差异。,方法,选取新西兰兔81只,随机分为3组,27只暴露出右尺侧副韧带

Abstract:,Objective,To compare the effect of surgical damnification of the ulnar collateral ligaments of elbow joint of the rabbits.,Method,
ulnar collateral ligaments of right elbow joint were only enclosed,they were named group A,27 ulnar collateral ligaments of right elbow joint were severed and sutured,the ligaments sutured group were named group B,27 ulnar
collateral ligaments of right elbow joint were severed ,they weren't sutured yet,they were named group C.They were killed to detect the biomechanics at time intervals of three,six and twelve weeks.,Result,On the day
of 12 week after transplantation,the displacement of the ligaments was significantly different between group B and C ,B ( 6.06?0.4) mm,C ( 7.72?0.44) mm,P<0.05,,and near to
the normal control group A ,A (5.87?0.46)mm,P>0.05,.The
straining of the ligaments had significant difference between group B and C[B(1.25?0.16),C(1.60?0.07),P<0.05],and also near to the group A[A(1.19?0.13),P>0.05].,Conclusion,
The effect of the surgical operation is more effective than
the ulnar collateral ligaments of elbow joint.

肘关节尺侧副韧带的损伤是较常见的肘关节运动性损伤。急性尺侧副韧带断裂可
以引起肘关节内侧不稳定,1,。对于这种情况,尤其是急性肘关节后脱位伴有尺
侧副韧带损伤的治疗,是急诊手术修复还是保守治疗,目前临床上存在较大争议。
本研究通过建立兔急性肘关节尺侧副韧带损伤模型,在活体内模拟韧带损伤后修复
与不修复的愈合过程,从生物力学中位移和应变率方面阐述二种治疗方法的差异。
