resultinfatigue.Thepaperconductedarecoveryexperimentoffa—
tiguebyusingacupunctureandinjury—freemagneticneedle,soas
toobserveandcomparetheinflueneesofdifierenttreatmentson
therecoveryofrestingpotentialofskeletalmuscle.
MArERIALSANDMETH0DS
Materials
Theexperimentwascarriedoutinthelaboratorybuildingofthe
DepartmentofBiologicalScience,BeijingUniversityofPhysical
Education.Thirtyexperimentalmaleandfemaletoadswiththe
bodymassof70-75g,whichwereprovidedbyBeijingUniversity
ofPhysiealEducation.wererandomlydividedintoacupuncture
group:1o),magneticliftingneedlegroup:10),magneticlift?
ingneedle+pressinggroup:1O).Leftandrightsemitendinosus
musclesweretakenascontrols.
Methods
Establishmentofsamples:Thetoads’semitendinosusmusclesof
onesidewerepeeled,andthedistaltendonofsemitendinosus
muscleswasseparatedintotwoheadsofmuscles.tIlemusclefibers
wereisolatedtoproximalend.andoneheadofmusclewasstillre.
servedtIlere.Thetwoisolateddistalheadsofsemitendinosusmus—
cleswerefixedtoasilastiepad.sothatthesamplesshoweda”V’’

Parametersoftheeleetrostimulation:Thevoltagewas3.5—5.5’V.

Methodsoftreatments:Theexperimentalmuscleandcontrol
muscleinthegroupswerealltreatedwitheleetrostimuladonfor
40minutes.Intheacupuncturegroup,theexperimentalmuscle
wastreatedwithobliqueinsertionbyusingtIlefilifoErnneedleof
‘p=0.16mm,andtheneedlewasretainedfor3minutes.buttIle
controlmusclereceivednotanytreatment.Inthemagneticlifting
needlegroup,theexperimentalmusclewastreatedwithsimplemag-
neticliftingneedlefor5minuteswithoutpressure.butthecontrol
musclereceivednotanytreatment.Inthemagneticliftingnee—
die+pressinggroup,theexperimentalmusclewastreatedwith
magneticliftingneedlepluspressurefor5minutes,butthecontrol
musclereceivednotanytreatment.ThemuscleeeHsinthe3groups
allrestedfor30minutesafterelectrostimulation.andthen山erest-

Statisticalanalysis:ThettestwasconductedbytIlefirstantIlor

lation.Thesameasacupuncture,simplemagneticliftingneedle
andmagneticliftingneedlepluspressingplayanobviousrolein
acceleratingtherecoveryoftherestingpotentialofskeletalmuscle
cellmembraneafterlong—termelectrostimulation.Thereisnosig-
nificantdifferenceineffectbetweenmagneticliftingneedle,simple
magneticliftingneedleandsimpleacupuncture.

摘要
背景:骨骼肌长时间收缩会导致静息单位的下降,影响其收缩,导致疲
劳发生.针刺以及无损伤的磁提针对静息单位的恢复有无作用?
目的:采用针刺以及无损伤的磁提针作为恢复手段.观察和比较其对骨
骼肌静息电位恢复的影响.
:对照实验.
单位:山西师范大学体育学院,山东省滨州学院.
材料:实验蟾蜍3O只(由北京体育大学实验动物中心提供),随机分成
针刺组,磁提针组,磁提针加按压组,每组1O只.左右半腱肌进行对照.
:对离体蟾蜍半腱肌(实验肌和对照肌)进行40min电刺激后,采
用细胞内玻璃微电极技术测量骨骼肌细胞的静息电位.并且在电刺激
后进行毫针针刺,磁提针和磁提针加按压等处理.
主要观察指标:各组运动前,电刺激后以及处理后的静息电位.
结果:?电刺激后骨骼肌细胞膜静息电位较电刺激前下降『实验肌:
(59.48~7.37),(84.54~572)mV,对照肌:(59.43~7.14),(83.62~5.86)mV].
?针刺,磁提针,磁提针加按压使骨骼肌细胞电刺激后下降的静息电位
明显恢复(P<0.O1).?磁提针组静息电位恢复百分比明显小于针刺组
和磁提针加按压组【(42.50~12.41)%,(53.71~10.93)%,(49.10~8.39)%,
P<0.01l.
结论:斜刺,磁提针,磁提针加按压对长时间电刺激后骨骼肌细胞膜静
息电位的恢复有促进作用.单纯磁提针对长时间电刺激后骨骼肌细胞
膜静息电位恢复的促进作用小于针刺和磁提针加按压作用.
