. 7 Forty teenage reporters from different middle schools in our city paid a visit to the Economic Development Zone and had an interview with Wang Qinghai, head of the Zone, on January 15th, 2009. At the interview, the reporters asked Mr Wang about what achievements they made last year, how they were to attract more investment and how the zone would be developing over the next three years. Mr Wang gave them satisfactory answers. They used modern equipment, such as digital cameras and recording pens besides pens and note-books at the interview. They were deeply impressed by the first-class design of the zone, as well as beautiful trees and grass and modern buildings there. 8 Dear Tony, Chongyang, the traditional Chinese festival for the elderly, is coming around. We are planning to visit the Nursing Home to celebrate the special day, and we would like to invite students from your school to join us. We have planned several activities. When we get there,we will visit the elderly in their rooms in groups,presenting them with flowers and self-made cards to show our respect and love. Then we will do some cleaning and washing for them with the help of the nurses. As some old people feel lonely, we may chat with them about their old days, changes of our city, or anything they are interested in. We may also give them some performances: singing, dancing, and so on. I am sure we will both gain a better understanding of the elderly in China. The first thing we can do is to make our campus more beautiful. Every one of us may plant a tree in the school, or organize a thorough cleaning on the campus. We can also form a good habit of putting the rubbish in the trashcan. The second thing we can do is to protect the facilities in our school. When we leave the classroom, we should never forget to turn off the light or close the door. We should not leave the tap water running or waste any materials in the laboratory class. If everyone does one thing for our school, I believe we will turn our school into a better place to study and live in. On the first day, we chose to go to school by bike or on foot rather than by bus or car. Before we left the classroom, we made sure the lights and the computer were switched off. In order to make full use of paper, we began to write on both sides. Besides, while shopping, we no longer used plastic bags but carried environmentally friendly ones. I think what we did on that day was meaningful, which an help us to form a good habit. We should also call on the people around us to do something for low ?C carbon living. Only in this way will the earth he a good place to live on.
