Truly 2010 14-1 Dear Sirs: Oct. 2, 2001 We are sorry that causes completely beyond your control have made it impossible for you to keep the shipment date of Sept. 30. Dear Sirs: Oct. 3, 2001 We have looked into the cause of the delay in payment and have found that our accounting department made an oversight in making your remittance.
