摘要:随着现代科技的发展,用户端智能供配电系统已成为当今社会发展的必然趋势,在变电所内安装相应的智能仪表及系统来实时监控用电状态,提高了供配电系统的安全、可靠及维护效率、降低维护的人工成本、实现了变电所部分供电的无人值守的自动化水平,为用户节约电力维护成本。现就启东行政中心项目中使用的Acrel-2000电力监控系统对供配电方面的自动化和智能化做一简要介绍。 关键词:启东行政中心 变电所配电 无人值守 电力监控 智能配电系统 配电自动化 0引言 现代工业技术的发展对配电系统运行的可靠性及其智能化管理提出了更高的要求,而微处理器技术的广泛应用及计算机系统可靠性的大幅度提高,使智能化电器元件得到快速发展,智能化电气管理系统应运而生。安科瑞的Acrel-2000型电力监控系统软件借助了计算机、通讯设备、变电所智能电力仪表等,为系统的实时数据采集、开关状态检测及远程控制提供了基础平台。该电力监控系统可以提供“监控一体化”的整体解决,主要包括实时历史数据库AcrSpace、工业自动化组态软件AcrControl、电力自动化软件AcrNetPower等。 本文以启东行政中心例,简单介绍Acrel-2000电力监控系统实现公共建筑项目中供配电系统自动化、智能化,同时提高供配电系统的安全可靠性,历史数据可追溯性等功能。 1项目介绍 启东市行政服务中心是政府派出机构,代表政府行使组织、协调、管理、监督职能,是集行政许可与服务为一体的综合性行政服务机构。2001年12月28日正式投入运行。中心分管理层和办事窗口,管理层内设办公室、综合协调科和投诉监督科,办事窗口目前进驻47个部门,设立380 个服务窗口,371名工作人员,现有行政许可审批事项827项,服务事项13项。 本项目属于公共建筑项目,项目的监控范围为:高压开关站以及7个变压器和相应的负载回路、监控回路共计305个,本项目中监控回路配置ACR系列网络电力仪表。为实现本建筑内的配电自动化,提高启动行政中心供电的安全性、可靠性、合理性,建设方委托安科瑞电气股份有限公司承建此项目的智能化配电监控系统。鉴于本项目中高压开关站以及7个变压器距离主监控室的数据采集器距离较近,方案时将所有数据总线直接铺设至系统主机所在的值班室内。 鉴于启东行政中心的建筑规模、性质,以及后续项目的可连带发展的性质,安科瑞电气股份有限公司系统部根据用户的几点需求以及在相同性质工程中的经验,对该建筑的智能配电系统的搭建做以下设计:启动行政中心所有监控点位现已安装智能电力仪表,且均采用标准的Modbus-RTU协议。将现场安装的智能仪表通过屏蔽双绞线以手拉手式相连,数据总线直接铺设至主机所在的值班室。数据总线通过数据采集器将数据传输至系统主机。系统架构如下图XT-1至XT-5所示: 系统功能 上位机软件采用Acrel-2000电力监控软件,通过软件进行设备配置、数据库变量配置、界面设计等,完成了在上位机软件监控及电力监控的功能。 4.1用户权限管理 针对不同级别的用户,设置不同的权限组,防止因人为误操作给生产,生活带来的损失,实现配电系统的安全,可靠运行。可以通过用户管理进行用户登录、用户注销、修改密码、添加删除等操作,方便用户对账号和权限的修改。软件登陆需要输入正确的用户名及密码才能进入软件功能窗口,登陆界面如图1所示: instrument has a single test condition, will be transferred process. 图1 4.2 配电室监控画面 电力监控系统主要实时监测配电室监控回路的运行状态,红色代表合闸,绿色代表分闸。在监控画面中可以直观的看到每路回路进线和出线的运行参数和状态,可以看到出线侧的所有常规电力参数,如:三相电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数、频率、有功电度等。变电所的软件界面如图2所示: 图2 4.3 系统网络拓扑图 变电所配电系统中要定期打印相应的参数报表来核查系统的运行状态,Acrel-2000电力监控系统为本项目制作了相应的报表。通过点击菜单栏上的“统计报表-参数抄表”,即可查询某时刻的电参量。主要的数据包括:三相电压、三相电流、电能、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数以及频率。该报表可实现系统运行期间的任意时间抄表的功能。具体界面如图4所示: 图4 4.5 电能报表示意图 随着用户端对电力供应的稳定性、可靠性、维护等需求的提高。电力监控系统已成为全国各地重点工程项目、标志性建筑/大型公共设施、民用大面积多变电所用户的必然选择,本文介绍的Acrel-2000电力监控系统在启东行政中心项目中的应用,可以实现对变电所低压配电回路用电的实时监控和电能管理,不仅能显示回路用电状况,还具有网络通讯功能,可以与串口服务器、计算机等组成电力监控系统。系统实现对采集数据的分析、处理,实时显示变电所内各配电回路的运行状态,对模拟分合闸、负载越限具有弹出报警对话框及报警声音提示,并生成各种电能报表、分析曲线、图形等,便于电能的远程抄表以及分析、研究。该系统运行安全、可靠、稳定,为变电所用户解决用电问题提供了真实可靠的依据,取得了较好的社会效益。
