谈中国与丹麦联合发行邮票：国家形象 中国气派 中国邮政与丹麦邮政定于2011年12月10日在中国，2012年1月4日在丹麦联合发行1套以古代天文仪器为主题的特种邮票。该套邮票名称为《古代天文仪器》，邮票图案分别为中国的“简仪”和丹麦的“大赤道经纬仪”。 “简仪”是我国古代的一种天文观测仪器，它与“浑仪”一样，用于测量天体的位置。“浑仪”的结构比较繁杂，观测时经常发生环与环相互阻挡视线的现象，使用极不方便。元朝天文学家郭守敬将“浑仪”简化为两个独立的观测装置，安装在一个底座上，每个装置都十分简单实用，而且除北极星附近以外，整个天空一览无余。因此，古人称这种装置为“简仪”。 “简仪”的主要装置由两个互相垂直的大圆环组成，其中一个环面平行于地球赤道面，叫做“赤道环”;另一个是直立在赤道环中心的双环，能绕一根金属轴转动，叫做“赤经双环”。双环中间夹着一根装有十字丝装置的窥管，相当于单镜筒望远镜，能绕赤经双环的中心转动。观测时，将窥管对准某颗待测星，然后在赤道环和赤经双环的刻度盘上直接读出这颗星的位置值。有两个支架托着南北方向的金属轴，支撑着整个观测装置，使这个装置保持着北高南低的形状。 我国元代天文学家郭守敬于1276年创制的测量天体位置的“简仪”，其将结构繁复的唐宋浑仪加以革新简化，是我国天文仪器制造史上的一大飞跃，是当时世界上的一项先进技术。欧洲直到300多年后才由丹麦天文学家第谷发明了与之类似的装置。 郭守敬创制的“简仪”，在清康熙五十四年(1715年)被传教士纪理安当做废铜给熔化了。现在保存在南京紫金山天文台的“简仪”是明代正统二年至七年(1437年—1422年)间的复制品。八国联军入侵北京时被法军掠至法国驻华使馆，直到1905年才归还中国。 这次发行的《古代天文仪器》特种邮票1套2枚，邮票规格为33毫米×33毫米。邮票采用胶雕工艺印制，由欧洲邮票雕刻家马丁?莫克雕刻。中国、丹麦双方各自负责本国邮票的总体布局、票面文字、邮票面值等版式。票图由中国美术家崔彦伟和丹麦设计家佩尔?英厄曼共同设计。 两枚邮票的面值为各自国家的平信邮资。中国邮票的面值均为1.20元，丹麦的邮票面值为6丹麦克朗。 丹麦是第37个与中国邮政联合发行邮票的国家(或地区)。截至2011年年底，service as the focus of the work, participate in the point, and in the key place, in order to promote the democratization of decision-making, scientific advice. Based on the city's youth career "11th Five-Year" good bureau and the Communist Youth League work across the development, focus on the implementation of Scientific Outlook on 近20年中，我国先后与加拿大、美国、泰国、澳大利亚、德国、法国、瑞士、俄罗斯、巴西、比利时、埃及、韩国、伊朗、希腊、西班牙、荷兰、加拿大、墨西哥、印度、英国、乌克兰、丹麦等国家和地区联合发行了39套邮票。其中除1995—11J《中泰建交20周年》、2004—16J《奥运会从雅典到北京》和2008—25J《奥运会从北京到伦敦》3套纪念邮票外，其他36套均是特种邮票。两次联合发行邮票的国家有加拿大和新加坡。邮票内容分别选取各国的人物、建筑、文物、动植物、自然风光和民间艺术等双方具有特定联系或同类事物的图案。中国邮政同时设计、发行邮票首日纪念封。 这些邮票由中外美术家、艺术家、邮票设计家采用的不同风格独立或共同设计。由中国艺术家设计的邮票有11套;外国艺术家设计的邮票有5套，两国艺术家联合设计的邮票有23套。 在39套中外联合发行的邮票中，国外邮政主管部门委托我国北京邮票厂帮助印刷的邮票有两套，分别是中国与澳大利亚、中国与圣马力诺邮政联合发行的1995—15《珍稀动物》和1996—8《古代建筑》，其余邮票由各自国家和地区的邮票厂或造币厂印制。 这些中外联合发行的精美邮票图案不但给广大集邮爱好者提供了美的视觉享受，同时也增长了集邮者对各国的历史、人物、建筑、文物、动植物、自然风光、民间艺术等方面知识的了解，展示了这些年来中国邮政与37个国家和地区的邮政部门在邮票发行选题、设计水平、印刷工艺等方面的鲜明对比。从中可以看出中国邮政在邮票发行水平上的明显提升，特别是在“十一五”期间有集邮评论家用“国家形象中国气派”来中国邮票，的确名副其实，中国邮票发行整体水平已经步入世界邮票发行先进国家的行列。 (冯舒拉) service as the focus of the work, participate in the point, and in the key place, in order to promote the democratization of decision-making, scientific advice.
