TR βm R N A expression level1 1 w as the low estin N S C , w as increased gradually w ith the induction of Tand attained the highest level at 2 w eeks of induction of T.3 3 Furtherm ore, the expression level of TR βm R N A w as also higher1 ,P = 0.001), and it(t =15.64 than that of TR αat the sam e tim e1 reached the low estlevelat3 w eeks after induction. TR αexpression 3 levelw as firstly decreased after the differentiation induced by T, and3 w as close to the expression level of N S C at 2 w eeks of induction(F =51.94,P =0.378) and decreased to a low er levelafter 3 w eeks.T3 induced TR m R N A expression during the differentiation of N S C , and agarose electrophoresis im age is show n in Figure 5.
